We cannot say enough about what a wonderful experience our wedding at Patriot Hills was! We were married in May 2017, with an on-site ceremony. From the minute we first walked in, we knew we were going to book our wedding here. Trish was amazing and so sweet to work with; her responsiveness to our questions throughout the process made planning much easier for us. We never had to wait or follow up for a reply. Trish, Gina and Mary did everything they could to make our day special and it showed in every aspect of the day. Every person who contributed to our event- the bartenders, waitstaff, chefs - everyone made it such a smooth day. They were friendly, efficient, discreet and professional. We were on schedule, and thanks to Mary, no one felt rushed. We were able to genuinely enjoy every part of our day. An extra shout out for their menu- it is almost 2 years after our wedding, and people still talk about the food at our wedding! Their menu is one of the more diverse we'd seen, but more importantly not only was there a lot to choose from, but it was all delicious. My husband and I had the perfect November wedding day at Brotherhood Winery. From our initial inquiry at the venue, Inn Credible Caterers was recommended as the go-to caterer. To summarize, they were "InnCredible!" Trish is the coordinator we worked with. Out of all of the vendors we worked with, Trish was by far the most responsive. We never waited more than a day to receive a response or an acknowledgement of our message. Trish had everything we could think of asking all detailed out on the information sheets provided to us. We were able to turn our food tasting into a family affair with our parents! We enjoyed that opportunity very much, and it helped us in creating our menu for the big day. Trish was consistent in her follow-up meetings with us and always made herself available when needed for additional calls or meetings. I know people say how stressful wedding planning is, but due to Trish and her team my husband and I didn't even feel the need to even consider hiring an additional day of coordinator. The day of the wedding went so incredibly smooth. Trish, as our day of coordinator, was prepared to greet our wedding party upon arrival, complimenting us along the way. She genuinely exuded happiness for us as a new couple. It's a wonderful feeling when the people you are working with are just as excited as the bride & groom on the wedding day. It makes the entire atmosphere feel surreal. Trish saved a special moment for my husband and I to view the Grand Salon alone before the guests entered. My husband and I had our drinks consistently filled and a private cocktail seating for just the two of us prior to making our grand entrance. The staff [servers, bartenders, food runners, captains] were FANTASTIC! I never had to ask for a thing - whether it be food, drinks, assistance in running something to the bridal sweet - a staff member was there in the blink of an eye ready to assist. Several of our guests raved about how excellent the service was. Speaking of excellence, the food was out of this world! From cocktail hour to entrees and dessert, our guests found the food delicious and the variety exciting. My husband and I seriously can't rave about Patriot Hills and Inncredible Caterers enough! We held our wedding at Patriot Hills in May 2017 and every single thing from the day we booked in August 2015 to the big day was completely perfect. Throughout our engagement, we worked with Gina who was absolutely AWESOME! She made everything so simple, was always available/happy to answer any questions we had and made us feel so at ease throughout the entire wedding planning process. She was present at our event along with our amazing maitre d', Mary, who did everything possible to make our evening spectacular and to make us feel special. Gina and Mary's expertise really shined on our wedding day when everything went perfectly smooth and was decorated/set up exactly how we asked them to. The entire staff was amazing and so professional as well! Our original intent was to hold our ceremony outside, but it wound up being one of the rainiest days ever, so the ceremony was moved inside. I know first-hand that this can be a sad reality when you're envisioning an outdoor ceremony, but I could not believe how gorgeous and cozy feeling it was inside. ALSO, the food was just outstanding - our wedding was two weeks ago and people are still raving about the food. All in all, Patriot Hills is an amazing venue and we highly recommend holding an event here - the people and food are fantastic and we couldn't have envisioned our day more perfectly! We worked with Frank and his team for our May 2018 wedding. When looking for a caterer, we knew we needed someone that provided full service (rental and day of coordination) because our venue was so bare bones. After searching all over and quoting out about 13 different caterers, we decided to go with Inn Credible Caterers. They offered (by far) the most food for our money. Throughout the whole planning process, Frank was extremely responsive and did multiple venue visits with us- even cutting short a vacation because it was the only weekend I could do. As for the food, we could not have been happier. We wanted to do Mexican for our cinco de mayo wedding and Frank helped us create a completely custom menu. They were able to accommodate my husband's very severe gluten allergy and my vegetarianism while still making the menu delicious. We were extremely happy at the tasting, but the food was even better on the wedding day- we didn't think that was possible! Our guests are still raving about the food and the service. A few of our guests said the chicken enchiladas were "the best thing they've ever eaten". Not a bad response to wedding food. Everyone left with very full stomachs. Trish was our day-of coordinator and I can't say enough about her helpfulness and attention to detail. She made sure the ask important questions before all the craziness started and I honestly did not have a single worry the entire day. If I could give 10 stars I would!! We reached out to 100 venues (between NY and NJ). Patriot hills was just that great! I love Patriot hills, Gina especially! I'm a type A person and Patriot hills helped me make my wedding preparation an ease and the wedding day itself stress free. Everything was perfect! It's nearly a year since we've gotten married but people still talk about our wedding. A. Place- Patriot hills is just stunning!! My wedding was set in October and it was a bit cloudy in the AM. But as soon as the wedding started (during sun set), the winds settled down and you could just see the scenery in the background. Stunning!! B. Staff- they were so professional! We didn't go hungry back to the hotel. Our maitre D' kept on feeding us between breaks and giving us drinks. Very attentive! C. Menu- When friends talk about wedding menus, they still talk about the great food they've had. Take note, there's a lot of food.. but great quality. * my hubby told me last week that he wished patriot hills has a restaurant where we can go eat LOL In my mind, my wedding is what all my friends are trying to achieve and it wouldn't be possible without Gina and her team. Went to a wedding at Brotherhood winery and this company was the caterer. Cocktail hour was skimpy. Cole slaw? Potato salad? Cold cuts? Really? Rar bar had shrimp and oysters. oysters were sandy and fishy. Entrees: sea bass tastless. NY strip steak looked like it was microwaved. Lacked color. Tried to cut through it. Nearly impossible. Needed a chain saw. It was full of thick nerves. Inedible. Told the wait staff and showed her the meat. Never asked if I wanted something else to eat. Not sure if they worked for the winery or the caterers. Unprofessional. At the end of the night they never served everyone wedding cake. read more

Michelle walked me through the process and took the time to make sure everything was to my liking and I very much appreciated it. The food was delivered, served hot and was so delicious. We cannot stress enough how wonderful Kayla at Inn Credible caterers was. Our daughter lived in California so planning a wedding was challenging. Kayla made it all work. She was so organized and answered every call and e-mail promptly. The wedding was at Brotherwood Winery this past weekend and Kayla and her knowledgeable staff did an unbelievable job planning, setting up and making sure our guests were taken care of. The food at the cocktail hour was so different and delicious. We received compliments from our guests all night how delicious the dinner choices were. Friendly people, easy to work with, and great food!

We had our wedding at Brotherhood Winery and therefore had to work exclusively with Inn Credible Catering - it was definitely our biggest regret of our entire wedding. Leading up to the wedding the team really seemed like they cared about what we wanted/didn't want and everyone we dealt with was very nice. However, the day of the wedding everything fell apart. There were dishes just straight up missing from our cocktail hour that were listed in our contract, when it was brought to their attention they replaced it with another random dish they had in the kitchen which did not go with the rest of our Italian themed food, the dishes that were there weren't refilled as promised and stayed empty for the rest of cocktail hour...and the only way we would have even known was because we had taken our family pictures before the ceremony and our parents were there for cocktail hour. It was both good they were there to notice but also horribly embarrassing for them in front of all our guests. Then on top of that, dinner was served an hour late with absolutely no explanation and no regard to the schedule we had hashed out with Inn Credible just a few days before! Everything else for the rest of the night was pushed later as a result, and both my husband and I were stressing out during our reception when we should have been able to finally relax and have fun. After the wedding we expressed our disappointment and though they were apologetic, we never received any kind of explanation for what happened. I just can't even express the sinking feeling we had during our reception. It's so frustrating when you trust such a big part of your wedding day in the hands of other people, expecting everything to go smoothly, and then they don't follow through on things stated in a contract and discussed in person. We loved everything else about our wedding day, but the reception was such a big part of it so sadly our memories will always be marred by such a big disappointment. read more
