Melody is amazing!! Honestly one of the best photographers in Chattanooga with her ability to see the smallest details that make pictures worth it. Id love to add a comment to the negative review regarding the Santa sessions. These sessions are phenomenal, but are scheduled so that if you're late or have an uncooperative child you may not get everything YOU expect, but Melody will do everything she can to give you pictures to cherish. It would be amazing to give every family unlimited time with Santa, but that just isnt possible and I don't know any photographer that offers that as an option. 100/10 would recommend Innamorata to take any pictures of your family. read more

Melody has photographed a lot of things for us. We moved to Chattanooga about 5 years ago when our youngest daughter was a senior in high school. She did her prom photos, her senior portraits, and just photographed her wedding. We also took our grandchild there to see Santa last Christmas and for bunny sessions this spring. Each experience has been excellent. The photos are magazine worthy and the pricing is lower than what I expected for the quality. We've been very happy. read more

We were so excited for our little one to meet Santa for the first time and have some photos made in what is advertised as a "Magical Santa Experience". Sadly, it was FAR from magical and a huge waste of money!! The "Magical Santa Experience" is advertised as being this VERY interactive, magical experience where the child would have time to meet and play with Santa so that they are able to warm up to him on their own time and get some great holiday photos. There is even mention of Santa giving the child a gift during the session (you can bring one but they also provide a small one as well). Well, this was totally false advertisement bc there was no magical, warm and fuzzy experience with Santa and definitely no time for the child to get acclimated to ensure card worthy photos. The minute we walked in the door the photographer started barking orders and snapping photos. Out of the 30+ photos taken there were three decent ones where our child wasn't screaming in fear. At one point she laughed and said "oh the screaming photos will be great on a Christmas card"... I'm not sure what kind of person enjoys a Christmas card with a screaming child but that is not our style. In total, the session lasted maybe 15 minutes and there was no gift given to our child. The photographer did nothing more than they would have done in a mall Santa photo shoot yet she charged astronomical prices ($69 for the session and then nearly $60 per photo). We will stick to the free mall Santa from now on. read more

For a wedding present I wanted my brother and sister to have the best wedding photos they could cherish. Preserving memories is very important to me and I needed them to have that. They lived in TN and I in the Virgin Islands so I had to let them choose the photographer and I decided based on portfolios and previous work. Shannon is an absolute godsend! From the engagement photos, to the ease of setting up payment arrangements, and her personality together made for the best wedding gift ever!! Not worth the money. I scheduled a session for my child with Santa for a $30 fee. The session was 10 min. It was a basic session with just a few lap shots. For a whole lot less, you can get a similar shot at the mall. The photos were way overpriced. There was just one photo that I felt was worth buying, a 5x7 for $15 and there was a $10 delivery charge. After speaking with Melody, she said there is no one available at the studio for me to pic my photo up and that delivery was the only option. So for $55, I got one 5x7 shot of my child's first photo with Santa. We're going to the Chattanooga Zoo to try to get a more fun Santa pic for our Christmas cards. read more
