    This is the rudest establishment ive ever been in. I went to make a payment for my daughter a few…read moremonths back bc she didnt have time. I walked in and stood there for 27 mins without either employee ever even lifting their head. I ended up walking out to leave and decided I had already wasted 30 mins I may as well wait and get it done so I didnt have to come back. I go back in wait 10 more mins with 0 acknowledgement until I was irritated enough to finally say "Im not sure what the issue is but you could at least say hello someone will be with you once we have finished instead of completely ignoring someone" then I finally hear it'll be a min. I let it go bc its not worth an argument and thought maybe it was a bad day but since my experience ive had 2 other people tell me they had the exact same thing happen to them. Then my husband went to pay my daughters bill this evening and the first thing out of his mouth when he got home was those people are fing rude! He had the same deal except it was 2 girls that continued to speak to him rudely. So I guess it's their whole team that treat people with 0 respect. How has corporate not taken care of this? If ive had 3 people other than myself have the same experience with different employees I know many others have been treated the same way. Hopefully this location gets a lesson on how to treat people.

    First I would like to say that this is my first yelp review eve, I have never felt as strongly as…read morethis dang wifi-- and I used to love our fios internet to the point of where I would recommend it to everyone. HOWEVER. My husband and I recently moved and were told that our old router was "no longer compatible" which was false per research after the fact because it is still infact usable. Not only did the installation guy upsell us to a shittier router that functions off of 5G cell network (the gigabit plan which is terrible because it can get bogged down with any network crowding in the area and is also their lowest speed plan) but he also up sold us to a new router we didn't need and an extender which we also didn't need for our RESIDENTIAL house!! Of course we were in the middle of moving -- quite literally still had the movers putting boxes in our new house; so he took advantage of us. Our old plan and old router worked like a champ with no issues only needing a quick reset like maybe once a year. Now however we have had the new network plan and router with nothing but lagging issues, device incompatibility (yeah. Thanks consumer America) requiring jailbreaks or buying new products, and a friggin price increase by almost $35! Absolutely absurd! I would not trust a THING any of their service people tell you. Do your research online with your current router or if you want to buy after market for cheaper before hand. 0/10 we will be switching providers ASAP.

In any event, I saw they had a service guarantee. I followed the install instructions to the letter, but no matter where I moved the device I still only received a blinking blue light, never a single green light showing some connectivity. I concluded that my apartment was not able to receive the signal from the tower. I then proceeded to call to cancel the service (unable to cancel on the app directly it seems, hmm). The customer service person was rude, talking over me multiple times until I called out their behavior and began talking over them. They insisted that I allow them to centrally activate my device. I told them I had no confidence in the service since I was not able to get a single green bar showing any sign of connectivity potential, and the fact that they can temporarily boost power to activate my device was not reassuring. I wanted to avoid an activated device that nevertheless could not receive the internet signal under normal conditions. I then cancelled the service over the phone, even as the representative admonished me for not letting them activate the device, and warned me that the $85 is nonrefundable. I then had to (successfully) dispute the charge, and got all my money back as the credit card company agreed that Earthlink did not provide the service they promised, and tried to not honor their guarantee. So a fair bit of time wasted, and if you cannot get a single green bar yourself I recommend you dispute the service like I did. Or better, try all other options first--to save yourself time and frustration dealing with indignant and self-righteous customer service representatives. I hope this review saves you time and effort!

    A very bad experience. Signed up for 5mpbs freestanding DSL and they could not install at top speed…read moreso they reduced to 3. Waited 3 days for change. After set up with rep discovered device they sent for $19.95 was modem only. Not wireless. Now they want $79.95 for router. Plus $7.95 per month to talk to there reps re: calls about their modem. They do give full rebate for modem but you will pay much more with monthly charge. Purchased modem on my own instead it wouldn't work and internet was not working either that day. Returned modem and decided to cancel. Now they want $90.00 cancellation fee. Never got to speak to Supervisor but another gentleman offered to accept the modem back in exchange for removal of cancellation fee. More to follow...
