I had all kinds of headaches and vertigo and no ENT could solve my issues. I was finally pointed to Dr Rosner and he examine me and said, I don't think it's your ears or sinuses. I also informed him that she was on multiple psychiatric medications, and that her psychiatric providers expressed concern about combining stimulants with her mental-health meds. Despite several notifications and documentation from her psychiatric treatment team, I did not see any reassessment of her stimulant prescription or coordination with her mental-health providers. She is now hospitalized for the second time this year and her medication conflicts are part of what her inpatient team is addressing. I'm sharing this so other families understand how important it is to advocate strongly when someone has complex psychiatric needs.

He solved a problem in the office that other ENTs said needed to happen via surgery. He has some interesting technology that allows you to watch via monitor during the exam. That isn't something that I cared for, but I am sure other people would like it. A word to the wise, he is a popular specialist. He thinks the Epley maneuver can't be performed properly without a therapist. This is not in line with two other ENTs I had seen, and reputable medical websites. Well I had another vertigo episode the next week and did as Dr. Gupta advised and that was a mistake. The Brandt-Daroff maneuver made me extremely sick for the entire day. I contacted the office regarding my experience and the office manager was a real peach to deal with. Normally I'd give one star for such treatment, but the hearing exam seemed legit.

I ended up having the balloon sinus surgery, healed quick and Dr. Gupta also corrected a couple abnormalities and here I am living a much better quality of life. I was VERY clear when I set this appointment up on the phone that this is why I was coming in. In the span of five minutes he managed to completely disagree with my prior pulmonologist and ENT, insult the latter, and tell me that I didn't know my body. Two things that were not in his control were also discussed briefly, and rudely. $50 for less than five minutes with the actual doctor when I should have been told on the phone he wouldn't do this procedure for my condition. Waste of time and money. I have NEVER been treated so dismissively by any medical doctor and I could not recommend this practice to anyone.
