For some reason they have become inconsistent and unprofessional. At the beginning of November, my husband called and left a message, no one returned his call. I called left another message and again no response. I called back 3 days later to finally speak with someone who apologized for not responding to our calls. I then made an appointment for my husband for a Monday, I specifically asked for a Monday since he is gone Tuesday - Friday. She made the appointment for Dec 8 at 2:3pm. We have had several text, emails as late as Saturday, dec 6th confirming his appointment. Low and be hold, out of respect for the Drs time he showed up a few minutes prior. No one was there. No note on the door stating when someone would in. He called the office and no one answered, not even an answering service to take calls. There were 2 UPS delivery stickers trying to make deliveries.
I don't know what has happened but, it is too bad patients are not being given some sort of notice that Dr Rike is not available.**** read more
