My friend had an appointment at 1:30 today. Unfortunately she needed to push it back to 2:45. She called when they opened at 11 and was able to switch times with ease! We arrived about 5 minutes early and the associate was waiting at the door for us. She greeted us with a smile and offered us water. I think they only have one appointment in at a time. The boutique is small. Dresses hang along the walls, separated by style. Clearance dresses on the back wall. Since it's small, they don't offer a huge inventory of dresses but the selection is still good. There's one small section of veils and belts. There's also a shelf with accessories on it. One floor length mirror sits by the veils and belts. This was my friend's second appointment here and the sales associate had her previous favorites already hanging in the dressing room. Inside the dressing room, there was a framed "Future Mrs. Williams" sign...what a nice, sweet added touch! The sales associate was kind. She didn't rush us or try to push my friend into purchasing a dress today. She helped her try on multiple veils and even remembered which one she tried on at her previous appointment. They have this thing called "The Island" --where the bride-to-be hangs her favorite three dresses on a blue wall. If she finds a fourth she likes, one has to go. She informed us that's how they keep brides from getting too overwhelmed in the process. Very clever! She informed us new inventory will be coming in soon for the season.
