I was looking for a particular item and they did not carry it, but the woman I spoke to said they would get it ordered for the store and that it would be in within 7-10 days. Since their nationwide competitor had it on the shelf they ordered a case to have it in stock for everyone. Take a moment to think about how impressive that is. Flip the scenario and but a big box retailer in that position. Would they immediately put an item on their next order from a vendor to stock it in the store? Does the store manager even have that power? Or would they be more likely to direct you to their website? Very few of us will ever run into Bezos at the supermarket, so why line his pockets? Almost all of us will run into Ryan and his staff outside of Mocean, either having fun on the trail, or at an event supporting the community. Keep this in mind when shopping.

She watched me walk in my old pair of shoes as well as each of the new pairs and then I took each pair onto the treadmill for a few minutes. When I said that I never run on a treadmill she said I could jog outside if it made me more comfortable, but there was no need. After trying 3 pairs of shoes, which we're all very comfortable, I actually settled on the very first pair she handed me. They fit perfectly and are extremely comfortable and I grabbed a few pairs of socks as well. I had a coupon which my girlfriend received at a previous 5K which they accepted no problem. I will definitely be back for another pair of shoes or anything else I need to add to my running gear. Highly recommended!

The owner is a prick who has terrible manners, poor customer service skills, will yell at or demean his employees or customers and vulgarities will freely spew out of his mouth with no filter. The owner(?) was very friendly and helpful to our kids who were only interested in crabbing (not exactly a bit profit opportunity for the proprietor of a shop that sells offshore fishing gear). He took a lot of time with us, and directed us to a couple good spots to try. He also gave them each a lure which they were both really excited about (sometimes it is the littlest things). Showed us a lot of pictures of local catches and, in the event we decided to actually fish, had a recommendation for a local guide. Hopefully we'll see more reviews, and I hope others will have the same positive experience we had.
