I had a old gift card that I had received from the North End Boston SOL Optics store which has since closed. I emailed SOL and Elizabeth responded. The GC could not be used on line, however once I found the glasses I wanted Elizabeth tracked them down to Board Stiff (affiliated with SOL). She called the manager of Board Stiff, Burt (who was also great!) and explained the situation. I called Burt, purchased my sunglasses over the phone and they shipped them to me. I am so appreciative of the help and support I received from both Elizabeth and Burt, I had to leave a comment. I 100% recommend both SOL Optics and Board Stiff. The girl working was very helpful and kind I had to ask for her name. Her name was Hannah so thanks to her I will be back very soon again. Highly recommend.
