My wife and I knew what we wanted the alarm system to do as we had an elaborate system previously, but Eric was quite thorough in determining our needs and how to address them using the newer systems. The new residential systems are VERY easy to use and more capable than the systems we had in California which were based on old legacy systems. The new systems are also much more cost effective! Our system is connected to a monitoring company which contacts police or fire in the event of an alarm. The installation was very professional and they took the time to ensure I was satisfied with the install and that it operated properly. Nyle gave me a list of equipment to buy right down to the description, price and where to order the equipment. Very smooth, easy and saved me money. I had just moved from out of state to a new home at the top of a mountain. I had no service on anything. Nyle installed Starlink giving me back phone and computer service. He mounted 3 TVs in 3 rooms with no wires showing and programmed each TV. Nyle hard wired signal boosters throughout the house and garage. He hooked up ring cameras and programmed them. Nyle reprogrammed the electronic locks on all exterior doors. He cleaned up my phone and computer and taught me how to use and operated the systems.
