We were greeted upon entering and it is spacious to accommodate their various piercing and tattoo services they offer. The price list, piercings they offer and quite a few tattoo books were immediately available. The piercer was with another group so we sat and chatted while the e football game was on. We filled out the necessary waivers and then it was go time. We selected what we wanted, given our jewelry and led to the piercing station. Our piercer was knowledgeable and patient-we wanted to ensure the location was perfect. We all left pretty happy. Even a wall for photos. Only thing is, I wish they had more jewelry to choose from. I truly appreciate my piercer for going above and beyond to get me some bling!!!

I emailed the team here and they got back to me quickly. I sent them a mock up of the image I wanted to work with so they had an idea, as well as, the location I preferred. When I arrived, the artist was able to do a transfer for me and we opted to move the placement a little bit higher up my wrist as I have a dominate tendon that could have been more painful and made it look odd with the movements. I liked that she advised me on her logic and why she thought it was best to move it up about an inch. The tattoo took about 30 minutes and was wrapped up nicely. The place was very clean and everyone was very professional. It healed up nicely and still looks great. I get a lot of compliments on it. Overall: A Love my tattoo and planning another for my back shoulders. :)

From there, they asked another artist and he took a look at my work and immediately started drawing up a stencil. When I called to try to get my deposit back, they said that I made the appointment with the shop and didn't cancel on 72 hour notice so they won't give it back. After arguing, and showing how ridiculous that was since the artist quit the day before, they agreed to give me the deposit back. It took 12 PHONE CALLS over a span of 3 MONTHS for them to return the deposit. It became a part of my weekly routine to call them and get promised that they'll send that day, just for them to not do that and never contact me again. The front desk person was great and seemed on it, but the owner just refused to send it and hoped I'd forget about it. Seems like the owner is operating in bad faith honestly. Wouldn't recommend going here because if there is any problem you can be assured that ownership will not handle it with your best interests in mind and it will be beyond a hassle to deal with.
