No accountability, just excuses and them encouraging me to have them print, well no because how can I trust the print to go forward when the proof and quote were underprepared. Sure there's ups and downs in life, but if you aren't in top of your game, then acknowledge it and make it right. They missed two dates that they gave me! Had to pick up the shirts and after 3 weeks starting over for a more professional experience with a company I can trust to get it done right and hold on to their dates.

I was led to believe that my furniture would be in its own little storage compartment and not get disturbed. The furniture that I kept was all mid century collectible furniture in excellent condition. I ended up moving back into my house two years later. Almost every single piece of furniture was damaged or banged up in some way. On one of the larger pieces was a sign indicating it was in a storage room for oversize pieces. For sure my furniture was not in its own little compartment, and it obliviously was carelessly moved around many times. They sent someone to "repair" the damage which basically entailed covering it up with a magic marker. A really disappointing experience. Would not trust them again with anything valuable to me.
