A gentleman stopped to offer me some help and help me make a better choice as to the ink I normally purchase! Love having to not struggle to look for help! He checked me out quick and easy, with no problems looking up my rewards membership! Love my local Office Depot!

They wanted me to fill out an entirely detailed personal ticket to get a plastic binding added to a packet of papers. Seriously, it's like one booklet of 20 pages and costs about $5. It's not an actual business print job for many items. Ridiculous! It's one of those things where I'm not interested in giving surplus personal information as a customer. So I went to the nearby fed-ex and got it done with no problem.

I feel lucky I discovered Ace Office Furniture and even luckier that I was able to deal with the owner, Ace directly. As great as it was to work directly with Ace, I think where Ace Office Furniture really shines is with their delivery team. The team that delivered my furniture was the most professional delivery team I have every used. I will definitely be making Ace Office Furniture my go-to provider for office furniture.

Without this important speciality part, I am not able to operate my equipment. Gil and Rick worked relentlessly to make sure it was sourced and arrived just in time. They even reached out to my business partner in order to double confirm that the shipping address I provided was correct to avoid any delays since it was going to another place other than Austin. This took way more additional effort on their end since they had to go look up her information on my website, and I was not reachable due to horrible signal and cell service in the hill country. Their efforts showed that they supported my small business and took my request seriously. Not only are the workers undertrained, the customers seem to have no idea how to help with efficiency. The employees are very nice and willing to help but it's completely unprofessional that you have to hold the line up to call your boss to ask for pricing! It's really not their faults it's such a mess- a good owner/manager would look ahead for pitfalls and solve them early. The only thing that will help this location is having two separate lines. With only two people working, it's completely unfair to the people who simply need to have their packages scanned for drop off to have to wait 45 minutes in line because someone gets up to the counter and takes FOREVER. I've held my tongue long enough about this store! I'm done coming here. UPS itself needs to upgrade the inside of this store to be bigger, they need to hire more workers, and if they can implement a self-scan station, that will save everyone so much time and frustration.
