////BEWARE//// Like others have stated, quick to make a sale, but difficult to return a faulty part remanufactured by them. literally pages of information that need to be entered, most of the questions insinuate the customer did something wrong. Then at the end of all this ,one has to check off all the conditions , which are weighted heavily in their favor. to me this insures that one way or another, they will get more money out of their customer who ultimately pay for the defective item. As a mechanic in my previous life, I am used to ordering a injector if it is bad company sends you a replacement. easy. Ordered cp4 contamination kit, remanufactured CP4 and injectors. one injector is proven bad. I will purchase another one from a company who stands behind their product and a viable warranty program. read more

While the price is reasonable and shipping and all that was on time, I had a faulty injector. No big deal except every single person I've spoken to was either rude or acted like they had better than things to do than answer my questions and help me with the warranty process. Which ended up costing me 135 more dollars to get repaired instead of warranted. I miss the days when customer service standards was a real thing. read more

They do what they can to not pay for cores, buy local and save yourself the headache that comes with dealing with this company. BEWARE

I called up initially for Injectors for my son Chevy truck. The gentleman I spoke to was professional and very helpful. They got my parts out just like they told me they would. We received them. Everything was fine. Got the work done. We decided to drive the core charges back. Read lots of nightmares about them being damaged in transport. Luckily, we were three hours away. Very nice building nice people promptly refunded my card. I will definitely recommend them and use them again. read more

all the correct parts and quick shipping. A+. credit card was released immediately when they received the cores

Do not buy from this place. I bought 8 injectors and so far three are faulty. customer service is rude. It doesn't pay to send it back for they charge a $50 to inspect them and then you have to pay for shipping. my mechanic suggested just get rid of all those I bought from them. because each time one goes bad that cost me more money in labor. when I tried to explain that to him, they told me it's very rare that one goes bad. I find that hard to believe I'm on my third one now and it's only been a week. going to use their injectors for a core replacement and buy some actually good ones from advanced auto. read more

if you're a business owner its best to just open a commercial account with the dealer and purchase parts from the dealership! This company charges to test products that they sell already under warranty. To me that sounds already awkward.. read more

Make sure you read the fine print. Had to return the part, Didn't even open the box and they charged me a 15% restocking fee for someone to open the box Look at it and put it on the shelf. I'll never use them again. I'm sure they're going to reply with some BS excuse. But trust me they don't put it in big bold letters anywhere it's in the fine print. Anything to rip off a customer I guess. I'll never use them again just because of this. read more

they'd guys went out of there way to provide me with the best service. I will be a return customer. thank you!!!!

Couldn't be happier with their customer service and consistency in their quality of product and staff. No other place to go when it comes to quality injectors. read more

I would rate a zero star if I could. This was the WORST customer service and professionalism I have ever experienced. I purchased what was supposed to be a brand new fuel injector pump online from them and to my surprise when I picked up the part and opened the box it was obviously a used part. I paid full price for what was supposed to be a brand new part (actually I even paid more than market price) and was instead given a used part. When I took it to my mechanic he confirmed what was already obvious, the part was used. When I called to express my frustration and request a simple exchange, the staff was not helpful or understanding at all. In fact they claimed that I was lying and so was my mechanic. They then proceeded to say that I would need to pay for the part to be tested to prove it's not new. Completely INSANE. In the end I took my business elsewhere. I won't ever come near this place again and recommend you all do the same. read more

company is a joke, nice website and easy to buy but as soon as you have and issue with the product they will screw you over, try to buy local this company should be you're last resort., read more

This business is extremely rare in its strong concern for customer service. Our shipment arrived even sooner than expected and was excellent quality. Their people are friendly and very helpful. In this day and age, it is rare to find a business that is such a joy to work with. Thanks to Injectors Direct.com for getting our farm truck back on the job. read more

Injectors Direct.com was great in suggesting to go with full injector installation kit, (injectors, tubes, and lines). Followed supplied installation torque procedure and presto, my 06 Cummins runs like new again! read more

Great service and products!! Core return was easy and deposit was returned asap. Thanks!! read more

These guys are awesome! I live about 20 minutes away from them and was able to order and pick up injectors the same day. Good in stock with absolutely amazing customer service. They answer any and all questions and make sure you are fully informed. I have 30k miles on a set of refurbished 7.3 Powerstroke injectors and they are still rocking! Would highly recommend them for sure! read more

Sadly I bought injectors here and it was the worst mistake ever! So far I've lost $ for trying to save $, bought a pack of 6 injectors in December 2018. After 2 weeks of installation truck started to fail again, took back to the mechanic and injectors are bad, I contacted injectors direct and they called to say that injectors are good, we had them installed all over, and 3 days later same problem, I had the injectors tested here after truck was failing again and the shop that tested them here said that the injectors body doesn't work and resistance is low. Sadly I paid labor more than what I needed to have my truck fixed and injectors direct won't take their injectors back. read more

After purchase And install we had a bad injector After giving run around they sent a new one, when I sent bad one back they claimed they took it apart and it was a fuel problem. I say BS talked with other mechanics now too late and we all realize they do not stand behind product read more

Great company! Very responsive, accurate, great to deal with. I ordered injectors for a diesel. Injectors Direct dent out the correct ones in a very timely matter. They sent out the tool I needed and charged me $100 in which they promptly refunded when I returned the tool. They also put a hold on my credit card for the cores and very promptly removed that hold when I returned them. Very helpful, polite , informative company. I would highly recommend them. read more

Just finished installing new injectors on my 6.0 powerstroke. My first email was responded with great customer service. I called to place the order and David was very helpful. He explained my options and I ordered all remanufactured injectors. I have only test driven the truck but I can already notice a significant difference in response and power. I will update the review in the future on the progress. Happy customer and will return for future products. read more

I've provided you video footage of the interior and exterior of my shop during the deliver times. Nothing was delivered. Ups also marked the package as lost. They issued you a claim and you still haven't refunded me my money... Would you like me to post the videos here? Or upload them to you tube so you can click a link to view? read more

great customer service at the best price. the only vender I use for injectors anymore

Horrible customer service, dicked me around for 6 months until they mentioned a possible issue with what I was encountering that they failed to mention 5 months back when the issues started happening. This company only cares to screw people over. Spend more money on something that is going to last you! Don't trust them when they say "The product passed out tests here in the warehouse" they will tell you anything to make you believe that they are not at fault for anything. I asked about refund or replacement of injectors and they completely ignored my inquiry. You would get better customer service at your local Walmart than these guys. read more

Go with OEM not some aftermarket garbage - don't make the same mistake I did........First time I have ever purchased glow plugs and injectors and should have listened to the professional mechanics that were recommended by other diesel guys. Bought glow plugs and injectors here - they ARE aftermarket junk - regardless of what they say, they are NOT the same as OEM, NOT the same manufacturers, etc. 2nd day after replacement got a P0676 code (glow plug #6) - they did send a replacement (thank you) but my diesel shop called me and said that a magnet would not even pick up the glow plug...replaced them all with OEM. Hopefully the Alliant Power injectors perform better but I have my doubts. You get what you pay for - also the warranty is for parts only so replacing the junk will cost you additional labor.... read more
