Didn't get a call until the next day and we agreed on a day 2 weeks out. Then I get a call today saying the business name has changed to San Francisco something and we had 2 no shows so they sent the hearing aids back and they no longer accept her insurance anymore. Ummm....what?? 1st off I called to reschedule... He argued that I didn't call... Really genius?? Then how did I get the other appointment?? And said if I called on Monday there was none there to answer the call, just the doctor. It's not my fault he wasn't there to do his job and it shouldn't have counted as a no show if I informed them earlier. Then says we no showed 3 days ago when I had it down for next week and didn't get any reminders. But the part that really gets me pissed is the fact he said they sent them back. I'm like, already? After 3 days? He said, in a rude manner, I don't know when they sent them but they did and now you have to go somewhere else. I have worked in the medical field at private practices for many years and this is not how you do business. And I can tell the front office help is lazy because many times I have left messages and have not received calls back. Save yourself the trouble and go else where! If I could I would give 0 stars!

This is a business that doesn't care if gets your business…read more.. Had an appointment this morning, but decided to cancel because of the front desk person. The very first impression she gave was indifference followed by a hacking cough she tried to suppress (not wearing a mask). She walked in from the back room (of an already small office lobby) briefly looked at me, then gave me papers to fill out and started to turn. I asked if the pens were clean since there were no labeled pens and only 2 or 3 in the pen hold can. She said yeah as she was turning away. I forgot my mask and went back out to the car to get it, since they didn't have any available (not sure if a hearing test facility qualifies as a medical facility under the Santa Clara County Health dept.). After coming back in and turning in the form she again only looked at me when getting the forms once, and not again until my misunderstanding of what she said. Ironically I am at a hearing test place and heard her say is that 'butt' for your email; not the best handwriting. Corrected her, but was already agitated by the lack of a welcome and the feeling of indifference (with an extra dose of coughing), and then said why would you say that? Say "butt"? I wait a few seconds and she doesn't say anything. I eventually just go to the restroom. When I get out she said only said "bud". Then says it again, while at least looking at me this time, but now looking a little annoyed. Goes back to looking over the form and without looking at me, asks for my insurance card. I followed my instinct and said I am canceling my appointment. "Ok", looking at me with indifference again. I had to ask for my paperwork so it wouldn't be billed accidently. Once I got it, I started to leave, and mentioned she was coughing/sick. She sarcastically said 'bye'. I came back in and addressed her attitude and about being sick. I am guessing they have so much business it doesn't matter how she treats people, because she just turned and walked away... I left, because I didn't feel at that point I could trust them to do the testing correctly, and really didn't want to find out one way or the other...maybe you will get a different experience if you decide to go there...

They work very closely with the PAMF otolarygologists, so there is no delay between when the testing is finished and when the doctor sees the results. I always receive the current frequency-amplitude graph with a comparison with previous tests. In addition, any questions I have are answered clearly. I could not ask for better care.

I was charged in advance (hearing clinics generally offer the test free of charge or include it in the hearing aid package). 2. The test could not be performed due to excessive ear was buildup on one ear. They had no one available on hand to clean the ear (something I routinely do my self in a few minutes with common ear drops). 3. The staff were unable to inform me if the clinic offered any kind of payment installment plan. 4. If I were to receive hearing aids, they would need to be ordered from the factory. (Other clinics carry a supply in stock and are able to program and fit them immediately following the hearing exam.) 5. Worst of all, I was told that I would need to wait for 3 months before an appointment would be available to have the new hearing aids fitted and programmed. Because this clinic operates under the blanket of PAMF, they seem to believe that normal customer service is not a requirement for their business. If you are looking for new hearing aids, don't come here!

Dr. Ding thoroughly examined my daughter and provided a treatment plan with detailed instructions and reasoning behind it. Dr. Ding listened to every question I asked, and as a new mom, I had a lot of concerns and she put all those concerns to rest. I cannot praise enough how knowledgeable, competent, and caring she is. She even followed up a few days later to see if my daughter has recovered. I was very impressed by her passion about caring for children and the level of care I received. Ever since then, I visited Dr. Ding whenever I had any concerns, and she's earned to be our family's favorite pediatrician. Dr. Ding is amazing, and I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a Peds doctor at PAMF.

They tried everything from induction to breaking my water. But my baby was just too comfortable to come out. Mind you, I was going for all natural so I wasn't given any type of epidural anesthesia for the first 3 days. Until day 4, they wanted to try the maximum amount of induction medication and worried that I wouldn't be able to handle it, so I was then given epidural. One of the doctors broke my water on day 3 evening, hoping it would trigger the baby to go down more, but unfortunately didn't do much. Dr. Anderson came and greeted me on day 4; I told her that I recognized her because I was trying to get her to be my pregnancy OBGYN. She was the most caring doctor throughout the 4 days I was there. She came check on me as she promised every hour. She came in to let me know that she was performing a C-section for another mom so it would take longer for her to come back to see me. Then, she came right after she was done. In the evening of day 4, she recommended C-section because it was almost 24hr since my water broke, and the baby might be too big to come down any further any time soon. I asked if she can perform the C-section for me - although she was time for her to go home, she said yes and promised to be there for me. I agreed with the C-section and they started to get the surgery room ready. Dr. Anderson talked and explained every step throughout the surgery. My baby came out perfect and she was weighing at 9lbs. Perhaps that's why she wasn't going down. Again, how I till this day, wish I saw Dr. Anderson from day one of my pregnancy or my labor. I really think that my experience would be a lot better than it was. I recommend Dr. Anderson for all the moms out there.

She is so knowledgeable, would be thorough when answering my questions and go through all my options. She is friendly and always made me feel like a priority. I live about 45 minutes away but it was totally worth it to drive that far and I couldn't be happier with the care I received throughout my pregnancy!
