I originally called needing the lines in my house unclogged and/or looked at. My showers were…read morebacking up with crap when the washer ran a load of laundry. Two guys come and I direct them to the clean out at the back of the house. They snaked it and there is no clog. He did say there was sand/dirt on the end of the snake. There was a tad bit but nothing too alarming. The snake ran all the way through to the pipe on the front of the house. They dug up the pipe at the front of the house and cut a hole in the top to inspect the inside of the pipe. The pipe was not clogged, but did have a small hole in the bottom and needed replaced. I suggested putting a clean out in this location. They suggested that the 40 ft of pipe in the front of the yard needed replaced and it was gonna cost 2500$. Now remember, I called them for backed up lines. They haven't scoped the first piece of pipe with a camera and suggested the whole front yard needed replaced. I pay them 400$ that day and nothing was fixed or unclogged. My father in law comes over the next day and we inspect the pipes ourselves. With a bottle of bleach and two plungers we locate the clog inside the house and unclog the shower that was causing the issue. I haven't had an issue since and I had a clean out installed today by a different plumber. 10/10 would NOT recommend. This is just my experience with them. I wish I had my 400$ back and I'd have given it to my father in law.

First off, they took a call on the 4th of July weekend and gave advice over the phone about whether…read morea condition was an emergency. Then, they showed up immediately on the following Monday in the heat, dug up an old busted pipe and PRV valve, and fixed the situation in a day. Furthermore, Hunter took the time to show me where things were up near my water main, including an auxillary water hose, PRV valve, and the boys left the hole they dug in a restored clean fashion so grass could regrow appropriately. There aren't many businesses in this area that want to show up and work. These folks came recommended by very trusted HVAC company in the area. Prompt, professional, and conclusive. I'd 100% use again. They spent a good few hours at my place, put a new PRV valve in. Without disclosing what I paid, I feel the invoice was extremely fair considering the work performed. We used their services another time for a water hose spout (in-ground) replacement and services/fees were similar. Props! Thank you H&H!
