I also really appreciated that the entire staff was female. It made me feel much more comfortable, especially since I've had negative experiences with male dentists in the past. Very clean and friendly pupper !! The only downside is that it's definitely on the expensive side, but I understand it's a high-end practice in Scottsdale. They're also incredibly busy, I had to wait about eight months for my appointment, but I can see why they're so booked. In the end, it was worth the wait. My teeth are clean, healthy, and I had a great experience!

As you will see from my profile, I don't usually leave negative reviews. But After several years…read moreof trying to make it work, finally had to leave this extremely disappointing office. This is not the dentist for you if you are a basic patient that doesn't have serious dental issues or need cosmetic surgery or appliances. They don't take care of you or treat you if you aren't making money . The only bright spot is the front desk and the hygienists who are excellent despite the dentists being inattentive and uncaring. I switched to this dentist (Dr Bri) several years ago after moving here and having a multi year relationship with my prior dentist. While Dr Bri was fine at the beginning, everything became progressively worse over time. This office is a money making machine that only cares about selling you cosmetic dentistry and services you don't need. They did this to me and my kids, each of us getting separately estimates for 20k of cosmetic work every time you go in for a tooth cleaning. Another friend left the practice after having the same experience. I stayed on bc I felt it was fine to say no to cosmetic work but ultimately was relegated to worse and worse service. Several times, and maybe all of the last four visits, I had to ASK to see the actual dentist. They tried to send me on my way after the hygienist cleaning. I was asked if I had a particular issue and said- no I just think the dentist should look at your teeth during a dental exam. Terrible customer service. Worse, last time I was there, they had someone who I don't think had ever seen a tooth doing flossing and other basic work (it wasn't the hygienist). She kept skipping teeth and had no clue what she was doing. It was almost like a joke. Then when I asked to see the dentist, I found out she wasn't even there that day. Why even schedule me for an appointment? It was ridiculous and the final straw. Side note: They also refused to send X-rays to my oral surgeon bc I wouldn't sign up with their surgeon who wasn't covered by my insurance. My surgeon had to take new X-rays. What a racket. Again The only reason for not giving one star are the front desk and hygienists who are excellent. I consider the dentist a long term and personal relationship. I went to this office for years and had absolutely no relationship with Dr Bri. The customer service is poor unless you need major work done. Find another office if you are just an ordinary person with good teeth that need to be cleaned.

It had been a few years since I had seen a dentist due to some difficult past experiences with my previous provider. Taylor completely put those worries to rest and made me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Dena Khoury Myers was exceptional as well. She took the time to explain my treatment options and even recommended alternative treatments, including peptides, to help prevent cavities. Dr Willman is no longer with the practice. Huge, enormous, gigantic loss for Pima Dental. About four months ago, I returned because I needed to molars extracted. Let me note that after the extractions I had fully intended beginning work on all my lower teeth, fully expecting to make another substantial investment. This practice is not inexpensive... in my view it is extremely overpriced (especially after I share what happened below). I was prepared to pay another substantial amount to complete my treatment. I did miss one appointment due to a personal emergency. I attempted to call but was unable to get through, and at the time my focus understandably had to be on the emergency. At my next scheduled appointment, I drove over 45 minutes from north Phoenix. I arrived and had X-rays done, and then met with a dentist who informed me that two teeth would need to be extracted by an oral surgeon and that the procedure could not be done there. While the dentist was courteous, the appointment ultimately resulted in a two-hour round trip simply to be referred elsewhere. I wish this had been communicated to me beforehand. As I was leaving, I was stunned when I was told not to leave and was informed that I owed a $50 missed-appointment fee. Mandy, the office manager, whom I had worked with before made it be known that I needed to pay $50. What disappointed me most was not the amount itself, but the complete lack of empathy or discretion--especially toward a long-standing patient who had already invested heavily in the practice and was prepared to invest significantly more. I understand that offices have cancellation policies. However, patient relationships should involve more than strict enforcement of fees. In my experience, this practice places profits above patient goodwill and patient satisfaction. Between the high costs of treatment and the rigid handling of this situation, it left me feeling that policies mattered more than people. As a business owner myself, I believe long-term trust, empathy, and relationships are what sustain a practice--not nickel-and-diming loyal patients. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to seek care elsewhere for the remainder of my treatment, and I will not be recommending this office moving forward ever again! I hope this feedback is taken constructively. My initial experience here was excellent, attributed primarily to Dr Willman, which makes this outcome all the more disappointing.

And initially, the whole team was very accommodating after I mentioned my fear of dentists. In the past months, the service has been cold with a lack of empathy. My final visits for my implant surgery were extremely painful, so much so that I screamed and cried the whole way through. They completely ignored my fear of dentists and painful situation. I was the last patient of the day, and they were more interested in finishing everything quickly so they could go home. Overall, I am very grateful for the kind office manager who was patient to talk me through the many, many steps of my implant process. She is also very helpful in fighting the insurance to lower overall costs. But Dr. Brown completely destroyed the trust and sense of comfort; especially after he made me feel like the dentist is not a such a scary place. And unfortunately, now I have to change dentists because the last two visits were so traumatic that my fear of dentists is much worse than before.

I have been going here for years and even having a normal conversation with her is quite difficult because of her lack of knowledge around basic communication skills. She told my husband and I she would handle a bill with the insurance being that's her job we trusted her. Just to get a bill in the mail YEARS later demanding money or it gets sent to collections with only a 2 week span to pay said bill. I called my insurance and an additional claim was never filed so how would the balance get paid by my insurance like she said she was going to have them do?? I called to handle the bill and the office was closed 2 out of the 5 days in the 2nd week they gave us to pay the bill. No way to pay the bill other than over the phone so tell me how that makes any sense! Once I got through to the office the next week the office manager again was speaking over me non stop and hanging up on me because I was upset that she didn't handle the bill like she said she would. I got ortho care here over 2 years ago and I still have glue damage on my teeth. I had braces before as a child and nothing was left behind. I told the dentist and he just proceeded to keep grinding my teeth. DO NOT GO HERE!
