Please understand that this was 3 days before I left on vacation. Dr. Thompson called me back within the hour and spent a good 30 minutes or more with me on the phone talking about the issue. He had me come on Monday morning first thing. He was able to diagnose the issue, a fracture tooth, and start to get it resolved. It will be a multi step process but there is no pain. I went with a different place at first because it was closer to where we were living. Well, that turned out to be a mistake. I ended up having a bad experience there and finally switched to S&L. Dr. Ngo and his team fixed everything the other dentist had messed up. Right away I knew my wife had been right all along. I've been going to S&L for four years now and they really are the best dental office I've ever been to. Dr. Ngo has removed all my old metal fillings and replaced them with modern ones, plus he's done a couple of crowns for me. Everything looks and feels great. My wife has also been extremely happy with all the work he's done for her too. I'm almost 55 and I've seen a bunch of top-rated, highly recommended dentists over the years, both here in the US and a couple in Mexico. Nothing else comes close. One thing I have to mention is how good Dr. Ngo is with people who hate dental visits or get nervous about pain. His work is excellent, but it's the way he takes care of you that makes the biggest difference. For example, the way he does Novocaine shots is unbelievable. You barely feel it at all.
