I also really appreciated that the entire staff was female. It made me feel much more comfortable, especially since I've had negative experiences with male dentists in the past. Very clean and friendly pupper !! The only downside is that it's definitely on the expensive side, but I understand it's a high-end practice in Scottsdale. They're also incredibly busy, I had to wait about eight months for my appointment, but I can see why they're so booked. In the end, it was worth the wait. My teeth are clean, healthy, and I had a great experience!

As you will see from my profile, I don't usually leave negative reviews. But After several years…read moreof trying to make it work, finally had to leave this extremely disappointing office. This is not the dentist for you if you are a basic patient that doesn't have serious dental issues or need cosmetic surgery or appliances. They don't take care of you or treat you if you aren't making money . The only bright spot is the front desk and the hygienists who are excellent despite the dentists being inattentive and uncaring. I switched to this dentist (Dr Bri) several years ago after moving here and having a multi year relationship with my prior dentist. While Dr Bri was fine at the beginning, everything became progressively worse over time. This office is a money making machine that only cares about selling you cosmetic dentistry and services you don't need. They did this to me and my kids, each of us getting separately estimates for 20k of cosmetic work every time you go in for a tooth cleaning. Another friend left the practice after having the same experience. I stayed on bc I felt it was fine to say no to cosmetic work but ultimately was relegated to worse and worse service. Several times, and maybe all of the last four visits, I had to ASK to see the actual dentist. They tried to send me on my way after the hygienist cleaning. I was asked if I had a particular issue and said- no I just think the dentist should look at your teeth during a dental exam. Terrible customer service. Worse, last time I was there, they had someone who I don't think had ever seen a tooth doing flossing and other basic work (it wasn't the hygienist). She kept skipping teeth and had no clue what she was doing. It was almost like a joke. Then when I asked to see the dentist, I found out she wasn't even there that day. Why even schedule me for an appointment? It was ridiculous and the final straw. Side note: They also refused to send X-rays to my oral surgeon bc I wouldn't sign up with their surgeon who wasn't covered by my insurance. My surgeon had to take new X-rays. What a racket. Again The only reason for not giving one star are the front desk and hygienists who are excellent. I consider the dentist a long term and personal relationship. I went to this office for years and had absolutely no relationship with Dr Bri. The customer service is poor unless you need major work done. Find another office if you are just an ordinary person with good teeth that need to be cleaned.

Dr. Eniko Loud is one of the most thorough and knowledgeable dentists I've ever been to hands down…read moreand to find someone like that who is a conventional dentist fully trained BUT also is a functional medicine practitioner AND a holistic dentist is pretty much impossible to find! She has the latest technology for everything and she is able to do scans and investigate beyond your teeth and up into your face and head and neck with the technology that she uses so you can actually find completely hidden infections or damage that normally cannot be seen by a regular dental exam or x-rays. She was able to find a chip in one of my upper vertebrae that I sustained from a car accident in the past as well as a hidden infection above one of my teeth in my sinus area that nobody else had spotted from an old filling that had been replaced incorrectly by a prior dentist. It wasn't even bothering me but there it was on the scan. I would have NEVER found out otherwise! If you have hidden infections or damage from an old filling or even hidden metal that you can't see with the naked eye, there is no other dentist that could find that other than Dr. Loud. She knows how to remove and correct these things safely and with your health at the forefront and uses safe and proper methods to remove metal fillings. Most dentists don't even protect your body when they remove metal fillings and all of that mercury gets released into your body causing damage that can continue on for years. She also knows the connection between your teeth and your organs. Did you know that every tooth connects to a different organ, gland or tissue in your body and she has a chart that can show you which teeth connect to the different parts of your body because a problem in a tooth can be causing totally different symptoms somewhere else in your body! I am a naturopathic practitioner myself and I send all of my patients to her. Every single one of them has been blown away by their experience with her. If you want to be sure your teeth are being handled in the best way for your overall health, there is no other dentist to see. She is the whole package! I would never see anyone else now that I've been lucky enough to find her.

She was not in any pain prior to the crown procedure but within a couple weeks afterwards she is in an immense amount of pain. She called the office and was told she would now need a root cancel and referred to another office. They did not allow her to come in to even look at their work to see if a root canal was even needed. Just referred her for another expensive procedure. My daughter, being on a budget asked for a refund of the $600 she paid not including the insurance they billed. She was told at first that they would only refund $200 and when she expressed disappointment, was told by the doctor that the refund was no longer valid. I'm listed as my daughter's emergency contact and tried to reach out to the dr to try and resolve this issue and she would not call me back. I'm HUGELY disappointed in this office and to make matters worse they charged me for 2 cleanings up front and now I have no interest in going for my next cleaning. We are out money and my daughter is in pain possibly with an infection or needing a root canal and now we have to start from square one!
