Fortunately, staff informed us they DON'T sell squirrels. (Maybe next time) The meat case had much to choose from to include seafood. (Unless my memory is playing tricks on me) They even had an ARMADILLO EGG! Needless to say I bought one. I can't wait to try that bacon goodness! The pork I was looking for was freshly ground and was perfect for my chorizo recipe. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They welcome you and are happy to help.
