Jessica, the nurse who did my IV, was awesome - smooth and QUICK! Such a professional. I felt great afterwards - definitely more awake ...(was feeling a little tired and sluggish when I arrived). The inside is beautiful, super clean, and smells really nice. The front desk staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely plan to come back.

I've been coming here for about a year. I bought an amazing groupon deal for laser hair removal…read moretreatment for my underarms. I had did a 3 trial treatment somewhere else and of course I saw results but I didn't get it all and hair was still growing. I have HARDLY any hair growing, I mean I have gone months without shaving. I've added my upper lip and it took a while for me to see results (I'm on my 6th one now) and I'm starting to see some results, not as good as I would like but I'm seeing results. I've always had REALLY coarse dark hair so I've noticed how much it's gotten lighter and how it isn't growing as much or has stopped growing. I'm really astonished at all the bad yelps I've seen. I've always had an amazing experience there and they have ALWAYS worked with me on my appointments (single mom of three isn't easy with appointments). They even let me kids wait in the waiting room while I do my treatments quickly. A+ from me and I am hoping to purchase their Brazilian treatment package and lower legs. Now I've never heard anything about spot treatments offered.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I cannot recommend this business…read more I observed practices that left me deeply concerned about client safety, sanitation, and professionalism. In my experience, infection control and cleanliness did not appear to be taken seriously. I observed treatment beds not being changed between clients, HydraFacial and DiamondGlow tips being reused rather than replaced after each client, and the office itself appeared unclean. I also had serious concerns about whether everyone performing aesthetic treatments had the appropriate licensing or qualifications. Another thing potential clients should be aware of is that many of the recent positive reviews appear to have been posted by employees, which gives what I believe is a misleading impression of the business. Please do your own research before booking. Ask who will be performing your treatment, verify their credentials if that's important to you, and don't let heavily discounted specials be the only reason you choose this place. Your skin, your health, and your safety are worth far more than saving a few dollars.

Seychelles Med & Laser Spa is my absolute favorite!…read more I felt taken care of the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and was offered some water while I filled out my paperwork. As soon as I was done, they were ready to start my treatments. I received a B12/Lipo shot from Jane, she was so sweet and professional and the shot was painless. I received laser hair removal in my armpit area by Alex, she made sure I was comfortable and didn't feel any pain, she also taught me about the various types of lasers and how they work on different hair and skin types. I received Botox injections across my forehead area, Lychelle walked me through the amount of units she used and why. She spent extra time applying pressure on the injection sites to make sure I didn't walk out with bumps on my forehead. I received Masseter Botox injections for the first time for TMJ pain. Lychelle is so knowledgeable, she taught me about the procedure and aftercare, the injections were painless! I also received Kybella injections under my chin for the first time, I've been wanting to have this procedure done for years. Lychelle has such a steady hand and this injection was also painless! This was the best experience I've ever had at a MedSpa. I've been to several over the years. I highly recommend Seychelles! I will definitely be coming back! :)

So my experience was not a good one (except for the nice technician that did my short facial)…read more I will start off by saying that I drove from Humble to The Woodlands in hazardous conditions due to a crazy storm that rolled in. The Hardy Toll road was so bad, I almost pulled over since I felt continuing to drive was not safe all the while thinking that I booked an appointment that I need to honor no matter what. It's too late for the spa to book another client in my time slot, so I will do my best to show up.! Surprisingly, I arrived 8 minutes early only to see the front staff employees trying to cool off with brochures. My response was please tell me you have air conditioning?!? I instantly felt uncomfortable and sweaty. I then told them I drove through a bad storm to make my appointment time but if there was no air, why was I not called so that I had the choice to reschedule? Absolutely no response to my question. You can only imagine how irritated I was to be hauled off for the sales pitch on membership pricing and pictures that took forever. Who in their right mind would jump on the chance to sign up for monthly autopay membership after such an unwelcoming, unprofessional experience?!? I did say that they should call clients who have not arrived yet so they can have the opportunity to reschedule. So after listening to them call clients to confirm their appointment, not once did they mention that they were experiencing issues with their central air unit. Needless to say, my facial expression said it all when my session concluded and they asked if I would like to book my next appointment. Honestly, I would not recommend this place. I myself will continue the search for service that matches the price I'm expected to pay.
