PHENOMENAL!!! I…read morehave been fortunate enough to not need recovery service like this in past, but my son recently injured his knee I knew something had to be done. I have heard of Cryo and have known people that have taken their kids so I knew it to be effective. The injury occurred on a Friday evening and the next morning my son could not fully extend his knee and had a bit of a limp while walking. We went in for Cryo mid morning the next day and by the evening, he was able and fully extend his knee and said it was 90% of the way healed. I haven't even touched on the best part, which is the owner, John. Amazing individual who truly puts customer service at the top of his list. John, I thank you for what you did for my son and we will be back for routine maintenance.

Before N After Weight Loss in Carmel Mountain has been such a positive experience for me. I have…read morebeen coming here for almost two years now, and it has consistently been a place I trust. From the moment you walk in, you can tell that they truly care about their clients, especially when it comes to privacy and comfort. Everything is handled in a very respectful and discreet way, which makes a big difference. The staff is consistently kind, welcoming, and professional. They take the time to make you feel at ease, and you never feel rushed or judged. That level of care really stands out and keeps me coming back. I also really enjoy that they are located right at the front of the building. It makes getting in and out super convenient, and the location itself always feels clean, safe, and very accessible, which adds to the overall positive experience. Most of the time, the visits are incredibly quick and efficient. There is usually little to no wait, which I really appreciate. The only times it tends to get a bit busy are right at opening around 9:00am, and during lunch hours, which can be a bit of a drag. Even then, the staff does a great job of keeping things moving as smoothly as possible. One small note from my experience with their Mission Valley location is that it can be a bit frustrating since the doors are locked, and even if you have a scheduled appointment, you cannot get in without a code. That detail is not always clearly communicated when booking, which can be confusing the first time. Overall, I love the experience at the Carmel Mountain location. Between the caring staff, the emphasis on privacy, the clean and safe environment, and the convenience, it is a place I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a supportive and efficient weight loss clinic.
