My experience started with feeling a little under the weather. Also, I had previously went a little too hard in the gym the week prior, so recovery on two fronts was definitely needed. On my drive home from work, I remembered that IV treatments were an actual thing and figured that this was as good as any other time to try my first experience with the process. Calling around to a few places and looking at their websites, it was clear that some places were more concerned with me working around their schedule than they were at working with my schedule. This wasn't preferred, as my schedule must be strictly adhered to but can be ever-changing. Then, Evan answered the phone. Off the bat, he did everything he could to make an availability for me. We met at a gym that requested his services on specific days throughout the month. I'll circle back around to why this makes sense later... Once I got into his office at the gym, he displayed something very rare, especially for San Diego: a perfect blend of empathy, professionalism, and expertise. He genuinely listened to my concerns, answering my questions, and gave recommendations while being very careful not to be pushy. If being my first time, I took his advice and recommendations fully. And, I am so thankful that I went into the experience full-force. The treatment was customizable, the Evan picked an amazing combo for me. I can understand why the gym wanted him to make visits there: I felt like a new person walking out of the experience. I spent the next few days after the treatment stuck at work. During this time, I discussed my experience with my co-workers. The ones who haven't tried the treatment were amazed, as I seemed to be in a very different state the day prior to my treatment. The co-workers who've tried IV treatments before were amazing when I discussed the cost. Apparently, people I work with who've been doing this regularly have been overpaying in comparison to my experience. Last thing: the day after, Evan reached out via text to check on me and see how I was doing. I didn't receive the message until much later because of my extended work trip. But, him checking in still says a lot about the level of care that he has for his clients/patients. My work schedule is busy, and I don't have much time coming up for anything other than work and sleep. But, once the window of opportunity comes, I'll definitely be a repeat customer. read more

Why didn't I get an IV sooner?? COVID is seriously here to stay..I just got it in June 2024, and it destroyed me! I knew I was dehydrated no matter how many fluids I drank. Evan was SO patient and informative on the phone, yet I was weary of CreatIV cause they had so few reviews here. The vibe I got from of some of the larger mobile IV companies was sales-y and pushy. Evan took time to explain/recommend which IV mix I should get to help battle the demon COVID virus, squeeze in a last minute in-home IV visit, and actually seemed to care. Crazy! Miriam showed up (same day) exactly on time, and was so helpful and professional. After they explained the options, I went with 2 liters of lactated ringers for hydration, and added zinc/B vitamins/Glutathione to boost the ol' immune system. IMMEDIATELY felt better and am (hopefully) over the COVID hump.
