Ive also seen them in passing over the years as our old Leadership team used them to film our company wide quarterly all-hands meetings. For this most recent video request We had an almost unrealistic turnaround date , a few stakeholders/reviewers And some last minute voiceover requests but magically they delivered and the quality and communication is top notch. They really listen , throw around ideas, give clear next steps in the process and overall are easy and fun to work with. Super professional but understand how to engage with client-- i mean thats rare nowadays!!! I even called up Bryce on his cell phone the day before our video shoot day trying to move a few things around on the off change our hand model/ product marketing mgr ended up more sick and he was so accommodating. In the end , our guy pulled thru and we didn't need to reschedule but the fact that they were reachable, willing to talk thru, and understanding says a lot. On the day of the shoot, it was all setup , script and shot list all available and We moved thru everything smoothly. Even when one of the product features on our end was acting up, Bryce jumped in and was able to help solution on the spot and it all turned out even better than originally expected. Highly recommend for all Seattle video production needs.

I spent HOURS AND HOURS watching wedding videos online while I was looking for the right…read morevideographer for our wedding. Like seriously I think I researched around 70 different videographers (yes, I know). When my partner and I originally decided to invest into documenting our day with video, we wanted to make sure we picked the right videographer to capture everything and create a fun, exciting video that we would love to watch over and over. And, most importantly, we needed a videographer that we trusted so we weren't stressed about video on the day of the wedding. We were SO HAPPY that Emerald Media was available on our wedding date when we reached out to them - we didn't have a backup option in mind! At first my partner was a little bit worried that there would be too many people around us throughout the day (two videographers plus two photographers that we'd also hired) but honestly, Tamara and Lindsay did such a great job of blending into the background that we hardly even noticed them during the wedding and reception. They delivered the social media preview while we were on our honeymoon and we LOVED watching it - over and over! They did a perfect job of capturing the energy of our day. We were so excited to get the rest of our videos: the highlight film as well as the ceremony, toasts, and dances!! We had some follow-up requests and they've been super accommodating and easy to work with, which we really appreciate! My partner and I are really happy that we hired Emerald Media as our wedding videographer and would highly recommend them to any couples looking for wedding videography!
