We knew we wanted to create videos to show off our product and user success stories, but we only had a few rough ideas of what we wanted to make. Only one person on our team had ever done video production before. We all knew video conversion rates were really high, and that this could be the foundation of our small marketing effort. We wanted 6-12 videos to tell the whole story, and a way to version them for more emphasis throughout the year. After reaching out for bids to 10 of the "Best Seattle Video Producers", we realized the price per video was going to be in the 7.5k-15k range with anywhere from a few $100 to a few $1000 for our idea about versioning the videos, and adding some graphics etc. Well this quickly jumped out of scope for us so we spent the whole month talking to freelancers, and trying to do it ourselves, but we were wasting too much time and energy. Then Ian C reached out to my coworker over LinkedIn saying they had some end of year membership deals. Coworker said it sounded like exactly what we were looking for, which is hilarious, because the day before I had decided we should all stop looking and backburner the project for a bit. Why they get 5-stars in my book! 1) The customer service was fast, and actually helpful. 2) Membership got us 6 product videos, a custom intrographic, music, screencapture, greenscreen testimonials, background image, and graphical callouts. 3) It was roughly $700 per video (after tax). Freelancers were more expensive at around $1k per video. 4) They turned around each video in a week. 5) Their membership gave us 12 hours of consulting/practice time with their producers to talk about script, storyboarding, how to prepare to be on camera, which was really the gamechanger. 6) The studio wasn't flashy or expensive. It had everything but was still startup, funky, cool. My boss liked that. 7) Also it was a mile away from our offices, near the pike place market. 8) The videos we made were great. We didn't need a $15k creative piece, we needed something simple, but with better quality than the lighting and sound we could do in our offices. 9) Best of all, our 6 customers who provided the testimonials in studio had a good time. 10) Also, the clients who were in studio before us were like Amazon, Microsoft, Starbucks so that was reassuring and a bit impressive. Pangeality was very responsive and took us through what we needed to know to get the best results. They appeared early at the meeting site to work with us to determine the best location for the equipment and test out audio quality. The last was was especially critical because we were recording speakers. Pangeality also did a great job with post-production, editing out unnecessary segments that detracted from the viewing experience. To start, I was convinced by a Sr. Sales Rep named Brad Jenkins for professional services for a custom web design and a 6 month marketing partnership for $8,210 with a company called Web Verse, Inc. that included a promise to get your money back guaranteed on their website and pricing proposal they present to you. I paid for my service Jan. 23, 2023. I was gaslighted and never received any promised product, design quality, or met any promised deadlines. So, I told Marcus Jayson and their entire fake team on Feb. 21, 2023 that I want to end my partnership and want my refund. They ended the call and immediately ghosted me. I'm blocked on every phone number that I had communicated on, they won't respond to any emails. It's like they fell off the face of the earth. And you'll see other real reviews that have had the same experience, because of course it's a real life scam organization. And I'm not using that word sarcastically! It's a real scamming company that's based in India not in the USA. Or Seattle, WA like they say they are. There's ABSOLUTELY no way this business is real and I'm not exaggerating. This business is equivalent to the same scam calls you get from India about false claims so that they can gaslight you into giving them your money. 99% of the time I do my diligence in researching, but this 1% time I didn't dive deep enough at all. I went surface level on my research and mainly relied on the false professionalism I received from their supposed Sr. Sales rep, Brad Jenkins. Any positive review you see isn't real. It's their scam team going in with fake profiles leaving reviews to offset the negative reviews like the one I'm leaving. I'm sure someone within this scam organization will follow up to reply and lie about something that isn't true about the statement that I'm sharing just to cover themselves. But whatever they say just know it's false. Even the positive reviews you see on this platform isn't real. It's the other scam members making fake profiles to fake reviews. Web Verse, Inc is not a legit company at all. They're not even based in Seattle, WA. It's literally all fake. Fake employees on LinkedIn with random pictures they find to use as profiles. And even their names are fake. Fake profiles to leave reviews on multiple platforms. It's a large scam organization and they have multiple inside scammers that leave these fake positive reviews on all media platforms. The name Brad Jenkins, Marcus Jayson, Kevin Kent, Bruce Williams, Zach Hansen, Emmauelle Rodrigo, Mark Keys, etc isn't even their real names. All the names they use are fake. And I have to give credit that this scam company pays good money for SEO searches that allows them to pop up on google for people who are searching for web designs services. And they have a well designed website and a bot chat that will convince potential customers that they're a legit business. And Brad Jenkins will even meet you over zoom with his screen on during the sales process just to try and make it more personal, professional, and to appear like it's a legit company to reel you in. I've worked in high level leadership as an executive in Corporate America for many years so the level of a scam professional is a skill that I would give credit to say that Brad Jenkins provided in presenting ROI, but it was all a scam and I'm just blown away that I was the pick of the litter to be apart of a well running scam organization called Web Verse, Inc.
