Except for labs I have had 25+ visits when I have left satisfied. Labs are great (the blood-taker lady is sooo good); they just run a bit slow. Count for a 30 minute wait and I have tried all sorts of navigations to find the fast time - without results. Take a book. The front desk performs effortlessly. Never have I gotten a wrong bill. Prescription refills and nurses by phone are a breeze. Did I say I also love my Doctor?

I reviewed and updated My Chart and checked in online, so I didn't have to do it in the office; I only had to pay my co-pay. I had an address correction on My Chart, and after that was done, I waited only a few minutes before I was called back for my appointment with Dr Adrien DiVittorio. After taking my weight, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation, the nurse asked the usual questions about changes in medications and issues I've had since my last visit. After summarizing what I needed to discuss with Dr. DiVittorio, I waited until he arrived. Dr. DiVittorio had already reviewed My Chart updates and the summary, so we got right to him asking questions and changing medication to get better results. I was given a sample inhaler to start on and will follow up with the nurse practitioner in four months to see how I do on the new regimen. I like how Diagnostic and Medical Clinic and Dr. Adrien DiVittorio's Office work. Their system is very efficient. The time you have with the doctor is the limitation Medicare gives him, not what the doctor chooses to provide you with.

I believe all of the doctors that are in charge of the studies also practice at Springhill. CCR participates in clinical trials (clinical research) on a how a new medicine or treatment works in humans. Through these studies, doctors find new treatment options to prevent, detect, diagnose and control illness. These studies are very carefully conducted and participation in any study is voluntary. The staff outlines all of the risks and benefits before you take part in any study. This is a great way to gain access to new medical therapies before they are widely available to the public. After two appointments with no help finally on the third appointment got someone to listen to me. Their recommendation was a CPAP machine which isn't that bad but the machine never worked correctly. I could never get help with that. After two sleep testings I still have severe sleep apnea and now a worthless CPAP machine. Don't waste your time with Pulmonary Assoc. none of the doctors or nurses in the sleep apnea clinic only give a crap about you and only how fast they can get your $$ and shove you out the door is the way you will be treated. I can't warn you enough not to waste your time going to them. They will only ignore you, as they did me. You deserve better.

I guess it's because they left him here for four hours writhing in pain in the waiting room. A baby was born in the toilet because they were not attending the mom. The toilet was filthy by the way. And they never treated my dad while we were here for 12 hours They said oh yeah you have water in your lungs come back if you feel worse. Run away, go anywhere but here.

I liked the fact that it was owned by Dr.Meshad. I'm writing this review now because someone asked about the infusion process last week. I recommended the Recovery Room because of my positive experience in 2022 (10/27th). The service was good and the process was explained fluently. My only issue is that I am a bad stick and it took a while to successfully insert the IV. I got the Super Immune package with the magnesium injection. When I go again I will call ahead to ensure there's someone present to insert the IV. (Maybe they have the vascular detector that can assure an easy stick.). I did feel a lot better and energized afterwards.

I went in for hydration therapy and I am more than pleased with my service. I am a hard stick and was very dehydrated but the medical personnel member managed to get a good line very quickly and on the first try with very little pain. The facility was immaculately clean, the environment very calming and soothing, so much to the point that I got a good power nap in. I left feeling shipshape! The pricing was also very good. I highly recommend this facility for your wellness needs. As I have endometriosis, I believe I will benefit from a return trip. I will definitely be back to try some other treatments.

If you ask the people at the desk, they just instruct you to check in on the kiosk into which you are to enter in your insurance and social security number along with scanning your insurance cards and drivers license. On one hand I like that other people aren't handling your information, on the other it's very impersonal and the people at the desk seem like they don't want to be bothered (due to the eye roll) and I should've obviously seen and known that I'm supposed use the kiosk to check in. Then you have to read the signs to determine which side of waiting room to sit on for which ever doctor you are to see. The X-ray tech was very nice, fast and professional. The physical therapy staff are all very sweet and professional. The Doctor was excellent and I am very impressed with the efficiency of the office overall. Highly recommend.
