Ashley Butts Wilkers will take personal phone calls while in the room with a patient and they will refuse to see you even if you're only 16 minutes late even after you have called and talked to someone and the nurse on the phone said it was okay. I've never been to a place where i felt that they bully and judged someone as much as i feel it here. I've gave them multiple chances to make it right but years after trying to make this place work i will definitely go somewhere else. I had to come here today for a biometric screening for health insurance purposes. Turns out, it WAS in the system and she apologized for overlooking it. The visit consisted of height and weight check, stomach measurement (why though??) and she drew blood. That was it. Were it not for her overlooking me in the system, the appointment would've been less than 7 minutes total, walk in to walk out. She was very nice though, and apologized again for the mixup as we were leaving.
