But for me, she was very judgmental and not helpful at all. She laughed in my face when I told her I didn't want children (after she asked) and wanted to know what my husband wanted. Kind of insulting because obviously we are in agreement as a married couple and regardless, it is MY body and ultimately MY decision to have a baby or not. I also expressed concern that I could have endometriosis since I have family history and horrible, painful, heavy periods. She told me she could do nothing about it. For a Harvard educated doctor, that blew me away, because obviously you can do a lap to check for endo lesions and remove them. It's like she didn't care to help me. I switched over to Dr. Krueger at Azalea City, who told me upon first appointment that she would schedule the surgery for me whenever I wanted. That's how a doctor should be. Dr. Grinstead may be fine if you're having a baby or don't mind a doctor who tries to impose their more traditional values on you...but she had a horrible bedside manner to me. You shouldn't be laughing at patient's life decisions and you should care if they are in pain. Definitely don't go if you're worried about having endometriosis!

She also was the one to work with me through a plethora of tests to finally diagnose me with cervical cancer two years ago. My oncologist finally felt like my condition was at a point where I could add Dr. Trammell back into the rotation of my care again, and so today was my annual checkup for breast exam and Pap smear. She came into the room and immediately hugged me and asked how I was doing, like "really" doing. We talked about everything that's happened with me health (and family life, because she likes to build relationships with her patients) and talked about my cancer treatments - what they were like, how they felt, and their after effects. She is so genuinely caring. She sits and listens, asks questions and takes in the answers. She truly has your best interests in mind. She is gentle and explains what she's doing as she does the exams so that there are no surprises. Her staff is kind and caring. Wait times aren't long at all. The offices and patient exam rooms are clean and have been recently remodeled with new paint and decor. Artwork made by her kids at school and family photos hang proudly in each exam room and it just shows how down to earth and family oriented she is. If you're in the market for a new OB/GYN, I highly recommend Dr. Trammell.

I liked the fact that it was owned by Dr.Meshad. I'm writing this review now because someone asked about the infusion process last week. I recommended the Recovery Room because of my positive experience in 2022 (10/27th). The service was good and the process was explained fluently. My only issue is that I am a bad stick and it took a while to successfully insert the IV. I got the Super Immune package with the magnesium injection. When I go again I will call ahead to ensure there's someone present to insert the IV. (Maybe they have the vascular detector that can assure an easy stick.). I did feel a lot better and energized afterwards.

I am a hard stick and was very dehydrated but the medical personnel member managed to get a good line very quickly and on the first try with very little pain. The facility was immaculately clean, the environment very calming and soothing, so much to the point that I got a good power nap in. I left feeling shipshape! The pricing was also very good. I highly recommend this facility for your wellness needs. As I have endometriosis, I believe I will benefit from a return trip. I will definitely be back to try some other treatments.

Doctor thought that it might be too soon to be tested and advised to take an at home test the next day and if positive that I only needed to call the office and they would call the prescription into my pharmacy. I did as I was directed and the employee at the doctors' office didn't seem to be willing to help me. I hung up the phone and waited two and a half hours before calling the pharmacy and was told that the prescription was never called in. Now the doctors' office as well as the pharmacy are both closed and I will have another night of not getting any relief. Doctors! Please talk to your staff about how important it is to have compassion for your patients and to do as instructed.

At the referral of my primary I went to this facility to see Dr. McLaughlin. The doctor was…read morewonderful and cared what I was going through with my arthritis. At each appointment received shots for bursitis. I paid my copay at each visit and started receiving bills for the shots received. When I went to BCBS with this the clinic had charged the insurance company for surgery, therefore they were not covered. I talked to the nurse on my next visit and she said that was not the correct way to code that and she would look into it, no solution came from that. I received another bill after the next visit with charges for each shot received which had also been coded to surgery. I wrote a letter to the clinic explaining the mistake and asking they correct. I then received a final bill stating it would be turned over to collection. The billing department needs to learn a thing or two, I never got it straightened out and paid it so as not to ruin my credit. Again doctor is great, nurses are great, watch the billing department, they are very difficult to have to deal with.
