This year I thought I would give them another chance. Had a builder lined up to start this fall but need trees down first. They told me they could do it. The day before they confirmed. That same night they said they can't come. They rescheduled for the next week. The night before canceled again because one employee called off! Now I had to cancel my trencher and postpone my builder (to do his site prep). At this point, now the builder can't start until spring. If a company relies that much on one employee, that's a problem. On top of that, the owner tells me it's the schedulers fault, not his. If you don't care when they show (or if) then use them, otherwise stay clear.

We had a brand new 4 week old above ground pool with NO damage before their service. They came for…read moretheir scheduled service and then my pool was damaged. Their OWN employee came out to assess the damage and took measurements. He admitted the damage lined up with their equipment "perfectly". It's two even parallel deep gouges and end with a square (matching the arm of their equipment) We spoke with the pool company and their installer to see if it can be repaired but unfortunately, because it is a deep gouge, and creased/dented along with the protective coating now being compromised, it needs to be replaced completely to avoid rust in the future and avoid voiding the warranty. Now over a month later, they're playing the "we didn't do it game" because I don't have a video of his machine hitting the pool. When all of the evidence including size, height, shape and type of damage line up with the machine they tried to squeeze through the area. They made up reason after reason why they didn't think it was them, even after their OWN EMPLOYEE ADMITTED IT, and each theory was debunked. Including "our technician wasn't even back there" and then "the pool is installed on crushed rock you probably kicked up a rock during mowing". Not possible because there is NO crushed rock. The pool is installed on top of sand and surrounded by topsoil and newly planted grass that barely had any time to grow let alone be "routinely mowed". Not to mention, the damage is not consistent with a rock! They never sent an insurance adjuster. The owner never came to look even though we asked him to see for himself MULTIPLE times. They don't return phone calls they only reply to emails. Now they're saying it was probably "weather damage" and I should contact MY homeowners insurance. At this point, we are taking legal action. Beware. If they damage your property they avoid accountability. They have NO integrity. Save yourself the aggravation of lawyers and lawsuits to get your property fixed and go with someone else.
