I have nothing against him and forgive him for refusing to enlist me with his insurance company and so I was never covered, consequently. Cons: I did not get disclosure about a) possible tire damages on the lawn to the 1 ton truck. It just sorta pushed over the dirt and it became mountain-like in some areas and grass stopped growing (at least temporarily... we'll see overall). No apology was made on this and his response was that "I'm trying to take advantage". BEWARE: Before the job begins, he should provide a document from his insurance company recognizing you as his client. This is not what he may prefer to do even if he knows to do the right thing. Also, a disclosure on the fact that no debris cleanup would be made on my deck and roof was never discussed. It would have been nice for him to tell me (disclose) the mess to expect after the tree is cut, because my tree hovered over the front of the house. advise that I'd have to hire someone else to clean up the hefty job. No warning about the in between deck slabs either. I would have preferred disclosures to put tarps like painters do over affected areas, and perhaps it should have been a courtesy on his part. WOW! American Arbor Pro…read more Shortly after leaving a message, Joe from American Arbor Pro, reached out. Within several hours, he was at our Mountain Top property. Not revealing my own thoughts and vision, I asked Joe to walk the property and share his opinion and outlook. From the start, I got the distinct feeling Joe invested himself as if it was his own property. He took his time examining all the trees in our yard, then took me along to describe each and everyone along with his recommendation. I was a bit shocked that we wound up being so aligned. Fast forward a week - after a few weather delays, Joe and his unbelievable team came and executed their plan perfectly. Despite their name, their quote was actually a bit higher that others. It was WELL worth the money. The owner, Jerry, is great to deal with. he's quite knowledgeable and professional. He exceeded my expectations by removing 4 of our trees well ahead of schedule.Man does this guy work hard and he has all of the most up-to-date, well-maintained equipment to complete the job. He also has a small crew to assist.
