My lips have never hurt this bad.... Se was pissed I didn't want to do a different procedure. I did add and extra $120 of Botox but my lip filler was injected in less than 2 min. If you like pain, he's your guy! It's been about a year now and I got as anniversary gift last year... as we were headed out of town for a relaxing little getaway that evening... but I was so swollen and bruised from the aggressive and expedited procedure, it really did put a damper on our staycation. Oh, just a heads up parking is a challenge not impossible so give yourself extra time . Worst of all 30 days later you couldn't even see my Restylne doing what it always had, with other my other estheticians. read more

PROS: - clean offices - free champagne - happy with the work I got done - lots of parking CONS: - no one is wearing masks. They are working inches from your face and not wearing masks. Saw one specialist wearing a mask on her chin, but I don't think that counts. Waiting room was small and crowded. And no one was masking. I've been coming here for about a year now, I ONLY get my treatments by Jo!! (Shout out to Jo by the way!! Thank you for making my skin look so amazing!!). I bought a microneedling session and paired it with my monthly membership getting microdermabrasion facials for my acne scars and forehead winkles. Although the scars and winkles are not completely gone, they have significantly reduced I would say the best for not using Botox. I'll definitely keep coming monthly for some microdermabrasion facials, Jo does such an amazing job!! I've been going to Infinity Med Spa for years and I can confidently say there is no one better then Dr. Van. He is incredibly kind and attentive, always making thoughtful recommendations while truly listening to what you want and what you think looks best. His filler sculpting is unmatched and always consistent. Dr. Van is the only person I trust to touch my face with fillers. While I'm sure many of the technicians at Infinity are amazing, I've always been so satisfied with Dr. Van that I choose to see him exclusively. Janet has done my BBL treatments and the results are excellent. I'm 65 years old and the transformation in my skins appearance is dramatic. Brown and red spots, along with fine lines (which I wasn't even expecting) have significantly improved or completely disappeared in just two treatments. She also did my tattoo removal of my micro-blading and I had fantastic results (at a very reasonable price). Infinity med Spa is a lovely place, easy to find and good parking. First time I called their office, I spoke with Sarah, she was so nice and sweet, very patient answering my questions and did not made me feel pressured to get an appointment with them. She was the first reason I wanted to check their spa because of her excellent customer service, I have social anxiety, and most of the time I can't get my words/sentence right when I ask questions, she was very patient with me and even helped me figure out what I wanted to know. Then for my consultation with Diane, she recommended procedures that will benefit me but not pressured me to have it done, i enjoyed our conversations, and more to come. Just had the best massage today by Jeni Brown. It was so long overdue and I couldn't be happier that I finally made myself go. I found out today they have a membership program too which I immediately joined. Usually massages are only a very rare treat for me. I go to Infinity for both medical and spa treatments. Medical: everyone has been great and kind. I've gotten IPL, Botox, and spider vein treatment. Procedures were comfortable and well explained prior to and after treatment. I never saw myself as a aesthetic spa person but they've got me sold. Everything has looked natural and not over done. Spa/massage: THIS is the holy grail. Jeni is my go to massage therapist. If Jeni is booked I'm not going and I almost don't want to post this so I can make sure I get an appointment with her. But she's so great that more people need to experience her massages!! It's not just a typical massage. She asks about concerns, listens intently to what you say, and can listen to what your body says during the process. She's also so sweet and caring and a great conversationalist.
