Ok..the facade is a bit outdated with murals of waterfalls and clouds depicting serenity, but the services they provide are top notch, up to date technology. I have been coming here for photofacials and the nurses perform the treatments very thoroughly, making you feel as comfortable as possible talking you through the procedure. Results are amazing...just look at the staff. Some might tell you what they have done themselves. We are members and get monthly (sometimes more often) massages. All of the massage therapists here are wonderful, some of the best in SCV! So much better than the other monthly membership place (Massage Envy). The therapists here are experienced, not fresh out of school and they listen to your needs. I instantly fell in love with Infinity med spa, they are warm and welcoming, the facility is lovely, they have a very comfortable and accommodating reception waiting room. The employees all are well informed and well trained. They take excellent care of me each and every time I go in. Their products they offer are awesome, I'm not big on regiments but they had some reps there and they made some recommendations after I got a bomb facial/ treatment and I kid you not the VERY FIRST TIME I used the products as directed is when I first started getting direct compliments about how gorgeous, glowing, and amazing my skin was looking. I was flabbergasted! I look forward to trying out more of their offered treatments and pamperings. Infinity better not go any where because it's official- I'm co-dépendant! I just had the best massage with CBD lotion on my back and I walked out of Inifnity Med Spa relaxed and my neck and shoulder didn't hurt anymore! I was amazed at how fast the CBD started to work and Kristin the massage therapist did a great job in finding all the knotted muscles and releasing the trigger points. I've been getting massages for years but can honestly say I've never had a better massage. I'm so tight and locked up from sitting at a desk all day and Fallon skillfully massaged around all these trigger points releasing the tension and actually making me feel so much better. First time to this office & I was really happy with my experience! My massage was perfect & she was very sweet/informative throughout the process! The only issue I had was they quoted one price for hot stones prior to the massage (while I was in the room) and then charged another. When I asked about the difference, they said the price I was told before was wrong. Not a huge deal since the amount was so small, however, poor customer service to not explain correctly or honor an amount I was told. I look forward to more massages & facials soon! read more

I did a lot of research before I came to this place. I first met with Dianna who explained the different options that are available. I was looking for a fresh look as I have a bit of sun damage. I was thinking about the heavy duty CO2 laser but we both agreed I don't need that drastic treatment at this time. I am so glad there wasn't any pressure to upsell or hidden costs. My first treatment I opted for the VI Peel with booster is 1/4 of the price but you might need several treatments. I met with Sara who was awesome! I didn't peel the first 3 days so I thought it didn't work but on the 4th day...wowsy I peeled like crazy. So impressed with this spa. I went in for the first time to get a massage and unfortunately a pipe had burst so they were vacuuming the whole time. I was a little bummed with how loud the vacuum was, but nonetheless the massage was good. I came out of my appt to pay, and they waved the cost for me due to the noise. I highly recommend doing their open house tour where they give live demonstrations on all their services, lots of give aways and discounts. I always get dramatic results from their treatments and have tried many. I love this place for their cutting edge treatment options, their b-12 injections and facials and their point system where you can earn free services for every service you purchase.
