Looooove getting massages here, if only they were open later so that I can go after work, hahaha. Located inside an off-strip hotel, you have to stop by the lobby and let them know you're there for a massage, at which point they'll give you access to the tower where the spa is location. Mind you, this is not your typical like... Las Vegas high-rise luxury spa set up - by that I mean, there's a door marked "Spa" and the place is small, but do not let this put you off! I have had a couple different massage therapists, but as other reviews have pointed out, Bruno was memorable. All were terrific, though. Per my boyfriend, he has also received excellent massages from all his therapists as well. In terms of pricing, $90 for the 50min massage, but totally worth it, if you're looking for a more luxurious one, without the strip prices. The front desk lady is also very nice and personable. To make an appointment you just call read more

My husband booked me a prenatal massage for 80 minutes. He requested a female massage therapist for me. Not sure if the front desk didn't hear him or what. You walked in one of the towers at the Cancun resort. It was down a hallway way. You walked in a room and there are two pedicure stations on the left and the check in desk to the right. Then there was a door to the back hallway where I'm guessing all the rooms are. I was walked back into the very first room right behind the entrance. The whole time I heard doors slamming in the hallway and the people talking in the front entry. My appointment was at 2:30 but they were finishing up and don't come get me until 2:40. My massage therapist was a male, I prefer female massage therapist especially when I'm pregnant I'm just more comfortable with them. I didn't ask for a replacement because I felt bad about it and didn't want to be rude to him. The massage itself was good. I had to ask him to not be so hard and for less pressure on some points, and again I think that goes back to a women knowing and relating more to pregnant bodies. It was on okay experience. My shoulders are seriously bruised and very sore now. I don't think I'll be back. read more

My husband and I had an amazing relaxing experience at this spa. It's inside the Cancun resort and isn't much to look at but the service itself is well worth it! We had the Spring special which included a 50 minute massage and a 50 minute facial? We both thoroughly enjoyed it. Will be back for sure! read more

Excellent massages. Great spa and not far from the main strip. Will go back! Highly recommend it read more

Wow! I was exactly sure what to expect from a massage at a timeshare property. Can I tell you how pleasantly surprised I was. Vivian was my therapist, and she knew exactly what she was doing. Her technique was different than anything I had experienced and I have had numerous massages. She included some stretching or she asked me to take a deep breath, and it felt so nice! It is located in building four on the first floor in a hotel room that has been converted into a spa. It was a quaint place, but don't let that fool you. The experience was well worth it. Next time I am in Vegas. I will be sure to visit the infinity massage in Spa. Don't forget to ask for Vivian. She is exceptional. read more

Dominique is a must see for the best facial in town! It was a delightful experience. She was friendly and knew what she was doing. I'm glowing now!!! read more

Just had the 80 minutes stress relief treatment and it was excellent. Torah (I hoped I spelled her name right) was wonderful. Explained everything , ahead and the massage was just wonderful and felt so good. Just what needed. The place is clean. Staff is very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend. read more

The cleanliness and attention to details at this spa are exceptional! All the staff have been vaccinated, yet wear masks to ensure ones safety. They follow the guidelines of the CDC. and i love that they care so much! Ildi and Bruno care about every customer like family, and do everything in their power to provide an optimal relaxing experience. They offer a variety of massage packages and a local resident discounted. I've been going for over a year now, and love the release the therapeutic massage provides in my arthritic joints! read more

Tora was the best massage I've ever had. Great ambiance and absolutely worked all of the kinks with some I didn't even know I had. I'd give more stars if I could. read more

My husband and I came here for an 80 minute Deep Tissue Couple's Massage. We were in need of a massage! It was the best massage I've ever had. My husband said he enjoyed it as well. Both our masseuses were great. Explained everything that they were going to do and really wanted to know what they should focus on. It hurts so bad, but it felt so good. It was definitely relaxing and I can't wait to go back! After the massages, my masseuse told me what she was able to do and warned me that I would be hurting the next day. It was really great information! Here are some things you should know: - Located in Cancun Resort. - You will need a key card from the front desk to get into the buildings and if you parked in the garage, you'll need a key card to get into the elevators. - It's located in building 4, Yucatán building. Once you enter, you pass the elevators and take a left and it'll be on your right. It looks like one of the rooms. - It's a very small space, not what you would expect from a day spa, but...service is great! read more

Amazing!!! One of the best massages we have ever had. My husband and I did the couples package, which included a 20 min bath soak with aromatherapy & 60 min couples message. I thought it was a great price (around $175 -180 for the couples package). It's off the strip so it's a nice break from the traffic. It's inside the Cancun hotel but you do not have to pay for parking, there's underground self-parking. Just ask someone at the front desk how to get to the spa, they were really helpful. Thank you Bruno and Alicia for an awesome experience! We will definitely be back. read more

Infinity Massage & Spa - Day Spas Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

We wanted to spoil ourselves and have a spa day. We had flown into Vegas early to take advantage of the day. When we looked into booking a massage and facial in our hotel it was a bit pricey as expected to thought we would look around for a better deal and boy did we find one ! An 55 minute massage and 55 minute facial for the price, amazing. The place is tucked away in one of the areas of the hotel, waiting area not impressive , a couple chairs as you walk in next to the pedicure chairs , but once they call you back into the room , it gets better. The massage was amazing and then I didn't even have to leave the room. The facial was completed in the same room as I was still laying there relaxed and not ready to move. They are remodeling the hotel so hopefully they don't close the spa , definitely want to go back next time we're in town. read more

Husband and I booked a couples massage spa package for our anniversary and were so well taken care of. We both needed some pretty heavy massage to work through our muscles and Evelyn and Frank took such good care of us. I can finally move my neck freely! Highly recommend. All the staff were wonderful and made you feel at home. read more

Kind of disappointed from what I see on ywlp and what I was told on the phone to what me and my wife seen and experienced. Definitely not worth the money we spent here. read more

Weird location.. kinda hard to find... was a little skeptical at first. Had a couples massage and it was hand down the best massages we've had. Very professional and very experienced. We are locals and we will definitely be back. Thanx to Bruno and I think her name was Kami. read more

Me and the wife go all the time. We have the couple message. We ask for 1 male and 1 female.

Great service Evelyn is a excellent massage therapist and the staff is super friendly, place is clean

We stayed at the nearby RV resort and looked for a message. I made a same-Day reservation .The staff are friendly and hospitable. The massage was one of the better ones I have ever experienced! They used hot towels and stones as part of the massage with no extra costs behind the service. Definitely coming back! read more

Girls trip and we wanted a spa day. Took a chance because they had a great deal we found online. We were pleasantly surprised! The service was amazing and we got so much for our money. The massage with the hot stones was so relaxing and the facial left all our skin glowing and the best it has ever looked! If you're looking for "more bang for your buck" come here. No nonsense, no frills just quality products and services. It's located just 15 mins from the MGM grand and worth thr trip! read more

Booked a massage and a facial. This is the best deal on the strip!! It's located inside the Cancún Resort but so easy to get to, free parking, clean, friendly staff and most importantly great services. This will be my new go to when I'm in town read more

I absolutely love the services I receive from Bruno. I currently live in Northern California, and whenever Bruno is this way I book an in home service with him. I always feel better - mind and spirit - when I do. Not only is Bruno amazingly talented he is also incredibly funny and kind and an absolute pleasure to have in my home! Thank you, Bruno! read more

Got the most amazing massage from Vivian. She was very attentive to more areas of needs.

Off the strip and away from the hoards of obnoxious tourists, we had a wonderful experience at Infinity Spa. Bruno and Deanna started our vacation off wonderfully. Our extended couples package started with a 20 minute aromatherapy soak in a private whirlpool. It only took a few minutes for the ambient lighting, hot whirlpool and aromatherapy to start melting the work week and long drive to Vegas away. Then it was on to the 80 minute massages. This was my husband's first massage and he had a bit of trepidation about trying it but Deanna was very pleasant, very professional, and did a nice job on the massage. She gave him a great first experience so now he understands what he's been missing. After chatting with me and learning about my trouble spots, Bruno molded my massage to target the numerous knots and twisted areas that I have. He used firm enough pressure to really work on the ugly places but was careful to check in along the way to make sure the pressure was right and I was doing ok. If we didn't live 11 hours away, I would make this my new go to massage therapy location. read more

Bruno was amazing! He was able to find all the tension in my shoulders and get it out! He used the appropriate pressure as well.

Very nice lady running the office, I didn't catch her name, she may be from the Mediterranean area - regardless she was wonderful. She is who we spoke with when we made our reservation and then greeted us at the elevator area. It was my friends first massage and he was pretty anxious and my attempts to cool his jets were minimal but the lady who spoke with us was able to bring him around so that was helpful because I really didn't want to back out. Thank you mystery lady!! Establishment is very clean and the staff is very professional. read more

Great spa. Vivian was amazing. I'll definitely come back again. I highly recommend. The facial was also great

Easily one of the best massage experiences we have had. I was almost reluctant to share because I'm afraid they will soon be too booked to get into. Torah and Vivian are masters at the art of bodywork. Can't wait to schedule again during our next visit to Vegas! read more

My husband and I were in great need of a good massage . We found Infinity after researching a few places on yelp and decided to give it a try . The lady who booked us over the phone was very helpful and accommodating. We decided on a couples massage with a jacuzzi style bath soak before hand . We both loved our massages and experience. Bruno gave me a very relaxing massage and he incorporated many techniques and hot stones , aromatherapy etc . My husband also loved his therapist but unfortunately didn't catch her name . The outside is unassuming but once you enter the massage room it's very nice , clean and relaxing . read more

Got lucky and was able to book a same day 80-minute massage for me and my sil. I got a deep tissue massage with Frank who was very accommodating. Pressure was consistent throughout the entire massage. Had complementary aromatherapy and hot stones. My sil also enjoyed her prenatal massage- "it was so good, I almost fell asleep." The facility is inside a Cancun Resorts, which is a timeshare. The receptionist explained directions on where to park and how to get inside. About ten minutes prior to the appointment, they called me to see if I needed directions. We waited in the lobby and someone came to escort us. Facility was clean and staff made sure to follow the covid mandates of mask wearing and social distancing. If you were comfortable taking your mask off, they told you the appropriate time to do so but all staff members kept their masks on the entire time. read more

Great couples' experience at this spa! As others said, free parking, just enter the parking lot of the Cancun Resort Hotel (Hilton property) and park, stop at the front desk, and they'll direct you to a separate building near the pool (which is 300-500 feet from reception area) for your spa experience. It took us less than 15 mins to drive from MGM Grand and if you're vacationing here, it's worth the drive (and avoiding high strip prices) if you have a car. The place is small, not super fancy but nice ambiance, modern spa feel and very clean. The spa manager was super sweet and we enjoyed chatting with her as our rooms were prepped. We were 25 mins early and they took us early but gave us our full treatment time. Our two therapists and two estheticians were very kind, clean appearance, and attentive to our individual needs. We had a couples 80-minute massage and 50-minute facial ($350 total without gratuity). Our massage included eucalyptus aroma therapy, stones and hot towels, and the facials included extractions and exfoliations. Everyone's body is different, and their expectations for what's deemed a good massage will differ. But for us, we absolutely enjoyed our experiences. read more

This is a hidden gem in Las Vegas. I got the works and it was great for such a great price. They offer different packages and have specials. I will be back. read more

Came here with my boyfriend today! It was both of our first times ever getting a professional massage. We did the therapeutic couple massage. The location was a little hard to find but once we found it, we were greeted right away by a friendly lady. Both of our masseuses were super kind and very professional. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good massage! read more

Wow this is hands down the BEST MASSAGE I've ever had done by a masseuse named Desiree. If you're looking for a massage therapist that will kneed out your knots and leave you feeling like the most relaxed person in the world--she's the one. I prefer a firm touch and told her about the places on my body that needed more attention--I told her this before the massage and she paid attention to all those places without having to be reminded. She really listens and can feel out the spots that need work. On top of that, she also does a scalp massage which many masseuses don't do (at least in my experience) and it was amazing. Booked a session with her again a few days later as a gift for my boyfriend and he feels the same about the service. Thank you! read more

Great massage and facial for the price. All done in the same room. Staff was very attentive and welcoming. Not that far from the strip.

Very clean and the owner is a gem! Makes sure that everyone has a positive experience. I love the lotion they use also, would highly recommend! read more

So much YES! I booked a couples massage to go with the hubs a day prior and they were courteous to call back and confirm. It is inside the Cancun resort which we've never been to. My massage therapist Stephanie have angels hands. I usually like to get a deep tissue and she had an amazing technique and the pressure felt just right. Tiffany was my husband's masseuse and she was phenomenal too. This is one of the best massages we've ever had and would highly recommend it and will come back for sure. read more

I usually never put reviews but i was asked to and I felt the need to put a good review for the friendly staff and therapists. I had the very best massage to my neck that I ever experienced. For the life of me I didn't get her name. I would look for her again. Nice small location so don't expect much but my family was treated well. read more

All I can say is WOW! I've had massages all around the world, come to Vegas about every other month or so. This is literally the best massage of my life. Alicia was amazing!!! The staff was fantastic including Bruce! I ended up bringing my entire family and they agree. Wow. Infinity Massage and Spa is hands down a must visit while in Vegas. It's off the strip and secluded, but more than worth it. I'm telling everyone I know to come here. 5 out of 5! Would totally recommend! I'm definitely adding Infinity to my Vegas list of things I do every time I come here. Thank you so much Alicia!! Will see you again very soon. read more

Clean facility and massuse used good pressure and nice environment. Staff was friendly as well.
