Consider that the only interaction we had with the staff prior to the problem was receiving updates as to our mother's condition. When my mom passed, however, I had no idea that I would have to engage in a 1:1 almost daily conversation with the RN Case Manager Christine to make a correction - TWICE - to the cause of death in addition to the staff medical doctor erroneously failing to provide his credentials for the death certificate - it's been a CIRCUS. Multiple promises have been made by Christine to provide frequent and timely follow ups on the status of the correction and updated certificates - until today when she decided that because it was with Vital Records that her job was done. NO Christine. Your job is NOT DONE. If your employee - Jayme - had taken the appropriate information and notes at the time that we met with her at the hospital prior to her transfer to Infinity Hospice we wouldn't be having this conversation today. That said, the ball was now in Christine's hands who ASSURED ME that she would see this through and confirm that Vital Records were making the correction then expediting the updated certificates (plural should be 5 - they were paid for) to us so that we can close her her estate. I am DISGUSTED at the lack of professionalism and self responsibility that this hospice facility has demonstrated. Not only have they made this heartbreaking moment in time that much more painful to deal with, we are still left "on hold" waiting for a process THAT THEY INITIATED to complete - with no information to work with. I have made attempts to reach out to Mary Bertram who is the CEO. We shall see if she responds. I was given a 3rd party message today from Casper inviting ME to call HIM on Monday. This entire experience has been offensive at best. I mean - this is THEIR JOB. This is what they DO FOR A LIVING but they couldn't do 3 simple tasks: get the cause of death right, have a doctor on staff who can remember to add his credentials and an RN Case Manager who backs out on her word to see the error through to the end. We had a wonderful experience with Infinity Hospice. We wanted to fulfill my dad's wish to make home when we found out he was not going to recover. In fact death was imminent. Kraig made things happen very fast. He set up the bed delivery, medication delivery, and transport super fast. The whole family was able to be with my dad, we could all spend his last night with him, he was able to snuggle his beloved dog on his last day. All things that wouldn't have happened if we did comfort care in the hospital room. Kraig was very responsive to our questions coming back to our hospital room multiple times which happened to be at St Rose while we were making a decision on what to do. The nurses that came to the house were very kind as well. Although it is a sad time, I slept well knowing my dad had the best possible experience at the end thanks to Infinity Hospice. read more

the most disorganized facility ever. i often have to call the office to inquire about when a CNA or a nurse will be arriving. getting an answer is hit or miss. staff can be gracious or rude. when staff come it is usually ok, so probably mgmt or leaders are toxic and disorganized. read more

The worst inpatient unit, the nurses are rude and don't care the Cna's not much better but they work harder because they also do the housekeeping. The hospice Home health division is not much better the Cna's are slobs and don't respect the family, show up whenever they want, are often late, if they show, the management for the CNia's is rude Angelique, she has an attitude and is extremely rude, the medical profession has changes since COVID. granted the population has become rude also but this is hospice if they don't like their job they should do something else. This is the worst hospice place, I'm writing this to hope to help others. I know it won't bring my fiancé back but I hope to help someone else. I don't even know where to begin my whole life changed on August 1, 2025. The love of my life and best friend passed away on August 17, 2025. He was taken to Infinity Hospice on August 16, and was removed from this unethical place within 7 hours. He had stage 4 colon cancer and was at Spring Valley Hospital. A young man named Chris came to Spring Valley to sell us Infinity. He basically told us everything we wanted to hear. We told Chris my fiancé needed certain pain medication, morphine wouldn't work because he had been taking Opioids since February that the pain medication that works best for him was Dilaudid. The hospital has been giving him that every 2 hours, plus a 72 hour Fentanyl patch. These are the only pain medications that work for him. We also let Chris know before we decided if we wanted to go there that he needed TPN and he guaranteed us a brand called Climimax , he also needed an NG tube that was guaranteed to us too..I have text messages of this that Christopher from Infinity guaranteed us. No one ever wants to put there loved one here and this has been the hardest thing for me to do. The last full sentence he told me was " Let's go Angie" I said where do u want to go?" He said home I told him we're going to a nice place where we can stay with you and they will have your pain medication and u can rest. I gave him comfort because I thought this place would have all the things promised. There's nothing more than me wanting to take him home but he was in so much pain we couldn't manage it there so we had no choice but to take him here. As soon as we got there they took him in a room were we couldn't go they shut the door but for some reason I felt sick to my stomach I could here him mumbling but waited as they asked. After they came out he was different he was no longer talking or could even open his eyes. We asked for water they said no. They didn't have any of the things we requested! He can no longer talk but u could tell he was in pain he would hit his stomach & groin area we asked for the medication they promised us and they said they didn't have that they would have to get it approved and could take days. They also didn't have the NG tube or, TPN or anything! For sedative they only had one Midazolam. This is a sedative used for mild things like endoscopy's or anything upper gastrointestinal. He was restless the one at the hospital was Ativan we also asked Chris for that and he guaranteed us it would be there. This was the longest 7 hours of my life having to watch someone I love suffer. They said they sedate their patients because they don't have the proper beds with railings. So you mean u get paid thousands of dollars from insurance companies and u can't afford proper beds or oxygen machines? He was uncomfortable we would just hold his hand. We couldn't sleep it was awful finally at 4am I asked her what the procedure was to go back to the hospital. She said we'd have to call 911. She asked why and I mentioned one we didn't have the NG tube then she said oh we have it here. I said you told me you didn't have it she then replied oh it was just delivered I said at 4am? She didn't say anything she plugged it in but it was broken. We then asked for a new one she said she'd bring another one but never came back. We decided to call 911 & go back to the hospital my mother n law and his son were very upset. So I called 911 and asked her if my fiancé could have pain medicine for the ambulance ride back she said no, sorry we can't prescribe any medicine to him, a young man who just got there a nurse looked over & said yes we can't prescribe any and I will do it...I just looked at her and walked off. I don't have time to argue with her my heart is broken I'm losing someone I love and now I have to watch him suffer. She came into the room and my mother n law asked her would I have someone you love here, and the lady looked at her and said no..... I felt sick my mother said me either I did not bring my son to die here. We left I'm lost sad, angry and I know this won't bring him back but if this could help anyone I want to try. I have spent the last 2 years being an advocate for my fiancé and losing him has been the hardest thing for me. Hospice is meant to give people comfort and pain free it's supposed to make them comfortable before they go not worst. So this place I do not recommend to ANYONE! It made me think someone else son is there, or father, mother, daughter, a family member or loved one and they have no idea what they do there l. It's not about comforting them it's about finishing them off and making it easy for them less work throw a diaper on, sedate them and walk out. I just spent the last13 days sleeping on the floor of this place next to my mom and honestly I wouldn't take my dog to this place. 13days never once swept or mopped the floor or cleaned bathroom in room. Never once was I offered a pillow or a blanket. I had to go to work on the 12th day and they left my mom in a soiled diaper for 12 hrs never once even popped their head in and asked if she needed changed. I had her transported out of there. I would hate to have to die there. If you really love your family don't take them here. read more

I cannot tell you how amazing Infinity Hospice was at the end of my mom's life. She could not have been in a more beautiful, peaceful, clean, and caring environment. It was rough because we could not see her in the last few months of her life due to the pandemic and living out of state - and she didn't understand. But when we got her into Infinity (through Centennial Hills Hospital who were also fantastic - especially compared to Mountain View which we DO NOT recommend letting your relatives go to), she was much more peaceful and passed without incident. I got there in the last three days of her life, and found the staff to be kind, informative and they let us come and go as needed - even saying we could bring her cat to see her. After she passed, they helped us understand what had happened and checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. When I first arrived, late at night, I asked her if she was happy there and quickly smiled and nodded. I do not understand the one star reviews here. That was not our experience at all... perhaps the people leaving those reviews do not understand what hospice provides and are just upset their loved ones passed away. Infinity allowed my mom to pass with dignity and surrounded by loved ones. We can all hope for such a way to go! My dad was in Silver Hills Hospice (where it smelled and he shared a horrible room with roommate that wouldn't let me open the window for fresh air) where the experience was the complete opposite of my mom's at Infinity. read more

Please read this before sending your loved ones there!!! This took place in 2014, she was a transfer from the hospital. I reported them of not releasing the patient, another hospice down the street came to check her out. But they weren't able to transfer her, I have no idea why. They held her against her will even when she wished to be home! Whenever I'm not there they overdose her with narcotics. She NEVER asked for pain meds to begin with. Their staff just presses the injection button whenever they are in. Finally I realized this is an insurance contract with them that insurance didn't want to pay anymore. Every other day they would have insurance personnel come and talk to us... Once I overheard, "She's still here?!" As if she should have passed a lot quicker. What a joke this place is! Dad started with infinity hospice in Las Vegas in February of 2020 when he started having difficulty with his self care. From the start, we knew this was a great idea. Nurse Norma became his nurse and a life safer. With me living out of state, she made it easier for me to be comfortable with Dads care. They had a Cna come 2x week to help my Dad bathe and to keep him company. Norma became a friend to us and really made dad feel comfortable. She was always on point picking up when dad needed extra care or knowing when Dad was getting sick. There was never a question that she really loved what she did. When she left Infinity, I was nervous but all the nurses that took care of my dad was great, Loving and caring. In November of 2021, we had to move Dad to a group home as he was no longer able to live alone. Thank goodness for the CNAs. They continued to come to see him 2x week. Continued to help him bathe him and to be a familiar face. His nurses came every week but there was a different one every time and consistency was a little issue but when we were assigned nurses Lisa and Bonnie for his care, we knew everything would be ok. They were responsive and caring. They communicated my concerns to the NP. Dad took a turn for the worse in March. When I arrived this March 14th, I knew we were ready to say goodbye to my Dad. Bonnie came within a half hour of my call. We wanted Dad to pass comfortably. We asked to have him brought to their hospice center. Within an hour, Dad was transferred to their facility. My brother and I couldn't have asked for better care. The staff there was wonderful. They kept Dad comfortable like we wanted. With my Brother and I at his bedside, Dad passed peacefully that evening. Chaplain George spoke with us when we arrived and has been in contact with us making sure we are doing ok. We could never had gotten through the past years without Infinity Hospice care. From the beginning till the end, they treated Dad and us with love and respect. read more

This review is a little different from the norm in that we did not seek out their services, but I can and will vouch for the good people who work there. My 4 yr old son and I were driving on the freeway and got a flat tire. We were blessed not to have been in an accident. We managed to get off the freeway and pull onto a small side street. The manager (?) Jennifer saw us sitting on the sidewalk waiting for a tow truck and invited us to wait inside the Hospice center. So, we did and the receptionist (Mary, I think her name was) was so kind to my son and I. They gave us water and Jennifer made sure that we had a tow truck coming and that someone would come for us; she said that if we couldn't get someone to come pick us up, she would drive us home (which was halfway across town). She was taking care of us (which I really appreciated as I was shaken by what did happened and what could have happened on the freeway); they offered food/snacks until our ride came (which my son appreciated!). We ended up waiting over two hours until my husband was able to pick us up. We were offered to leave the car keys with reception for the tow truck (which took another two or so hours to arrive) so that my son and I could go home. The people at Infinity Hospice Care were so kind and welcoming in this crazy situation. I can't say enough good things about them. The facility itself was clean and a relaxing place to wait. So, if you're wondering about the quality of people at this facility, please take this experience into consideration. read more

Perhaps there is a misunderstanding about the meaning of 'Hospice'? A Hospice & a Hospital have very different missions... No one gets to hospice without a thorough vetting by the hospice staff & the family/guaradian of the patient. It's sad to see any low ratings of Infinity Hospice, it's an amazing peaceful place and true to a mission of allowing the dying to pass on with dignity. For 5 decades my parents had in place Advance Directives with DNRs (Do Not Resuscitate) with 'comfort measures only'. At a mere 90, my Dad had a plethora of ailments and he'd chosen, by putting into legal documents, not to have the surgery, tubes & machines that only 'might have' extended his life. As the only family member designated, I will testify --it's very difficult to follow a loved one's wishes. Infinity Hospice provided a calm place and a guided journey for me & my family so we could say our goodbyes - and that is a gift. read more

From the first day til the last (25 days later) the caregivers at Infinity, whether the first contact at the hospital, to the intake RN, to the assigned case manager RN, to every CNA and LPN, and Nurse Practicioner who care for my husband, here at home (8 days) and then at BeeHive Homes (16 days) in Henderson, were compassionate, skilled, knowledgeable and caring, friendly and approachable. They listened, they explained, they always wanted to know my husband's status each day. They were good to interact with the staff at BeeHive Homes (where the care was also very good). They answered calls or texts quickly. I can't thank them enough for making the end stages of life as comfortable and pleasant as possible. I miss interacting with them and I hope they know how valuable & appreciated they are! read more

Absolutely terrible place, they put my father on 4 hour increments of Halidol which put him a medically induced coma then didn't supply him with oxygen or water for 5 days (or food obviously). They literally put him to sleep like a dog when he was just there as a 7 day transitional bed waiting for a room at the VA home, he went in there on his own mobile scooter, 10 days later he was dead. I'll always regret not going faster to stop what these horrible people we able to do; his false teeth were out and his mouth was extremely crusted closed until I used mouth sponges to soak up 2 cups of water and re moisten it. If you want your loved one cared for whether as a short term bed or for there final days of hospice comfort, do not allow this horrible establishment to profit off the way they treat their patients. Just hanging out with my father overnight (strangely enough they had very few visitors there while I was there, especially at night) and listening to the people screaming being ignored until they drugged them to the point of conformity. Infinity Hospice Care and the VA failed my veteran father and deprived him of his final years and a natural death. As the realization of what happened to our father transitions from shock to disgust, we are strongly considering legal action against this unethical facility. While my family would like to simply move on from the terrible ordeal, we feel a tugging sense of moral responsibility to make sure that no one else has to go through what our father faced in his final days on this earth on account of their gross incompetence and total indifference to the dignity of human life. Bad, bad, bad!!!! They have no clue how to treat people with dignity. The support for their loved ones is even worse. Long story short, I was with my friend during her final days. Infinity was her hospice. They left us with absolutely no support, whether it was moral support or even medical support. They just collect their money and go. Run away from this place. Every time their nurse would come by she would say something like "give me a call if you need anything" and when I did call she never returned the phone call. Her excuse was that she lived 100 miles away. I don't care. She took this job now she needs to do it to the best of her ability. The medicine doses were never correct between what the doctor and nurse recommended. Nurse would say one thing and doctor would say another. The patient needed a medical bed. They couldn't even get that right. I had to call and get it delivered. Patient also needed suction because she was foaming at the mouth when she was dealing with the death rattle. That itself was traumatizing to watch. She filmed at the mouth for about 15 hours before she died. When my friend passed away, they left her for three hours in the house. When I called and told them that she had passed on, they said "We will get to it and pick her up when we can". Complete coldness on their end. Not once did they say I'm sorry for your loss, or any showing of compassion. My friend had her medical bed in the living room and that's where she passed away. It was awful. What do you do? Couldn't walk anywhere in the house without seeing her lifeless body. Whoever reads this review I hope you take it seriously. This is 100% honest to God truth. This place needs to be shut down. read more

I arrived to Infinity Hospice in Las Vegas on March 18th at 8:30 pm, where my mother was recovering from pneumonia, a broke leg and hip. She was so sedated we didn't talk very much until the next day. Mom skipped a medication cycle and was still pain free for 6 hours during our visit. Mom told me no one was talking to her or telling her anything about her condition or where she is. Mom recovered from pneumonia after being in the hospital for 10 days on a breathing ventilator. My Strong Willed Mother Mary, recovered after the doctors at the hospital told her she couldn't breathe if they took her off the ventilator, but she did breathe on her own. The fact is, Mom was getting better until her doctor Dr. Jordensen, ordered an increase of her meds for No reason.. He increase her doses from every 6 hours to every 4 hours plus ordered her oxygen to be lowered from a setting of 4 to 2. Mom was pain free, relaxed and didn't need more pain medication but more importantly she didn't need to be sedated with Ativin ( I think it is called) on top of Morphine. Looking back, when the nurse told Mom she was planning another dose for her, Mom asked me "Why"? I should have taken note and stopped it from happening but I didn't know it would slow her heart beat down so low she would have respiratory failure.. In the middle of the night/early morning of the 20th, I awoke to the nurses calling out her name over and over "Mary", but she wasn't responding, Alarmed, I jumped up to tell her "I love you mama," only then she responded with a smile. Four hours later they gave My Mom another dose even through she was unresponsive, and to my surprise, the nurses quickly laid her bed straight down placing her in a position that made it difficult to breathe. Mom told me she couldn't breathe if she wasn't sitting upright. I thought they knew what they were doing... I should have done something but I didn't know what was happening. Approximately, 6 hours later, my Mother passed away in my arms.. She believe she was overdosed. They silence Mom's voice, lowered her heart rate which caused respiratory failure. Mom was Not terminally ill, Mom was there for Pain Management until she became strong enough to have her leg fixed. I am absolutely certain without any doubt in my mind and heart, my mother died because of misuse of Narcotics. They took away her rights, Her Voice, and subsequently her life. She told me she wanted to go home but, her husband Donavan Bockstadter, decided to put her in hospice instead of rehabilitation because he told her, if she fell again, he wasn't going to take care of her. If i could give these people twenty stars, I would. If God forbid you should ever be in the position I'm in with a terminally ill loved one, these are the people to call. And if you have a loved one with a dx of less than six months to live, call them immediately. I've done a lot of research and most people say they wish they'd called sooner. I had no luck getting pain management for my husband despite multiple doctors until I got this service in place. If you're not familiar with hospice, its probably not what you think. First of all, this is an IN HOME hospice. They come out to your house. My husband did not want to go with endless hospital stays, and if your loved one wants to stay at home and its starting to get too difficult for you, this is the to go. They do have an outpatient center as well that is supposedly like staying in a five star hotel with round the clock care, but so far we havent used that service. Ive heard good things though. They have nurses to come out and check on my hubby, a 24 hour hotline in case of emergency (such as a fall or need for meds), they bring equipment needed right to the house (very handy when you cant go trucking all over town looking for a wheelchair or oxygen tanks because you're trapped in your home caring for someone whos sick and may fall), they ordered meds for my husband and kept trying different ones until we finally found some that ACTUALLY WORKED, the meds also come right to the house, and they also have social workers and chaplains available as needed. The most impressive thing however is how caring and passionate and helpful every single person who I've encountered at this place has been. This is their mission in life and they all do it so well. She basically said we had to get our dying mother out because she was not declining fast enough . Ignore the tactless 1 star reviews. Our family is a medical family. The care our loved one received at Infinity was unparalleled. The doctors, RNs, and orderlies were caring, compassionate, and thoughtful. They treated us and our loved one like family. They called us regularly and always informed us fully about treatment when we visited. Even with COVID still active, two members could visit 24-hours a day. If you find yourself in need of hospice care, it's a very sad time. If you want a small intimate facility with loving practitioners who treat your loved one with respect and dignity, Infinity Hospice is the one you want. They took care of everything for us. It was only 9 days my grandma was a patient with Infinity but in that time, we got such great care for her in our home. My grandma had been seen for a non healing wound, when released she was sent to the first rehab. After not being watched, she choked on food, was sent to ICU where she recuperated enough to be sent to another skilled nursing facility. In turn when my grandma had swelling, they sent her to another hospital. The doctor tending to her suggested it would be better if we brought her home rather than release her back to the previous facility. We got a phone call from Anelise the next morning, she wanted to meet with me and my mother at the hospital so she could get a feel for what we needed and to explain everything that would happen. She was able to arrange for next day release for my grandma to come home. Within 24 hours we had Regina, a registered nurse, come to our house and explain more stuff, go over medication and ask if we had any questions. She assured us that there were no stupid questions, to ask whatever came across our minds in regards to care. The next day we met Shahera who would be my grandmas CNA. Her job was to come help bathe, change and monitor my grandmother daily. More reassurance was given to us. Just a few days later, Regina told us we would have hours to days left and it was time to notify family. She also told us what to expect. We were given a booklet on signs the end was coming for my grandma. She hugged us as she left that day and we truly felt cared for and prepared. We just didn't think it would be just over 24 hours later that we needed to make the last call. When my grandma passed away, I called the hotline. I gave them my phone number, and Alex called back to say he was on his way. When he arrived, he confirmed she had passed and prepared her for the mortuary to pick up. He went over things with us step by step, he stayed until she was gone. He listened to our stories of grandma while we waited. He also hugged us when he left. Everyone we had contact with at Infinity made this process easier. We were treated with care, we never felt pressured to make any decisions to change how grandmas treatment was going. The call center was great at not making us feel silly for calling at the crack of dawn with questions. They sent medications quickly. Supplies came with our CNA. I cannot express enough praise for how easy Infinity made this transition for my family. read more

a very dear friend of mine recently had to have hospice care in her home and the doctor recommended Infinity. Everything was set up at the house by the time the patient arrived home. MEGAN, the nurse, is extremely compassionate, thorough, and informative. She comes twice a week to record vitals and assist with anything needed in the care of our friend. ERIN also comes twice a week to wash our friend, shampoo her hair, and show everyone who is participating in the care how to properly care for our friend. I had a neighbor die last year who was in the care of a terrible hospice and I believe he would have been so much more cared for had he received Infinity care. It was a good service for my loved one who was discharged from the hospital. The nurse who came over to the home was knowledgeable and compassionate. It did take a little too long for the medicine to arrive, but it was after hours on a holiday on a weekend. But otherwise, they were pretty helpful and organized. It's not a good situation to be in. You don't want to be, or have a loved one be, in need of hospice care. But Infinity was pretty decent, as far as it goes. Of course, they are not perfect, and you should absolutely get informed and make sure that it works for you or your loved one...don't just take anyone's word for it! read more

Unfortunately, this place was a second home to my family and I while we said goodbye to our loved one. We could not have been happier with the level of professionalism, knowledge, and care each employee had. The facility is beautiful, calming and very clean. First day experience bringing my father here was not nice. First impression goes a long way, too bad this employee was not.

My sister is in hospice at Infinity, non-responsive and under comfort care. This is an amazing place. Every staff person I have encountered has been supportive, interested, offering help, explanations, care. The facility is clean, quiet, efficient, thoroughly professional. My sister is attended to frequently, has her body checked and repositioned on a schedule, receives morphine according to doctor's orders. The facility itself includes areas for families to gather, a meditation room and a patient/family dining area with a refrigerator and microwave. There are snacks available, coffee and tea. It all supports the family sitting vigil with the person who is dying. Though this is one of the most difficult times in my life, I am glad my sister is in a place that understands and serves the needs of the dying patient and their family. read more

My husband was diagnosed with cancer and our insurance provided sent us to Infinity Home Care . For the most part the people who came to the house each week to care for him were good to him. The main office was awful, whenever I called they just gave me the run around instead of providing the service for which they were getting paid. I tried for months to get them to cooperate with the VA on his INR tests due to his mechanical heart valve. I spent hours on the phone trying to get them to work with the VA, they only needed to send a fax of his blood test results to the VA every two weeks. No fax was ever sent. When the hospital bed arrived I called and asked for help getting him into the hospital bed and was told to call 911. I called to ask for someone to show me how to care for him and keep him clean in the hospital bed. I was told that it was a holiday weekend and no one was available to come to the house. I spoke with a nurse practitioner only once during the over three months my husband was in their care. He said I should call him if I had any questions or problems. The calls were never returned. At a time I need emotional support I was required to advocate constantly for my husband to get the services he needed. Chaplain Dee and Anthony, the on-call night nurse, provided assistance during the last days and helped me give my husband what was needed during his final days. read more

My father was a patient at Infinity Hospice Care last month for three days before his death. I cannot recommend this facility highly enough. Dad was in and out of hospitals and so-called rehab centers for two months prior and we had a lot of experience with medical staff. The staff at IHC were the most compassionate and professional individuals we came in contact with during this time. They patiently answered our many questions and made us feel welcomed no matter what time of day or night we visited Dad. The facility itself is beautiful and so peaceful. The rooms are huge, with a large window that opens for fresh air, a recliner that can be made into a bed, and plenty of chairs for visitors. Dad received extraordinary care, and so did we. I completely disagree with the review by Renee M. If/When Mom or other local family members need hospice care, it will be with Infinity Hospice Care. read more
