If we could give 10 stars, we would. We got married at Hofmann Ranch on 12/28 in the midst of a…read moredeep freeze and catastrophic flight cancellations from Southwest. My husband, Phil, and I waited for 3 years for this wedding because of COVID. At first, it was going to be at Wedgewood Brittany Hill in CO, then it got cancelled because of COVID, then Wedgewood Carmel in CA when things started to reopen, and finally we moved it to Hofmann Ranch because my mom is struggling with complications from her double knee replacement surgeries that were postponed because of COVID and she couldn't fly to CA. The day before our wedding, Southwest cancelled Phil's best man's and his wife's flights, Phil's cousins' flights, and my friend's flights and my uncle had to drive all the way from San Diego the day before the wedding. We were beyond worried and devastated. Because of the Hofmann Ranch team, we felt so secure and so loved and our families and friends were able to meet each other for the first time and connect with each other. Britney thought of everything: making sure that my mom had a place to sit so that she could march with me halfway down the path of the patio deck, she held onto my train, she made a water color Phannie drink sign that was gorgeous, she made sure that we ate, she thought of every single detail and schedule change when our families kept talking and singing (this is what happens when you get a whole bunch of Filipinos together LOL), she made sure that Phil and I ate food, and there are countless other things that I am sure that we don't know about. Giving Britney my bouquet was the only way that I could say how grateful I was for creating a magical place and experience in spite of all the obstacles. Phil and I are so thrilled and feel like we were destined to be married at Hofmann Ranch. You have a special place in our hearts. I hope that your mother liked the bouquet. This is what giving it to you means to me.  We would like to express our love and gratitude to Britney, Sara, Chef Daniel, Mark, Joey, Josh, and the Limelight Photography team. Each of you made our day absolutely wonderful. Additionally, Cynthia's cake design and William's flowers were beautiful! I think that anyone who is getting married needs to go to Hofmann Ranch and that Britney and her team need to do their weddings! Thank you to everyone else that we communicated with at Wedgewood over the years and in the months leading up to our celebration. Creating a beautiful experience where our families and friends could meet for the first time and have fun was truly a gift. Have a wonderful New Year and thank you so much for an unforgettable experience. Each of you are a true blessing. May God bless you and your family always and may the Force be with you! With much love and gratitude, Phil and Annie #phannie2020

Jen & Mia are an absolute dream team and they did a wonderful job with my wedding. When I first…read morereached out to Jen, I asked what packages she offered for day-of coordination. She said that she didn't do packages, but that she will simply do anything that you need her to during the allotted time. This was 100% true and she went above and beyond to accomplish everything we needed. Jen does a great job at making your vision come to life and she takes the time to listen to your comments and concerns. On the other hand, she also takes control when necessary and makes suggestions to help your day run smoother. Everything we asked Jen to do, she executed perfectly. And for the things we didn't think of, she was always one step ahead of us. Mia, Jen's assistant, was so sweet and did an amazing job supporting Jen. I really don't know what our wedding day would've looked like without them, and I would recommend this team to anyone for any wedding. Thank you so much!

They are The Best Investment To My Wedding Day…read more I had the honor of hiring Central Texas Planners and having Mia as my Day of Coordinator. I worked with Jennifer on the set up. She was very patient with me when i hadn't filled the questionnaire out completely. i was so busy with little help and all the questions were a lot, but important to help them. She didn't get angry or anything even called me the week of to prepare and finalize things. Offered advice and answered my questions. Jennifer was very responsive. Now Mia was my onsite person my day of coordinator. She was nothing short of amazing the sweetest person ever that packed a huge punch in the day. She was very responsive and handled everything that came our way with tact. She assisted with my thrown together rehearsal. My photographer was going to cancel the day before and she calmed me and even tried to work on suggestions. My Husband best man failed to show she calmed me and worked around all the changes we made last minute. She took a very good photo of my husband and I on our send off with my polaroid that i just love. She even remembered everything that i forgot. She communicated well with all my vendors and took the worrying off my shoulders. She kept us on schedule and when we veered off she reassured that it was ok. She checked in with me and my helpers and helped my step dad drape my beautiful backdrop for the wedding. She went above and beyond for me as if she was family i am forever thankful to have had her and would hire them again in a heartbeat. (Not that i want to actually have a wedding again!). I wish i had pictures of her in action i def have videos. She was overwhelmingly the best investment to my wedding.

Bethany Thomas and En Pointe Weddings is truly amazing. Bethany was with us from the very…read morebeginning, right after the proposal in April 2017, a full year before our wedding. She made a 70 page PDF packet (WHAT!!!) of all the wedding venues that fit our budget and aesthetic in Austin for our budget. (We are based out of Chicago, so this was a destination wedding by all accounts.) Bethany hosted countless phone calls with myself and my partner about design palettes (she even made a slideshow for us to help visualize) and helped us through some really difficult vendors. For example, AFTER we booked a wedding venue and paid deposits, the venue CLOSED with just a few months before the big day. Bethany sprang into action and found us an even BETTER venue. Also, we booked a flight into Austin to work with a caterer, and he cancelled last minute. Bethany, again - the super hero that she is - found us a better caterer, and even scheduled a tasting during the time when the original vendor left us hanging. She came to both of our fittings, as this was a double bride ceremony. She talked me down from my personal freak-out about dress choices. She made a budget, a schedule, e-introduced all vendors, kept a very rosé-drunk "I Do Crew" (sorry about that) on task during our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner with grace and a smile. She made great suggestions (taking 15 minutes to ourselves post-vows, the flow of the wedding, etc) and was always by our side. She shoo'ed people away so we could have our last private dance, and was warm and welcoming throughout. I cannot even begin to tell you how amazing she is. I would be THRILLED to act as a reference for her at any point. PLEASE don't hesitate to contact me! Bethany is the best, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. We used her for the Full Service Package - and it saved our lives!

My experience with the Game Box wasn't that great. I was in two minds about getting the Game Box or…read moregetting the Game Truck which is more popular and has reviews, compared to the Game Box which I had heard nothing about prior to hiring them for a birthday party. In retrospect, I would recommend spending the extra $100 and going through Game Truck versus Game Box, especially after this experience I had with them. The idea of video games on a truck for a young boy's birthday party is Heaven. I was pretty excited about it too, since I was a gamer when I was younger also. I didn't appreciate some of the sly remarks from the "coach" or the way he treated the children which is the main reason why I would probably never go through Game Box again. I had a great time hiring the truck, no hassles whatsoever. The day of the party, I reached out to the Game Box to confirm since I hadn't received any correspondence about the party since the day I originally booked. Thankfully, the owner of the Game Box called me back to confirm. She let me know that I would receive a phone call from the Coach an hour before the party. The party started at 6PM, so I obsessively carried my phone around with me so that I wouldn't miss the phone call from the coach. 5PM came and went, never received a call so I assumed the Coach would just show up to the party. Around 5:40PM while I was greeting guests, I had missed the Coach's phone call but had called him back around 5 minutes afterwards. By the sounds of his voice, he was pretty annoyed I missed his phone call. Then he arrived to the party and things seemed to only get worse. He opened the game truck for the kids at 6:05PM and all the kids got comfy on the seats. He went over 3 rules (1. no food and drinks, 2. no touching game consoles, and 3. don't put your feet on the seats because the seats fall forward). I asked him if the seats really fall forward and he said yes, that there is nothing he can do about the seats falling forward.... Interesting. It made me pretty nervous, however, the kids didn't do much moving around, so didn't experience the seats falling forward... thankfully. After explaining the rules, he went through each game console to make sure the games were set up. I was on the truck with 2 other mom friends of mine who were watching the kids to make sure they weren't doing anything wrong. I then overheard the coach slyly talking to one of my guests (7 yr old) and telling him off for deleting game content on one of the game consoles, even though I was there with him the whole time and he didn't do anything to the consoles. He pulled the controller out of his hands and started telling him off for deleting games. I assumed he didn't know I was listening so immediately jumped in to ask if there was a problem and then his demeanor changed. I was pretty annoyed that the party should've started at 6PM and there we were 20 minutes into the party with these kids who were anxiously awaiting playing the video games. Lastly, the coach was complaining to one of my friends on the truck that we don't realize how hard it is to change out the games and it's extremely time consuming for him to do that when a child asked for their game to be changed. This threw me over the edge and I immediately became frustrated and annoyed with the Game Box. I asked him if there was a library or board of options for games for the kids and he said "Just tell me and I'll change them out". He didn't even have options for the kids to choose and just put on a few games he thought they would like. I was hesitant to allow them to ask to change their games because the coach seemed so frustrated doing it. Overall, I would not recommend Game Box. I was really looking forward to using them at our Birthday party, but was heavily disappointed. And even more disappointed that I reached out to management prior to writing this review with no response. Spend a little extra money and go with the Game Truck. I don't have my own review for them yet, however, in the future would definitely use them over the Game Box and they have great reviews also!

One of the biggest perks is the network of vendors who already know this venue inside and out.
