My building was constructed in September, 2022. I completed the punchlist on time and was told repeatedly afterward that they were too busy with new work to complete the repairs. I had to sue them, because they refused to make the repairs and am headed to court in March in hopes that I have enough proof (i.e. registered demand letters, photos, etc.) for the judge to see that Infinity Carports is negligent - in addition to being incompetent builders. read more

I wish I knew more about building steel building so, for that, it's my fault and it did cost me additional money. I do have one warning or buyer beware - watch out for the additional cost not spelled out in the contract. I need post cut because my area was not completely level. I was charged an additional $400 by the "Installer" - not Infinity. Sadly, I wanting the job completed that day and really not knowing what was entailed with cutting a steel hollow post. I wrote two checks that day one for balance of Infinity metal building/carport and another check to the Contracted Installers sent by Infinity for $400 to cut 3 hollow metal post (15 min to cut all 3 post total). This amount was totally Excessive and Infinity should be ashamed they use such contractors that Exploit their customers. I almost feel like it was tag team scammed effort because, when you speak with Infinity receptionist about the building site she cosigns the installer assessment and ask do you want to pay 10% fee ($480) to have the building materials return to the factory for a re-schedule. So, you are dammed if you do - re-schedule ($480) and dammed if you don't - installer ($400) cut the post. Learn from my mistake and go to Home Depot and rent a metal saw for $20 for 4-hours the day of install and cut it yourself. read more

Infinity Carports was a great company to work with. The crew showed up earlier than they predicted and worked all afternoon (in near-100° south Texas weather) with very few breaks. They were very efficient and professional. We definitely recommend this company for any carport needs. read more

Jasmine is the young lady who's a receptionist I guess but never knows what she is saying or doing. Their scheduling is off by weeks and they can't figure it out. Once the third-party company gets your deposit who knows what happens after that because infinity calms to not be involved as involved as the are with someone else selling their products. I highly recommend going to another business because this business isn't really a business in my opinion it's just a place where you may or may not luck up and get what you are paying for. Unfortunately I had to give them 1 star. It's been 5 months and still no carport for my RV. Ordered it on Oct13 2020. They are horrible at keeping the customer updated. 3 times they tried to do the installation. The first one I was notified the day prior. Sorry, out of town. The second time they wanted to start building it at 5pm and asked if I could provide lighting. Seriously? The third time they canceled due to winds. That was 3 weeks ago and haven't heard anything since. Find someone else. It's not worth the headache read more

Well. I ordered through Metal Buildings of Texas, slab n building. Slab come in about $1000 more than quoted due to them spreading the dirt that I had to find and get delivered, and the plumbing set up that I had to go find the material and bring it to the guys, after I had originally gotten in touch with the cement plant as they couldn't get in touch with them themselves. Then. A month later the building folks came. I watched the crew. They were good. But I showed them some issues that were not correct. I was assured they'd be back in a day or so. So I went ahead and paid. Yes. I know that was a screw up on my part. Well. It's been over a month. Still not fixed. Infinity says if I make any modifications to the building they will not come and repair their screw ups. Also I was told that even tho some of the metal did not join properly on the inside, it's ok because I told the installer, the only one that spoke English, I was planning on spray insulation and overhead led lighting when he asked what all I was going to do with the building. So I get to cover up their poor workmanship. But. I have pictures which will be posted. Hopefully no one else will make this mistake. read more
