There were some things that were offered as upgrades with other builders that are standard with Southwest Homes like granite countertops. They were also very competitive in the cost of the home. From the beginning we liked the way things were handled. Stan Ward the Sales Manager is very personable and easy to work with. He helped us with the fun part -selecting the brick, paint, flooring, cabinet stains and granite, etc. He also completed the upfront paperwork. Frank Williams, the Construction Manager, oversaw construction of our home. He was in contact with us at least weekly, usually more often. We were living on the property at the time it was being built, and would always let us know about the scheduling, and who would be coming. If there was something that didn't seem quite right or if we just had a question, we were always able to reach him. Our concerns were addressed right away. Leila Warman is the Production Coordinator in the office. She is able to keep both these guys going and the office running smoothly. The road to our new home did have a few bumps along the way, but the bottom line is I'm very happy with our home, and with the service we received before, during and after closing. If we ever have another home built, I will definitely contact Southwest Homes.

The e-windows will be great cost savers in summer. This will be the 2nd house I've had built from found up. First one was 30 Years ago on east coast.
