Apparently very few roofing companies will do repairs. Metro Roofing respected my property, They specifically made sure not to damage my gutters with their ladder when climbing the roof. The friendly serviceman even caulked a couple of spots that needed it. I highly recommend using Metro Roofing for roof repairs as the value of the service is reasonable. We called Harless and the owner came by one morning. He was visibly angry and accused me of joining another customer (mutual acquaintance) in some sort of conspiracy wherein we climbed onto my own roof and hammered nails into it. Guy was just acting crazy. He climbed onto my roof and shot a couple of nails with some sort of sealant and then denied that they were the type of nails that he used. For the record, he and his crew were the last people to step foot on that roof. He threatened to trap me on the roof if I didn't get down immediately. I pointed out that there were several that he missed and he kept yelling at me. I asked him to at least tell me what sort of sealant he was using so that I could make the repairs myself. He refused and peeled out of my driveway. There is no way on Earth I would ever let this man anywhere near my family or my house again. It was actually a little scary.

Anthony's communication was the best I have ever experienced with a contractor. He showed up when he said he would, and if anything needed to change he called or notified me right away. He also worked with me to make sure the final product matched what I had in mind. At one point he even stopped and redid part of the work because he felt it was not up to his standards, which says a lot about the pride he takes in his work. The finished carport is sturdy, well built, and looks like it belongs in the backyard. It feels much more premium than the cost would suggest. After comparing prices with prebuilt carport kits at Home Depot, I know I ended up with a far better product for a fair price. I would absolutely hire Anthony and his team again, and I plan to have them back in a few months to paint it.
