I usually get Russian manicures done in Detroit, but came in for a broke nail in between rebalances. Emily was rude from the moment I told her I usually get hard gel. I understand if something is not your expertise, but getting an attitude with the customer is just poor customer service. When I told her I didn't want a tip she told me she didn't have the skill, great I appreciate the honesty. This is the worst place that I have ever done my nails at and still have the nerve to be really expensive, I can't believe they charge me $157 dollars for this ugly mess. I almost walked out and didn't pay. And when she did my feet, when she added the toenail, it looks like she just put a piece of blob on my toe. Can I please have my money back? I have had my pedicure for less than a week and all of the paint is falling off. I didn't complain when the man knicked my cuticle which bled the entire time I got my toes and nails done. I didn't complain when he had an attitude and skipped steps in my pedicure. I didn't complain when he didn't even shape my toenails and just left them jagged. But it's insane that I even had to pay for it. Let alone full price. I decided to blow it off cause the shop owner was nice to me and letting me know she knows he's not good at pedicures.. okay..? I paid $45 for this. Please just refund me and I'll take this down. My daughter had an appointment at 3:30, We got there at 3:20 {because we like to be early}. Woman at front desk was obviously sick & coughing everywhere. Then she took a personal phonecall & was arguing with whoever on why they can't answer their phone & within minutes shes running out saying she'll be back. As we're waiting there was a employee that was sitting & waiting on her client to come in. 5mins after her scheduled appointment which was also at 3:30, she asked the owner if she could take my daughter & she said yes. They tell her to wash hands & come sit down. As she started removing her nail polish the main client came in & it's now 3:40. They make my daughter get up so they could take the woman who was obviously 10mins late for her appointment. I'm sorry but if you already started on someone else, it's very unprofessional & rude to make her move when the other person was running late! They apologize & said they'll get to us soon.. we waited another 10mins, no service so we walked out. Unbelievable & Unprofessional. As we were walking out they kept yelling for us to come back. Absolutely love this place! Every time I need an appointment they get me in so fast it's so crazy! They can do just about anything to your nails! Just ask. When you walk in, it's so clean and it really puts your anxiety at ease, you have to wear a mask, wash your hands for 20 seconds, and get a temperature check. You are to write your name abs temperature down! They wear a mask and have a divider between yourself abs your technician. I always go to the same person. His name is Quan (pronounced One) he's amazing at what he does, very precise! Seriously does an amazing job. Very nice, funny and hardworking. He has great advice when it comes to colors too! I needed a fill and wanted to try a new place out because I've heard great things about them. Top photo was the design I asked for. The bottom one was what I got. I would rather have had him tell me he couldn't do the design. I wouldn't have minded changing it up. The acrylic is bumpy and the polish has little bubbles in it. In the second photo you can see he botched my nail shape. They did have good customer service compared to most nail salons around here. I cannot wait to go get my nails fixed. read more

This is the best nail place in Battle Creek that I have been to. I got the dip powder nails. Everyone is nice and they use the most Sanitization I've seen in a nail salon. The only thing I didn't like is they always made my right pinky bleed with the electric filer. I also think they shaved down the top of my nail to far on one of my fingers so I didn't go back to get them redone until it was grown out. I honestly hate getting my nails done because it hurts but I love the resaults. read more

I went in without an appointment on a Saturday morning. I was lucky that they had an opening because the place got busy right after. I appreciate that they take COVID very seriously here. Everyone is wearing a mask. You get your temperature taken and have to sign a waver when you get there. They ask you to wash your hands right away too. All the stationes have clear plastic walls between the workers and clients. I got a deluxe pedicure and the pricing is very fair. I like that they have tons of options for the scent of product they use. The facilities look very new and clean. The ladies are all very nice and friendly. The service was great. I don't get pampered on a schedule so my feet are very rough when I do go in. I have some calouses on the top of my toes and this girl is the first person ever to attemp to clean them up without me asking. The only reason I am take a star away is the quality of the polish. I chose a regular polish because I like to change my shades often. When I got home with a closer inspection there are quite a few tiny bubbles and wrinkles on the polish. This is a really minor issue unless you stare at it closely. Over-all it's a great place and I will definitely go in again. Side note: Don't be a dumb dumb like me. I had hot coffee and had ac off before i went in and measured 99.7. Gave everyone a scare. Then my temp went back down to normal after a 5 minute wait . read more

If you want to go somewhere that takes COVID-19 and your health seriously this is the place! They've gone over and above to keep everyone safe. On top of it, this was my first visit with my mother who is hard of hearing. They treated her so well and worked to accommodate us both to have pedicures, a fill and a full set. I usually don't write reviews, but I had to for this nails salon. I had booked an appointment for French manicure on my toes, I went there and had a rude and unpleasant guy work on me and the minute I told him how I like my French manicure shaped he got upset and walked away without even saying anything to me, I did ask nicely so I was kind of confused... he said something in his language before he got up and walked away. A few minutes later one of the ladies that work there came up to me and asked me what happened which I was confused, I wasn't asking for much not sure why he got upset and walked away. I thought that was very unprofessional of him and if he can't handle what the customer prefers then he is in the wrong business. The girl ended up finishing up where he left off and she did ok not exactly what I wanted, but at this point I just wanted to be done. I ended up paying $23 +$7 tip for the girl just for nail polish change to French manicure that didn't even last me 5 days without peeling off. I will never go back to this place forget the unprofessional guy that worked on me, they use the cheapest nail polish... Very disappointed. We went to enjoy some pampering but felt anything but that. We did not feel welcomed at all. We were asked to sit and wait while some of the employees sat on the pedi chairs. Once they got up and called us over my lady didn't even make eye contact, say hi or anything! I was separated from my friend so we couldn't even talk much during this time. The whole time they did our pedicures they didn't speak to us except to say "pick a color!" I didn't expect a conversation, but they felt very cold and put out by us. Then when it was time to do our nails the lady I had kept coughing over and over. She FINALLY excused herself and had someone else take over. I'm really hoping I don't get sick now! While picking out my nail color I noticed my toe color wasn't what I had chosen. I didn't think it was, but it was close enough that while she was putting it on I figured it looked different because of the lighting. When I told her she said no to me...that's it. Then began speaking in another language to her coworkers. Very unprofessional at best. My friend had French nails put on and her person left bubbles in the polish on her nails and the nails were different lengths! Afterwards, we sat at a small table to dry our polish that was REALLy dirty! I don't know how this place stays in business. I payed $150 for THIS! I will never step foot inside here again. read more
