    BEWARE OF SERVICE DEPARTMENT* A few days ago I took my 2018 Q50, which is under an extended warranty, to the dealer to rectify an issue with the alarm sounding at random times. During the 2 days that the service department had my vehicle, they sent me a video of my inner axle showing that it had a huge hole and leaking fuel. (My tag was not shown in the video) They also advised me that I needed a new battery.. unbeknownst to them, I had had the battery tested just a few minutes before taking it into the the dealer! It was at that time that I asked my service advisor to place a stop order on the service request. Once I got the car back home, I had the axles checked to verify the service departments findings and there was NO DAMAGE TO MY AXLES aside from one being rusted. BUT THEY HAD ZERO HOLES OR DAMAGE! Below is the link sent to me from my advisor showing major damage to what was allegedly my vehicle. The 2nd photo was taken by me the next day of the same axle with no damage. From what I gather, since my car was under warranty, the service department sent fraudulent photos & videos of an axle that was damaged in order to get me to pay for repairs out of pocket that would not be included in my warranty. When I returned to the dealership to voice my concerns, the service manager and branch manager were dismissive, unprofessional and of zero assistance. I urge anyone thinking of doing business with this dealership to think twice. PLEASE NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! BEWARE*******

    Darion and Vince R a winning combination! We were looking to lease a Qx60 and both of these guys went above and beyond our expectations. They dispelled any previous notion of what a car salesman and finance person is. We were trate very well and the deal couldn't be beat by any other dealers. Honest and fair? Hard to find these days, but they delivered in every sense of the word. We will be back as soon as the lease is due.

    The service center here is on point!! The go to guy is Mr. Julio López. His professionalism, attention to details, and strong customer service is what separates this place from the rest. Took my Q50 on for service due to an issue with the RPM's and Julio right away knew what the issue was. I left the vehicle in the morning and Julio provided me with a loaner for the day. I returned the next morning to pick up my vehicle and the car was back to normal, oil changer, and rotation. And to top it off a fresh car wash. They have the waiting area which offers a large coffee machine that allows you to pick your coffee option, fresh pastellitos, and a clean waiting area. The staff is very friendly as well. A+ Service

While waiting for them to sort things out, I decided to explore other options and reached out to Enterprise Car Sales South Miami at 17720 S Dixie Hwy, Miami, FL 33157. I spoke with JC, who confirmed they had the Tahoe I'd seen online and assured me it would be ready for viewing. I left Miami Lakes Chevrolet and their scratched-up, poorly maintained Tahoe behind and headed straight to Enterprise. The moment I arrived, I saw the Tahoe--clean, polished, and ready to go. I knew instantly it was the one. Enterprise doesn't tack on unnecessary dealer fees, so the pricing was fair and transparent. After JC and Tara walked me through the numbers, I traded in my old Chevy Avalanche and got a deal I couldn't pass up. JC's professionalism was outstanding, and with Tara's help, the entire process felt more like a celebration than a transaction. Thank you both for making this such a great experience! My insurance covered 75% of my vehicle and my GAP claim was denied by ENTERPRISE CAR SALES for being a "commercial vehicle" never once have I drove the vehicle for any company's or drive shares so I don't understand I've spoken to them in person and sound reasonable claiming they can get my GAP agreement reversed which was a lie it's October now and this happened in February still without a car and paying for a car I do not currently have in my possession RIDICULOUS

Louis the finance manager, was able to get me a rate 2 full points below my credit unions best advertised rate. When I arrive, they were under construction so I had to go around and do a u turn to enter the service department. I finally arrived and waited 5 minutes for someone to come greet me as they do in Braman Honda and no help... I got out of my car and asked an employee on the side of the building and he redirected me inside to get someone to help me. I was standing there for 2 minutes and an employee comes up to me and tells me that I should be outside because if not they won't know who is next in line. I politely tell him that an employee told me to come inside the building and he rudely tells me to go stand next to my car. When I am finally next to my car.... He tells me that they are currently 3 hours behind for customers with appointments so without appts it's going to be longer than that. No intention of me staying at all. I told him I was leaving especially after the rude service. Employees should be more interact to customers and make sure they are probably attended to. I drove 30 mins away to Braman Honda and oil change was done in an 1 1/2 hrs WITHOUT an appt. I will not be back at south motors Honda and reccomend everyone to drive a little further and go to a dealer that has friendlier staff and lower wait times.

Not 5 minutes later I got a call from some lady, I explained to her that I was just looking and was checking the rates and I'll be checking periodically to see if anything pop ups. In the next 24 hours I received almost 15 calls. Brother.... 15 calls of people that looked DESPERATE to just make me swallow anything that they had. I was actually concerned about those people like, they were DESPERATE to sell not in a healthy way. 2nd and 3rd call I was educated and told them the same thing that I told to the first lady and asked politely to stop calling. The effect of asking to stop calling was like I told them to call me every 5 minutes. I got so overflooded that I had to literally turn my phone off while I was on meetings. I don't appreciate that "pressure", buying a car is something that takes time, comparing, searching to get the best deal for you! Don't try to make me swallow any overpriced car that give you more commission, this is not appreciated. This review comes from a dealership worker, mechanic and race driver. I understand the business, I never saw people so desperate. Be safe out there guys.
