Good afternoon, my name is Juvenal Martinez. I am writing this review in the hope that someone from Infiniti South Miami will contact me. Throughout my life I have owned several vehicles, like most people, but honestly, the worst customer service I have ever experienced has been at this dealership. I currently lease a 2025 Q80, which is my second Infiniti. The difference is that with my first vehicle, I always completed all services at Warren Henry in North Miami, which unfortunately is no longer available. From the beginning, I have encountered multiple issues. First, I paid for tire protection, and when I unfortunately needed to use it on a Saturday, I was told that tire services are not provided on Saturdays. The vehicle has also had ongoing sensor issues: it gives false alerts indicating that the rear door is open, and the door handles do not retract when the car is locked. However, I was also informed that these issues cannot be addressed on Saturdays. In addition, there are no loaner vehicles available, which makes it very difficult to leave the car for service. I was given an appointment for Tuesday, April 14. I arrived early (7:45 a.m.) knowing that no loaner vehicles were available and needing to return to work as soon as possible. After multiple follow-up calls, I was finally told at 3:00 p.m. that the vehicle was ready for pickup. Upon arrival, I found that only the tire had been replaced--after 8 hours--and I was informed that the sensors were not in stock, had been ordered, and would take 3 to 5 days to arrive. It has now been three weeks since then. On Saturday, April 25, I brought the vehicle in for its scheduled maintenance and inquired again about the sensors, but no one was able to provide any information. It is extremely frustrating that no one seems to have clear answers. I also received a text message instructing me to contact Mike Morales at 305-424-7172. I have attempted to reach out multiple times but have received no response. In summary, I am paying for the lease of one of your higher-end vehicles, yet there are no loaner cars available and the level of service is far below expectations. This will certainly be my last Infiniti lease. I simply want my vehicle to function as it did the day I signed the lease, and I hope someone from your team will contact me to address these concerns. read more

If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would, as that accurately reflects my experience. I want to start by recognizing Juan Carlos, the salesperson, who was excellent--professional, courteous, and consistently responsive via email, text, and phone. My disappointment is not with him, but with the dealership's management. After being provided with a written out-the-door price that included all fees, I was asked to make the trip to the dealership, which required a five-hour round trip from my home. The price was agreed upon in writing via text message. Upon arrival, I waited nearly an hour to complete a cash transaction, only to be informed by the Sales Manager and General Manager that the price had changed. I presented the text message clearly showing the agreed-upon out-the-door price. The response I received was essentially, "If you want the car, this is the new price." Changing the price after a written agreement--especially after requiring a customer to travel five hours round trip--constitutes bait-and-switch behavior, which is completely unacceptable. As a result, I will never set foot in this Infiniti dealership again, nor will I consider purchasing an Infiniti in the future. While this tactic may work with local buyers, it is wrong to agree to a price in writing and then change it when the customer arrives from a significant distance. I strongly recommend that potential buyers choose a dealership that operates with honesty and integrity. Juan Carlos, thank you again for your professionalism and efforts. Cesar, a price should never be provided in writing and then altered. This experience reflects poorly on you and your management team. If you've ever had a poor experience with the service department at this store, read this! You need to come back and give this management a new try--you'll thank me later! I want to give a huge shoutout to Jim, who oversees the service department as the Director of Service, and to Josh, my service advisor, who have completely turned my sentiments around regarding Infiniti and the premium service they provide. The prior management did a very poor job, and I was so frustrated that I was ready to trade in my vehicle for another brand just to avoid dealing with their service department again. But Josh and Jim went above and beyond. They listened to all my concerns, made every effort to rectify any issues with the car, kept me in constant communication, and coordinated a convenient pickup and drop-off for my vehicle to fit my busy schedule. Their commitment to providing top-notch, premium customer service has completely changed my perspective. Moving forward, I would love to see Infiniti South Miami continue to provide this level of service to all their customers. If you've had issues with the service management before, please don't let that deter you--give this store another chance. Again, this is only for the service department. read more

When I tell you I just had the WORST experience with Infiniti just now. I'm just shocked. I'll start off by saying they gave me a gentleman that just kept calling me the wrong name even though I corrected him 5 times. Poor guy should not be a salesman. Super nice but just seems lost. Now let's talk about the sales manager. If you're a woman don't buy here. The sales manager Jeff will literally disregard you, not really listen to your needs and let you walk out of the door in less 5 minutes. LOL. I have purchased two cars aside from my own with Infiniti since 2023. I came trying to create a new lease for myself today and when I tell you I have never had ANY person not even try to sell me a vehicle they truly did not try. It's like they wanted me to leave. So I did , I walked out and left with a super bad taste in my mouth. My prior experiences here have been so great that it's crazy how depending on who you deal with it can change your overall view on a brand. I recently had a very frustrating experience at Infinity of South Miami. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed eager to help, but that quickly changed. I wanted to trade in my vehicle for one they had online that was just a couple of years newer. After hours of negotiations, the manager, Jeff, finally agreed to purchase my vehicle for $37,000, and we started on the paperwork. However, the financing process turned into a nightmare. When I received the welcoming letter from the bank that finance the vehicle stating that the vehicle that I had purchase for 49k was now 62k I trusted Jeff, Jonathan and the finance Shark Ricardo Perez. I received misleading information about rates, the offer made and terms, the whole experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. I left feeling frustrated and regretting my decision to visit this dealership. I wouldn't recommend Infinity of South Miami to anyone looking for a positive car-buying experience. Very dissapointed with the Infiniti in general. After being a 5 star loyal customer for many years, never late on payments, even during the pandemic, excellent credit history, and leasing cars with them every 3 years for more than 10 years, the Infiniti refused to approve my lease renewal on the new 2025 QX80 for not reason. They were asking for 20,000.00 down payment as I was leasing a plain, which for me was very insulting and ridiculous. There is no appreciation at all of a good customer there.I will never ever go back to Infiniti again. I got a new 2025 GLS 580 Mercedes Benz, and the difference is abysmal. I regret not changing to Benz before. Besides, the new 2025 QX80 it does not meet my expectations either. A family member got one, and changing to V6 was a total cathastrophe.Dont make a make the mistake to buy it. The quality of this vehicle is not worth at all the prize. read more

I stopped by this Infiniti dealership about a week ago with the intention of receiving some information on a potential new vehicle for myself. I was greeted by one of the sales reps named Victor and he showed me around and gave me some insight after we discussed what I might be looking for. I came across the 2022 Q60 which I was very impressed with. One of the managers named Anthony was able to join and provide answers to any additional questions I had. We had some nice conversation and I didn't feel pressured at all to make a purchase (which I know is the case for many dealerships). I didn't buy anything that day but I know in the future i'll come back here to do so with the help of those two employees who made me feel comfortable. read more

BEWARE OF SERVICE DEPARTMENT* A few days ago I took my 2018 Q50, which is under an extended warranty, to the dealer to rectify an issue with the alarm sounding at random times. During the 2 days that the service department had my vehicle, they sent me a video of my inner axle showing that it had a huge hole and leaking fuel. (My tag was not shown in the video) They also advised me that I needed a new battery.. unbeknownst to them, I had had the battery tested just a few minutes before taking it into the the dealer! It was at that time that I asked my service advisor to place a stop order on the service request. Once I got the car back home, I had the axles checked to verify the service departments findings and there was NO DAMAGE TO MY AXLES aside from one being rusted. BUT THEY HAD ZERO HOLES OR DAMAGE! Below is the link sent to me from my advisor showing major damage to what was allegedly my vehicle. The 2nd photo was taken by me the next day of the same axle with no damage. From what I gather, since my car was under warranty, the service department sent fraudulent photos & videos of an axle that was damaged in order to get me to pay for repairs out of pocket that would not be included in my warranty. When I returned to the dealership to voice my concerns, the service manager and branch manager were dismissive, unprofessional and of zero assistance. The General Manager, Mr. Jorge Escobar from South Motors Infiniti mailed me an offer to "upgrade" my lease. The offer letter included the terms of the lease which were $4,832.00 due at signing and $270.00 @ month for 36 months, for a 2023 Q50 Sensory @ $52,831.00. On Friday, June 23, 2023 I met with him at their place of business, he referred me to the Sales Manager who after performing some calculations offered me a lease extremely much more expensive than the offer sent to me. I then realized this is the typical "bait and switch" , something I never expected of such a reputable dealership. I have conducted continuous business with South Motors for over 20 years and I have never encountered such a deceptive and vile business transaction with any of the staff previous to this. I walked over to Mr. Escobar's office and asked him if he was were aware of the offer presented to me, and why he was not putting into effect the terms of the lease offer he sent me, he responded that it was a mistake. A mistake??? In my experience when dealing with a responsible and professional business it is customary to honor your mistakes, he however did not. The service department is terrible, the do not communicate at all and they just lie and cannot be trusted. The worst dealership ever! Don't waste your time; they sold me a "certified" 2020 Q50 that was infested with german roaches. told me they did a full detail when I got the car; they didn't do nothing. I called them to tell them about the roaches, and they told me the car had a problem with a few roaches. After the fact, I bought the car. Are you serious? I took it back; they told me they were going to take care of it and bomb it, but they didn't do anything. I got the car back dirtier than it was, and they broke my cup holders. I do not recommend this dealer at all I would rather drive out to another infiniti even for an hour. All they care about is you buying a car after that you are nobody. Service is bad, customer service is bad and the worst part is when you call. They keep you on hold for a long time and transfer you around for no reason because no one wants to help you. The service center here is on point!! The go to guy is Mr. Julio López. His professionalism, attention to details, and strong customer service is what separates this place from the rest. Took my Q50 on for service due to an issue with the RPM's and Julio right away knew what the issue was. I left the vehicle in the morning and Julio provided me with a loaner for the day. I returned the next morning to pick up my vehicle and the car was back to normal, oil changer, and rotation. And to top it off a fresh car wash. They have the waiting area which offers a large coffee machine that allows you to pick your coffee option, fresh pastellitos, and a clean waiting area. The staff is very friendly as well. I have owed Infiniti over 15 years because I am a loyal customer and love the performance of my M. The only issue I have is the service at this location, trying to get to my service rep is nearly Impossible. When I actually do get an appt to get my car serviced, I never get a loaner and have to spend my day at the store and lose a day of work. It sucks to say but might have to switch to Lexus, That my wife has one and their service is phenomenal. I was so nervous about buying my first car in the US, specially because I wanted to buy an used car and my budget wasn't outstanding. I had heard too many horror stories about used cars and sleazy business practices. I did a lot of research and listened to some advice and went to this dealership to see some of the cars they had in their website, already knowing that I could trust them. They were very helpful and friendly. Anthony immediately saw my face light up when I found the one, and asked me if I wanted to go for a test ride. He was nice and patient throughout the process and followed up a few days after my purchase to see if I had found everything ok. Ricardo helped me get a good financing plan and helped me secure a fair deal for insurance; and even when my financing plan was denied (because I'm a new US resident), he called me with a new one the next day. They didn't have a lot of variety when it came to models below 15.000-20.000 dollars. But then again, I'm probably in the minority of their clients, since infiniti is a higher end brand. read more

Just leased my second Q50 from South Motors today. I could not be more satisfied with the service, the price and the attention to detail from beginning to end. My salesperson was Luis Maldonado, he was very courteous and professional throughout the entire process. We did most of the negotiation and arrangements over the phone. When I got to the dealer I spent just around an hour signing papers and getting my new car. I had provided all my information over the phone, so the papers were almost ready. Came in for an airbag recall service. The main showroom was being renovated at the time so figuring out where I was supposed to go took some exploring. Turns out the service department is on the Southeast side of the block - but you can work your way through the lot even if you come in by the first entrance on the Northwest side (if you're coming from the North). I pulled into the service center, was waived in, guided to a service manager. I explained that I had called in a month prior and had an airbag shipped here for recall and within 5 minutes the guy took my keys and told me I can stick around because it'll only be a few hours. In the waiting area they had a cool coffee machine that makes lattes, chocolate drank and other stuff. They also had croquettas and pastelitos. At least my mouth was entertained during my wait. The rest was hurry up and wait between the morning news and a book. The airbag service took maybe 3-4 hours. Everyone was really nice. Kewl cars on the lot. It was the most pleasant experience I've had with a stealership. read more

This review is for both the service department and the sales department. I leased my vehicle here during April 2013. At that time, I was a first time infiniti customer, recommended by my brother. The sales person was honest and helpful, such that, I got a great deal in relation to the fair market value of the vehicle, and given that I needed 15K miles per year. The service and overall ethics of the sale were really noteworthy, and I would recommend Infiniti South to any friend or family member. Today, (among many other free services) I asked the service agent (Julio) to have them check my brakes. Again, Infiniti South's excellent customer service and ethics shined through. Julio was honest about exactly what the sound with my brakes were as well as the causes and risks. Rather than take advantage and have me spend $$ out of pocket, he advised me in my best interest, not the company's. Time and time again, Infiniti South continues to prove that they are a great company to do business with, and so how could I refuse? read more

I went to South Motors Infiniti today to purchase a vehicle and was greeted by the nicest sales man. I knew what car I wanted and we started the paper work immediately. After a couple of hours they had a decision from the bank they RUSHED me to provide them with new insurance which I did and paid the premium on the new policy using the purchase order they gave me. I provided them all the necessary paper work and right when it was time to sign they told me they couldn't go through with the deal. To the point- Service Department is excellent ONLY because of Elvis and the team that has worked on our vehicle when brought in. We have never hard an issue with service. 5 stars there. Sales-This is what I base my 1-star review on. I called last Friday regarding my lease coming to an end and possibly leasing another. I was told by an internet sales specialist that she or her sales manager would get back to me by Monday. Well, Monday has passed and it's almost the end of the week. No one has called me back. During these uncertain times, where it was confirmed that your dealership was empty and there were barely any customers coming in, no one could return my call at all. I'm assuming you don't need any business? We will definitely not be leasing an Infiniti again. Waiting for our lease term to end, pay the ridiculous disposition fee (I say ridiculous because you no longer will make my vehicle because it is beyond terrible) and return the car. read more

I have to admit...I am a little torn about my review. I bought my used Infiniti Q50 about a year ago and the sales department was great, especially Juan. I did not feel pressured. In fact, I felt supported. Now for the service department. Because of the service department, I will NEVER go to South Motors Infiniti again. Furthermore, I will warn everyone to NOT go to South Motors Infiniti for service. They were the rudest and most unprofessional workers that I had ever encountered. Let's start with the first time I took my car in for service. I had made an appointment and was assured that I would have a loaner car available to me. That did not happen. On the same visit, they attempted to charge me for an oil change that was supposed to be free for two times within one year since I bought my car there. Instead of the service team trying to resolve my concern, they left it to me to walk over to the sales department for proof that I purchased my car at the dealership. (Come to think about it, I was met with the same annoying inconvenience When the battery in both my FOBs failed within one month of purchasing the car. They wanted to change me and I needed to address my concerns with the sales manager before they would waive the charges.) Now comes to my FINAL experience with the service department. I left messages 5 different times to try making a service department before I actually spoke with a live person. I was advised that Julio Lopez would be my service coordinator and he would call me back. (I had no idea who Julio was and was already becoming annoyed since he was one of the people that I had left a message for.) Someone else called me on Monday am, while I was at work, to make arrangements for a service appointment and to ensure I would have a loaner car available to me for Tuesday evening, (for Wednesday service). I received an email and text confirmation appointment for the wrong time! At the end of the day, I was called again by the service department to confirm the appointment. I explained that the confirmation email and text and email had the wrong appointment time. The representative said that would be a problem and I would be called back. I was contacted 5 times different times at work just to set the appointment! It was beyond disruptive and annoying, The day of the appointment I needed to leave work early in order to meet their strict appointment time, which was more than an hour before the service department closed. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time to only be told that I needed to wait. This did not make sense since there were several other service coordinators standing outside and I was the only one waiting. I was told no one else would be able to assist me and I would need to wait. After waiting over 20 minutes I was told it would still be another 30 minutes or so and no one else would be able to assist me. South Motors Infiniti does not respect or value its customers. I felt so disrespected watching all of these employees standing around the service department, not with customers, refusing to assist. It is wonderful that the one service advisor that was with a customer was taking the time to provide service to his client. However, I did not feel my patronage or time was valued or respected. I finally left and vowed never to return! I caution others not to use their service department too! They are not customer friendly at all. read more

Several years ago I went into South Motors Infiniti and a left excited to drive my new car. I bought it certified used, and it had everything that I wanted. I got a great deal on it apparently. This I was told by my friends. I worked with Greg and Darion, they said they wanted to make me an Infiniti customer for life. Fast forward to this year I decided I wanted to sell my car and explore moving to Peru to learn Spanish. So I went back to the dealership. They bought back my car at the exact value it showed online, no haggle, within DAYS, it was all processed with my bank, they drove me home (45 minutes drive in miami traffic, and then personally dropped off my check the next week. I have never experienced service like that before especially from a car dealer. Five stars all around. read more

I went in 3 weeks ago and negotiated a price to lease a vehicle for 325 and that was to include tax, very firm on this point, I did purchase extra insurance which would add another 60- so when I signed the papers for a 379 monthly payment I'm thinking this was including the insurance. I just got my first bill and it says 354.69 lease amount, 24.83 taxes. I was hoping that this was going to be a long term relationship with south motors infiniti and I would walk out with a new car every 3 years. I always know exactly what I want...and I knew I wanted a G37s convertible for my next car. South Motors was my second stop on my infiniti dealer list and it was also my final. The salesperson tried to put up a fight when it came to pricing but I left with a great deal- and even better, left him looking like I busted his balls :) If you've never driven an infiniti-- take it from me, it is an incredible brand and my two favorites of all the cars I've ever driven were my FX35 and now my G....I can vouch for it over BMW, Jaguar, and Hummer at least. The service dept at South Motors is also fantastic-- you can take your car in for something as simple as an oil change and they will give you a loaner without any hassles of rental car companies, etc...Check them out if you're in the market for a premium car--definitely worth it! read more

By far the rudest treatment I have ever received in a car dealership in my life. After standing in the showroom for about 10 minutes, not a single salesperson came out of their glass offices to ask if we needed any help. When one finally did come out, he was rude and belligerent, and made no apology. It seems we were interrupting something--must have been joke time. My husband and I are over 60 and have bought many cars and have never been treated in such a manner. We did not come to look--we came to buy. But with this treatment I would never buy an Infiniti. The only reason I am giving a 1-star rating is because I am unable to give zero stars! read more
