I have been going to Banner Tire for a number of years. As a return customer, speaks to what I think of their work. This is where I take my wife's Toyota Tacoma for any work needing to be done. Now that my truck is out of warranty, this will be where it goes from now on for service. read more

Very nice family run business that has been around forever. The owners are great. The staff is great. They are always busy but totally worth waiting for. Very reliable and honest. It's nice to have a local little shop. instead of these big dealerships. They just want to take your money. I would definitely give Banner a try. Support small business. read more

I walked in yesterday because my splash guard/ plastic engine cover under my car had come loose with a curb and asked if they could fix it. The gentleman at the counter came to my car, took a look and instructed one of the guys to secure the cover, he said it would be about 1 hour wait. I sat in lobby for about 20 minutes my car was done, when I asked how much I owed, he said nothing... it was no big deal. So how is that for good service? During the holidays, immediate assistance and no charge. Wow! That is not heard of any more. Thank you. read more

These guys are awesome and have a great reputation around Miami. If you're a Palmetto Bay local, you likely bring your cars to Banner. Tom works on many vehicles in my family. Him and the guys recently replaced tires on my Jeep. They were timely and did a wonderful job for a reasonable price. Thanks, Banner. read more

Honest family owned business, Always able to help my business in a pinch, 5 star service, attitudes and quality work.

Great service today. Asked for a simple tire rotation and they actually made sure one of my tires was balanced properly due to some uneven wear. Thank you and I will be back next time I need anything tire related. read more

I called Banner to get 6 tires on my RV. No one had time to install them for a few weeks (because of the size of my RV) Banner not only made the time but they got me the tires and installation less expensive then I could find the tires themselves online. Very reliable and respectful. They are to the point which I prefer and get the job done fast. They got my RV in right away and got the tires on within a couple hours (which is pretty fast compared to most spots) read more

Had a bad experience, waisted a lot of time and money. This business is more suited for RV's and Trucks, they have very little time for cars and pick ups. Had my vehicle for days and days, then claimed, they either couldn't do the job. invoiced me for almost $300 to do an examination and still couldn't complete repairs. Did the Road Force balance and my vehicle felt worse than when i took it there, re-did the road force balance at the dealership for half the price than Banner and the vibrations went away, may be Banner could find the time to look at my vehicle, but they always found the time to invoice me for nothing - Definitely won't be going back. This is the second time writing this type of report, i usually don't but the service was bad. The other time i wrote one was for excellent service from CB Wheels & Tires - now they know what they are doing and great customer service. You make an appointment like a doctors office and on the dot my vehicle is rolling in! Do better Banner, don't take the vehicle if you don't have time to work on it! read more

I'm an automotive dummy, but also suspicious when it comes to unneeded work being pushed. These folks seem very honest. It's a NAPA repair center, all kinds of repair and maintenance done, and they do good work. Prices aren't cheap but seem fair. read more

Horrible horrible experience there Mechanic was on a non stop filthy talking spree. Spewing racist comments about a customers car he was working on. Not a family friendly place. Some to the manager and they did nothing about it. I had to leave. read more

Banner Tire Pros - Tires Near Me - Miami, Florida

I was having this odd problem with Bertha (my Charger RT) where her accelerator was shutting off on sharp right turns... yeah... only right turns. A coworker referred me to his mechanic, so I checked them out. They said that I needed a new transmission & it'd set me back about $2,800. I almost bit the bullet because, as one can imagine, your car just shutting off randomly isn't fun. A few weeks pass and long story short, I decide to take it to Banner Tire for another opinion. After analyzing her, it turns out that there was a hole in the pan that houses the transmission fluid. A $250 hole... not a $2,800 new tranny. Bertha and I couldn't be happier. I now use them for almost all of my mechanical needs. Like another Yelper mentioned... they're not the cheapest. But it's quality work done by competent and fair mechanics. read more

Excellent service and professionalism. Before going to Banner I called 6 tire locations for a quote, most were cheaper but none had the professionalism. I only called Banner after a friend heard i was looking for tires and told me they, their family and friends only use Banner. I was impressed and will use them again for service. Otto made sure to let me know he appreciated my service. You can try others and save $20, but no guarantees on your tires or service. read more

We have been going to Banner Tire for years! Al is the best there is and explains what he is doing or has done to repair your vehicle/trailer. They are honest and fair. 10 out of 10! read more

I had to return with my truck3 Times because the repairs were not completed properly the first time. Now on my third visit they advised me to take my car to the dealer because they can't fix it. I am extremely disappointed. read more

I found the the tires I wanted at Banner at the same price as Walmart. Installation was a couple bucks more but worth the convenience. I ordered them in the morning and they were installed that afternoon with about an hour and a half wait. The only thing I saw wrong was that they didn't bother to update my car in their system. They documented placing tires on a car I haven't had in 10 years. I hope that doesn't come back to haunt me if there is a problem with the tires. Overall I'd recommend them as I've used them for years. They seem to be honest and don't do anything that's unnecessary. read more

These guys were great! Came in via recommendation from my Step-Dad and, despite being a visitor from Jacksonville, they had me back on the road in no time. Strongly recommend these guys for service, price and efficiency. read more

We blew out two tires on our 28 foot RV on the turnpike . Banner tire was recommended by The Tire Kingdom down the road because of our size. The service was exceptional , they had multiple tires in different price ranges in stock and we actually bought four tires. They squeezed us in because we were 200 miles from home and did an amazing job. They even allowed us to bring our dogs in the waiting room so they wouldn't have to sit in the coach, everybody was wonderful !! read more

I have used Banner tire for many repairs and maintenance of my auto fleet. My company owns over 14 different makes and models of trucks. Banner tire has serviced and repaired many different issues with our trucks and our large dump trucks as well. We have always had a good experience with this company and the service and explanation of what is wrong with the trucks and what was needed to be repaired has been right on target each time. I highly recommend this company and I will continue to use them in the future. They also repaired my boat trailer to mint condition! read more

These guys have been around forever. I've been using them since 2007 for all my tire needs. Since then I have changed all four tires on my Land Rover RR Sport, my wives BMW X5 and my moms Mercedes ML350. Usually I order the tires 2-3 days ahead of time and go in and get them changed when they call me. Always a no-stress, no-hassle transaction. Prices are fair, they treat you right, that is why they have been around for so long. read more

Trailering a boat to Orlando after a fishing trip to The Everglades and blew a trailer tire on the turnpike. Changed the tire but didn't want to go another 200 miles without a spare. Took first exit while my buddy googled tire service. Was on the way to the one recommended when I saw Banner Tire on my left and turned in. Tom was at the desk and told me to back my rig to Al's area. Al asked about the fishing and told me he'd help. Bottom line: They changed both trailer tires in less than an hour and the price was much less than I anticipated. I don't usually do these reviews but this was one of the most pleasant experiences in my 70 years. If I lived in Miami, they'd be my go to tire guys! read more

Wonderful and honest service. I am new to the area. I went to a national chain place for a quick oil change. They were adamant I need an expensive brake job replacing everything. I decided to call a shop near me to see if the first estimate was responsible. Banner Tire quoted a price for the same repairs several hundred dollars less. When I took my vehicle in to have the repairs done, I authorized all repairs. I was delighted and surprised when they completed the needed repairs and let me know all was good to go. I actually needed only break pads and not a full brake job. Brakes work break and it saved me lots of money. They could have easily done a full brake job and charged me and I wouldn't have known any better. Thank you for watching out for your customers. read more

Purchased a groupon for my 2016 car and was told I cant get a conventional oil change that I had to get a synthetic which was $50. This place is a RIP off and didnt honor the groupon!! they were trying to make me get something I didnt need!!Very ignorant and unprofessional!!Dont ever take your car to this place!!No business when I arrived!!Hmmm, I wonder why??? read more

If you wish to be scammed and have something on your vehicle replaced that doesn't need to be, go to Banner Tire and see JEAN. If you do deal with him I would suggest obtaining a second opinion before agreeing to have them do the work. You may be surprised of the outcome. I know Banner has a lot of loyal customers but I guaranty some would be shocked to know what's going especially if you deal with JEAN. And if you do discovery something "shady" going on, and you want to report it to his boss TOM, don't expect him to do much. He will re-inspect the vehicle and do his best to doctor it up JEANS fraudulent inspection to make it look like his employee is not completely wrong even if its clear and right in front of his own eyes. It appears TOM doesn't like to be a boss sometimes and step up and do what's right. What boss would flat out say his employee may be screwing you out of a few hundred dollars. A real boss. If you are a female or an automotive dummy as one reviewer put its, beware. Over the years I have spent thousands of dollars at this place, I have also referred thousands of dollars of work to this place but, that will never happen again. They have some "cleaning up" to do. It's pricey, but they do good work when it's the work that truly needs to be done and not BS. If you do decide to go to Banner be sure to avoid dealing with JEAN. He talks a good talk. Believe me. read more
