The initial price online which drew me to the dealership

I saw a car online I wanted. It was listed as $26,806. I called them asking about the fees on top of it and they said don't worry, we'll negotiate. So after an hour long drive, i'm ready to buy the car thinking I may pay somewhere near to $28,000 plus tax at most. Look at the bill they gave me. It went from $26,806 to $36,583 after tax! Almost $10,000 more than the listed price online! Worthless $1,595 "gps fee", I told them I didn't want it and they said it cost $450 to remove it. $850 documentation fee, what a joke, this fee is legally capped at $75 in New York, due to dealers like this. And $1,295 cash fee...??? DO NOT support this dealership. There listed price is meaningless. They charge fees like it's nothing and it amounts up to 25% of the price.

Conversations. Make an informed decision to work with these people.

Shady sales practices. They advertise a car below KBB, then when you call to inquire, they say that there is a $3k "dealer fee" added to the price no matter the vehicle. This isn't advertised anywhere on the website or in discussions until you want to buy. Why not just advertise that "fee" or include it in the list price. There's also a $1495 fee if you don't finance with them. That could be 10% of the entire price in un-advertised fees.

Based on the lies, it cost me 8 weeks of not being able to use the car and 5000 dollars worth of repairs.

Purchased a car from out of state and found exactly what I was looking for. Who ever the buyer is for the dealership knows sort out cars. Worked with Mike and Jason to sort out some minor bumps. Patrick was respectful and helpful. I am happy with the outcome and will do business with Patrick, Jason and Mike in the future.

    My sales person.

Don't waste your time, the prices online don't include ridiculous dealer fees(those not charged elsewhere). Leon the salesman was good.

I came across the vehicle thru Cars.com, almost by accident. This is what I had been looking for for months but what I had seen were from private parties with vast mileage and excessive rust. This one was well-maintained by one owner and in impeccable condition. I am on Long Island, I reached out to the dealership and spoke with Alex Coss. He truly was a gentleman to deal with, and he worked with me to make this virtually effort-free. He said they were used to this and get a lot of customers from across the border in New York. I can see why. If Alex is an example, they put the effort in so the customer is more comfortable. Why can't more dealers follow their lead? There was no upsell, and I got exactly what I was described and promised. If you are considering an Audi, or anything else they might carry, why not look up Alex and give this dealership a try. I don't think you will be disappointed. I certainly was not.

I called…read moreThursday at 9:15am and was told that if the car arrived by 2pm, it would be looked at the same day. Based on that assurance, I had it towed in by 11:45am. It was not evaluated Thursday. By Friday around 1pm (more than 24 hours after drop-off), I had not received an update, so I called. I was told the technician was supposed to have reviewed it that morning and I would receive a call back "in about an hour". That follow-up never came, so I called again three hours later, just before their closing time. I was told then that fault codes were found in their diagnostic and that I would need to authorize an additional diagnostic hour to investigate further. I declined and communicated that I would pick up the vehicle. On Saturday, after another unreturned callback request, I decided to go to the dealership. I arrived about 30 minutes prior to closing. There was confusion about the vehicle being ready despite prior notice. I paid for a diagnostic, but no one available that day could explain the findings. The only information I received was a brief verbal summary from the prior day -- no written diagnostic report was provided, though I requested one then as well. I understood it was too close to closing time to pick up the car that day and was told to pick it up Monday. From a value perspective, if a full diagnostic hour was billed, I would expect one of the following: * A written diagnostic report of any findings to date * Root-cause analysis beyond basic fault codes * Clear next-step guidance explaining what was ruled out, and why more than one diagnostic hour was required if all they were doing was using a code reader to diagnose fault codes. Reading OBD fault codes typically takes minutes. Without documentation or deeper findings, it is difficult to understand what value was delivered during that billed hour -- especially before requesting authorization for a second hour. This is a daily commuter vehicle, so when same-day expectations are both set and not met by the Dealership, the downstream inconvenience is significant. I went 5 days without my vehicle. Transparency, documentation, and proactive communication are essential in these situations. I feel as I have received none of these. I ultimately had to return again Monday (30 minutes each way) to retrieve the vehicle and take it elsewhere. Key concerns: * Expectations set vs. delivery * Missed follow-ups * Lack of written documentation * Diagnostic billing transparency * Pickup coordination While I was there waiting for my vehicle to be released a total of 90 minutes, I saw it sitting in a bay with the door and hood open with no one around it. It almost felt like I was being punished. In fact, I got the overview video of the vehicle (eg) condition of the tires, fluids, etc- which is supposed to be done when the car is taken in, only after I left the dealership after picking up my vehicle. I specifically explained my concerns in person with the Service Manager, Matthew Deterizzi, and he said he would get back to me after speaking with his rep. He never reached out and it has been weeks since this experience. I waited to post this review to give him the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps the worst part of this experience, when I took my vehicle to another dealer afterwards- they said the error codes had all been erased- which certainly can be interpreted as malicious, vindictive, or a complete lack of communication. Codes have to be erased by choice thru the OBD Reader. They are not erased simply by being read. Even if an oversight. I paid the diagnostic fee and should again have some tangible record of it. Audi Englewood had no right to delete that data especially without confirming with me first. Hope this helps others understand my experience with a dealership where one would expect an elevated experience. Based upon this experience, of either silly games played by them or inept processes, lack of communication, and ineffective troubleshooting, this is not the dealership for me.

Explained before I paid for the car that there were issues with the air and my passenger side door would not lock. They said this would be taken care of. After buying the car, they have danced around assisting and saying they will take care of it but never did anything to actually help. They also gave me a backup key that had no functional buttons underneath the faceplates. They refused to make any adjustments to such after the car was purchased. Saying that now it's "as is" and won't fix standard functioning aspects of having a vehicle. I've still yet to receive my permanent license plate. I've had to get 2 temporary plates now because of how incompetent they are from top to bottom. Another person who I work with said they bought their car from here as well and it took them 3 months to get their license plate. There's not a single helpful person in this business. Each and every person who works here is a no good snake and more incompetent than the next. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

Dishonest, Manipulative, and Disrespectful -- Avoid INFINITI of Englewood…read more I had a terrible experience at INFINITI of Englewood. I was pressured into leaving a $500 refundable deposit "for any reason", only to be met with deception and manipulation throughout the process. They tried to sell me a vehicle listed at $74K for $80K-$90K, loaded with over $6,000 in dealer fees and $4,000 in forced warranties. Despite putting $10K down and having decent credit, I was told I couldn't be approved and pressured to bring in a co-signer. When the deal fell apart, they spent over an hour trying to sell me a different vehicle before finally processing my refund on May 17 -- or so I was told. After not seeing the refund, I called on May 24. The billing rep (an older woman) was rude, dismissive, and clearly taking out her frustrations on me. She promised a call back with answers, which I didn't receive until May 27, when she abruptly told me it had been refunded and that "your bank will return it whenever." No empathy, no courtesy. Here's where it gets worse -- I later saw that my refund was actually canceled. Another dealer I worked with in California processed and returned a $500 deposit without issue. INFINITI of Englewood did not. I strongly believe that after our disagreement, the billing rep deliberately reversed the refund, which now amounts to theft. I've already filed a dispute with my bank and will be reporting this dealership to every agency and platform I can. Buyers beware: this dealership uses high-pressure, shady tactics, is dishonest with their pricing, and completely unprofessional in handling your money. Stay far away.
