I'm leaving an HONEST review here, please consider your options. This review is based on my experience (which reflect experiences from others on here). Background: Infinite paved my driveway on 04.10.23. Infinite suggested that we do an overlay, to lay 3 inches of asphalt over my old driveway because the foundation was still good. Miles, the salesman who sold us on the job, ensured that there would be no water drainage issue. However, due to the new pavement being higher than my cement at my side door entrance, there is indeed a water issue where water and dirt is collecting with no path to flow out (photos attached). I tried reaching out to Infinite via phone calls but no one was picking up, so I had reported the issue on Yelp. MIles and team came to my home shortly after I posted the review to look at the situation. They agreed that this part of the driveway was overlooked. So, they provided me with a plan to rectify the issue (photo attached). They also asked me if I would be kind enough to remove the Yelp review. I agreed and was more than happy to remove the review since I appreciated their followup and their plan to rectify the problem. I was flexible with the timeline to fix my driveway as long as it was reasonable and Infinite would communicate with me effectively. Fast forward to today, we are now in a situation where I can't get ahold of Miles and I have no answers from Infinite. I have given them a while to get their situation together and respond to me before I came back to yelp. It's been several months (it's now July) and they haven't responded to my emails. From the screen shot you can see that Miles reads my texts but chooses to ignore me... Could someone please provide answers? As a customer who kindly removed the Yelp review and was willing to be flexible with the timeline to fix my driveway, all I want is to simply resolve the problem per the plan that MIles provided (photo attached) and to have effective communication. Fast forward to today, we are now in a situation where I can't get ahold of Miles and I have no answers from Infinite. Could someone please provide answers? What happened on 04.24? If there is uncertainty with a date to fix my driveway, please communicate that with me. I have a incredibly dangerous water issue, where water and dirt settlement collects at the cement in front of my door due to the driveway being higher. I had to push out the water and dirt dozens of times already and I'm not looking to have this issue in the winter when things get iced up. This is their doing. If anyone would like to discuss their quality and what went down, feel free to contact me. Heck, you can come to my driveway and view for yourself. Please be aware. I have spoken to others who experience similar situations with their customer service and quality. Infinite, if you're reading, you need to fix the problem and honor your promise. I'm tired of waiting. You've taken advantage of me and my family, and you should be accountable for your predatory tactics. Buyer Beware! This is a scam company. I regret hiring them every time I pull into my driveway. Read the reviews and don't do business with Peter Hardy or any of his con-artist friends. I had a very similar experience to the rest of the folks who posted a 1-star review. Peter was soliciting in my neighborhood last spring and said he could replace my existing asphalt driveway with a larger concrete one for $5K. Red flag #1- he quoted half the price of other legitimate concrete contractors. Red flag #2- I didn't find any reviews about them. Check it out- the oldest review on Yelp right now is from Mar 2023. They must do an annual scrub of negative reviews which are likely the ones they get. I signed a contract and Peter wrote on it that no deposit was required. The evening before work was to be started, Peter texted that he needed $1K deposit and he wanted the check made out in his name. I agreed...I know, big mistake. That was Red flag #3. Red flag #4 When Peter gave me the original quote, I pointed out the lines where I wanted the new driveway to be expanded to. He said he'd come out with his crew and mark them. I saw his markers when I came home and noticed that they were quite a bit off from what we had discussed. He said it'd cost an additional $1K for "materials" to expand the driveway back to what we had originally agreed on. Red flag #5- Just like other folks have experienced, Peter's crew ripped up my driveway into a big pile of rubble and then demanded an additional $3000 to finish the job. Of course I was very upset and knew at that point that I had been scammed but the real kicker is that the driveway is crumbling and cracking 10 months after it has been installed. Peter doesn't respond to my text messages and the numbers listed on the contract aren't in service anymore. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and am posting this review in the hopes that others can save themselves from a very expensive mistake. Latest update: A representative is coming on Wednesday to look at the issues. _________ Infinite Paving & Masonry repaved my driveway in Nov of 2022. There were issues. I contacted the person who did the driveway shortly after the installation and he is NOT calling me back. I got busy and couldn't continue to reach out. Now I'm in April, and have started calling again (several times). I spoke to one person on 4/18 and he said he'd get back to me. I spoke to another today 4/24 and he said he'd get back to me. Stay tuned. I will provide more feedback. I am a reasonable person and just want the issues addressed. If someone fixes the problems, I'll update my review accordingly. I have a warranty on the driveway they paved. Update: 5/17/2023 - the new "owner", Peter, of Infinite Paving & Masonry stopped by my home to sell me a new driveway. I promptly shared that he was looking at the work of Infinite Paving & Masonry!!!! I shared that someone had promised to come out and fix it asap (of course that's not going to happen now). This new owner said he did not know who signed the contract I have, and he wasn't going to honor the warranty, and will happily fix my driveway for the low low cost of another $3,000. SUSAN R. NEVER USE INFINITE PAVING! We had them do our driveway last spring. The value for the service was reasonable. However, there is a defined hump at the base of the driveway that requires you when pulling out or backing in to cut the wheel sharp because if you don't the vehicle scrapes the driveway and can't be good hitting the underside of your vehicle. I tried repeatedly to get this rectified. Always told someone would be out, but never came. In addition, when the check was written for services they then requested that the check be made out to their " asphalt contractor" so they were able to get their next job done. If that isn't shady then I don't know what is! This company should be put out of business and/or sued for the frauds they are. Lesson learned.......NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SOMEONE THAT KNOCKS ON YOUR FRONT DOOR! I can only hope they get what they deserve. read more

If you hire Infinite Paving & Masonry from Stafford, VA be very careful! and before you pay them, make sure they didn't damage your property. My house is a brand-new construction, and when they were installing asphalt to the driveway on March 1st, 2023, they drove their asphalt paver right next to the siding wall of the house causing a dent and scratches to the siding panels, which now need to be replaced. I tried to contact them many times and I was totally ignored. The work done was not good, and their lack of professionalism and responsibility makes them really a bad company. In addition, they wanted me to pay them cash, to go to the bank and get $4,200 which I didn't do it. They are door to door solicitors, James Murray come knocking on my door soliciting his services. A classic bait and switch company don't trust their low estimates, their warranty, or any other promises they provide. We wanted to replace our existing 20' x 40' driveway as it had large cracks and water would pool towards the bottom. They initially quoted me $8500 to remove all existing driveway and clear an additional 6" below existing driveway to add a stone base before adding 5.5 inches of highway grade asphalt. Once they started the job, they required an additional $1500 due to an additional layer of asphalt and disposal fees (existing driveway in original estimate didn't cover the cost apparently). They removed the existing driveway in one pass, did not dig the additional 6 inches or provide any rock for the base. The asphalt was hand poured, uneven and not 5.5" throughout. The finished driveway is wavy, not smooth, with a 3'x4' low spot the pools up during the rain. Quality of project is subpar, amateur level. They identified a 10 year warranty within the contract that they will not honor, false advertising. Informed them via text with photos of low spot that pools up over 1 month ago and have yet to receive any follow-up, took the money and ran. To cap this off, their truck experienced a flat tire which they left in front of my house taking them 2 days to repair. Don't be fooled by fancy fliers, websites, or promises - never hire this company for any project. I attached the 3 contracts used for this effort. Don't let my costly error in judgement be yours as well. Poor estimate and poor job. Within a day or two, my addition developed a pothole. They came back out and asked for another $5000 to fix it. Once I started looking at security camera footage and saw they didn't use any rock for a base, that instead they used recycled asphalt in only one area, thats when the cat and mouse game began. Since then, none of their numbers work, one goes to an older oriental lady. If you have have any additional information on these guys, please message me with it. I was looking around for someone to do our driveway for over a year. Then infinite was doing 4 drives on my street I approached James and he gave me a really decent quote with no compilations once then finished up my neighbors drive they then moved straight onto mine I was so pleased with the professionalism of this company and they attitude was prestige and straight to the point I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND INFINITE PAVING TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GOOD DRIVEWAY AND A AFFORDABLE PRICE! read more

I am very upset with Thomas since He quoted me to do the drive way is only $2500; then after they broke my drive way; He said I have to pay another $2000 to finish the job. Well, after collected all my payment, the job is not completed finish yet since He said I have to wait 3 weeks for them to come back to seal my driveway and finish everything else. I called and called and left several messages as well as texts but He ignored me completed. Very bad service and not doing a great job either. There is nothing good to say about this company. They "bait and switch" you on everything; use the cheapest materials while telling you they're great; and do not meet industry standards. Further, they leave the work site a mess during and after the job is done. Frankly, I'm so glad they're gone I will never call them back to fix all the errors I've found. Good riddance!!! read more

DON'T USE THEM. The guy named Thomas gave us the estimate to do my driveway and landscaping and we accepted the price; the next day, they broke my driveway to start the work; then he came tell us that we need to pay more and he increased double the price. Well, we have no choice since they already broke our driveway, and we got to pay them. They did not finish the job and we tried to text and call them so many times; but no answer. Finally, they guy named Thomas called us back and said he'll come back on Monday to finish the job. Monday came, we waited and waited but no one showed up and called either. Again, he lied to us. They took our money and run. They left trashes and their equipment still at our yard. Very bad service and company. I'll take down the review if they contact me and finish up their works. read more

The Worst! Stay away from this company. Just 2 weeks ago I had our driveway done and there is a curve /gap on the side of the driveway - not straight they need to fix it )- I am having the same problem as many others and I should have read reviews before hiring them. They never answer the phone and when you actually get someone on the phone and they tell you they will be coming to fix a problem (set appointment) and they DONT show up and you hear nothing from them. They tell you there is a 8 yr warranty to get your business but it is useless if they don't actually respond or come to fix any problems and/ or you can never get in touch with them. I was also told by James Nolan he was the owner but in fact he is not and the he was only a manager and Peter( who I spoke with )said he is the owner. that said, even he does not do what he tells you after promising he would be out to look at the problem to be fixed. (He apologized for the mistake and he would personally come out to look and fix the issue.) He even told me other jobs were done wrong while he was out of the country. why are they even hiring people who don't know what they are doing. It says a lot about this company and their capabilities. I will update this review if they ever come to fix/ correct their work. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. They take your money and run!
