And they used a credit card I definitely didn't want them to use. The last time I visited the office I had trouble with my debit card for my Health Savings Account. I gave them a different credit card for one use because of the trouble with the HSA card. Apparently they kept that credit card number in my record. Is that legal? I definitely did not give them permission use that credit card in the future. Especially when they help themselves to my money in error. They are slimy thieves. I never want to give them another penny! The owner called me and tried to help. Is she the moron who established the policy to steal from patients? It's obvious that money is their top priority. Ugh. I wanted to kill myself after I received a text message from them that said, "Okay perfect! We ... can't take your credit card off file because we do need a card on file for all of our telehealth clients." NO MORE TELEHEALTH. I hate these thieves. I suggest you stay away from the greedy owner and the clueless staff.

Both experiences were unique yet similar: * The studio session was relaxing to the point that my racing mind was able to go blank for a decent period of time, just absorbing the vibrations of the bowls echoing in the room. * The private session made me feel grounded especially being outside in the grass with the mixed in sounds of nature.
