Please help me show AT&T that treating customers like cr@p will not be tolerated!!…read more It's hard to find where to write feedback on this company. A rude AT&T tech cut down the shrubs on my yard, claimed the utility easement means his company "owns that part of my property", and left the cut down shrubs in the yard for me to clean up. I have made several attempts to contact AT&T for help. They have been totally apathetic and professional. Their plan to prevent customer complaints by wasting our time and sending them all over the place has only fueled me to take this public. In the Ft. Pierce, Florida area. On Friday August 25th, 2023 around 3:00pm, I departed my home to take care of an errand. Upon departing I noticed an AT&T tech working outside my house in the areas of the utility box near the road. I departed and returning about 20 minutes later. Upon arriving back home I discovered he had cut down the shrubs in front of the house. These shrubs has been there for years. They provide plenty of space for me to walk around and add mulch. When asked for the reason he cut down the shrubs, and why did he not knock on our door earlier to notify me if he believed this was necessary, and for his name. He calmly, yet in a rude/blunt manner, stated that he does not have to give us his name nor explain the reason for cutting down the shrubs. However, he exclaimed that his company has an easement on our property which he clearly stated "means this area belongs to them". I informed him that is not what an easement means and that I will be reporting this to his company and he commented something to the effect to feel free. To add insult to injury, he left all the cut shrubs in front of the house. I have photos and videos to show what the company did. Now, as I research about them I realize this is not uncommon. They show a lack of respect for customers and homeowner throughout. This type of behavior is systemic to AT&T. We as customers need to band together to show them and send a message to not treat customers anyway they want to.

I have direct tv and wanted to add internet service. The only way they could do that was to cancel…read moremy direct tv account after having it for 10 years and create a new account. It took them 9 mins to find my direct tv account even though I had the account number. I was on the phone for 1 hour and 45 mins.. I finally hung up on them and called Xfinity. AT&T will be out of business in no time.

If you have a simple repair or a misconfigured Apple device this business might be able to help…read more Anything beyond that you need to send it to the source I detail below. Here is why: Hurricane Milton knocked our power offline for several days. When power was restored an electrical surge ran through my 2022 M1 Max MacStudio, blowing out all my USB and Thunderbolt ports. I took it to Autobahn Communications for diagnosis and repair. They told me "it could not be repaired and if it could, it would cost more than a new unit". They also claimed the unit "looks like it experienced water damaged and was corroded beyond repair." The alleged corrosion claim voided my homeowners content insurance claim. I wasn't convinced. I learned about DosLab Electronics (https://doslabelectronics.com) watching their YouTube channel. For those who do no know, YouTube features a good number of technicians repairing and upgrading computer devices of all kinds, right before your eyes. What I witnessed, in real-time, was impressive. After opening a ticket on their website, I received a message back confirming they should be able to repair and quoted a very reasonable price. I was invited to send the Mac Studio along with a "dead" MacBook Pro to them.(Autobahn said that one couldn't be repaired either) The communication at DosLab Electronics was professional and responsive. Despite the Holiday season, I was notified within a reasonable time both units had been successfully repaired and they sent them back. Their estimate for repair was more than reasonable, considering these devices were supposed to be dead or unrecoverable. Since receiving these two machines, I have been using both for about 2 weeks and I could not be more appreciative. They literally brought these two devices back from the dead. Autobahn charged an upfront "diagnostic fee" of $65 for each of these devices. The fee isn't unreasonable through does emphasis the value I received from DosLabs. The MacBook Pro had been "dead" for over a year and works wonderfully again! Thank you DosLabs!! The $350 incudes: * shipping * Repair Mac Studio M1 Max 2022 - repair ALL USB A/C Ports - repair ALL thunderbolt ports - clean out dirt and debris collected within * Repair MacBook Pro 2013 - replace logic board
