I really wanted to like this place. I mean I LOVE B&O gear. The styling and aesthetics speak all…read morekinds of sassy words to me. But if there is one thing about Bang & Olufsen... they are not particularly user friendly! You really need to know how their pieces function to know how to turn on the TV or get the music to start playing. But that's part of the charm and people know that. Walking into the store was cold and unfriendly. The gear can be aloof but the people selling said gear need to be warm and engaging. Come over ask me questions and more importantly show me how things work! There was a whole living room section set up. I walked over and started looking at all the cool speakers. And not once did either of the workers come over to ask if I had questions or wanted to hear them. For things with no discernible on/off switch, and high price tags.... you might want to lend some assistance before I just start pulling on things. Bang & Olufsen gear... love it. Bang & Olufsen staffing... not so much.
