We called and were told that we weren't able to receive a refund but that our money could be applied to future classes. Fast forward to six months ago when we called to restart classes. We were told that a manager would return our call, which they never did. We called again last month to follow up and we were told that our money could no longer be used toward classes. The employee said that everyone that paid was called and told that their money would be expiring if not used by a certain date, which was about six months ago. We never got a call and have been trying to reach a manager for six months via phone. Lazy or dishonest operation to take our daughters money and not provide the service we paid for. Unbelievable, We are contemplating small claims court over this, what a headache. Take your business somewhere else. Update: We received a call and it now looks like our credit will be honored. Will provide another update when the classes are completed.

My daughter was very nervous and unsure about making the switch because she was leaving something that was familiar to her for the last six years. During her try out practice she received a warm welcome and left wanting to be signed up immediately. There were some things that took a little getting used to but I don't think you can expect any businesses to run exactly like their competition. Any time we had questions, we got answers from their friendly front desk staff. We've now got a full season under our belt and are very happy with our choice. For me, the biggest thing I noticed about M&M is the amount of respect given to the athletes by the coaches. I often come early to pick my daughter up and I have never heard a coach yell or say anything demeaning. She is up training a lot and enjoying practice again. There has been a complete shift in her confidence which has created a complete shift in her as a person. We are very happy with our decision and are excited to watch our girl continue to grow in the sport.

So much to do(they get free rein of the entire place!) I think the kids could've played for 2-3hrs (or more, if they didn't exhaust themselves!) Kid-friendly music and initial "instructions" from the staff were appreciated by all! Staff does a fabulous job! Booking was simple, questions were answered quickly, they engaged with the kids during the party and they took care of clean-up! We will definitely be coming back - as will many of the families that attended our party! I see how is is progressing them and building skills. He is really doing a great job developing them. New owners, not a lot of changes but the new ownership is nice. We've tried the Y and that was nice to try it to see if she would like it but when you break down the cost the coaching and facility this is a better value. We have had birthday parties here as well. Open gym is important as a female lifter working on the best equipment to help me succeed in fitness.

I had always believed I had little-to-no physical prowess. Words like, "weakling," "delicate," and…read more"lazy" all come to mind. In the past, group exercise classes like yoga and bodypump held my interest briefly, but that interest would wane within a month. I joined Top Line at the urging of a friend, and within two weeks my attitudes toward myself and my abilities changed dramatically. This isn't a fancy gym. There is no upscale locker room, no juice bar, no supplements station, no tanning beds. It's a former warehouse with hardcore equipment, and it's given me the greatest workout of my life. More than that, it's given me greater physical strength than I've ever possessed, and results I still can't believe. I started out with two sessions a week, quickly upped that to three, and then added a strength program soon after. It turns out that there is nothing more addictive than results. Within a month of joining, I started seeing muscle definition. Soon after, my clothing sizes began to drop (I went from a snug ladies' 12 to a loose 6 within a few months). I was sleeping better, had more energy, and people around me started to notice how different I looked. Top Line changed me physically, but it also changed my attitudes and habits. Through meal planning and guidance, my diet has become dramatically healthier. I have become "that girl" who encourages her friends to exercise, who helps others with food choices, and who can recommend a great protein shake... things that still surprise me. While the equipment and programming is top-of-the-line, the real Top Line experience comes from the people. This is a gym where the coaches and your fellow gym-goers work as a team. Everyone encourages and assists. I never feel afraid that I'm doing something incorrectly, or that I'm going to hurt myself, because there is always someone there to assist and guide.
