For starters, it is as clean as a whistle. Truly so well-kept. The staff were very friendly and made signing the waiver easy and speedy. Also loved that they have a handful of party rooms- one in which we were in for the bday party. They have a few big tables along with sink/serving area. More than just trampolines! Areas to jump, climb a rock wall, play dodgeball, jump into the foam pits, walk on balance beams, and more. My son had a blast with his friends. Now that I know this is here, we'll definitely come back for free-play sooner than later.

We had looked on their website and saw the zip line feature and that was what the kids really were excited about doing. We got there and the zip line area was not open. Apparently there were not employees that day to keep it open. My niece was in tears, the other kids were all also disappointed, but Damarion saw her and asked what was wrong. When he was told she was disappointed the zip line wasn't open, he kindly said he would open it up himself for a little bit just for our 6 kids. While they were enjoying the zip line a handful of other kids came and he let them zip line as well. Thank you, Damarion, for your kindness and empathy. Kids had a great time and it made the cost of admission worth it!

Tucked into the heart of Tosa, the location is on point. It's no wonder they're regularly busy and have such a welcoming and communal feel. The exterior boasts of beautiful murals, colorful and bright. As soon as I walked in, I was impressed with the atmosphere. All of the modern decor, lots of little things to shop for (by local vendors), a handful of tables to sit at and enjoy food/drink, and a friendly face at the register ready to check you in. I brought both my boys, 3.5 and 1.5 years old, and they had a blast. We booked a slot online ahead of time, which was very easy to do and came with a text & email reminder. When we showed up we paid for our entry ($11/kid for an hour) along with a latte for myself. I could not resist, given the drink options sounds darn good. And let me tell ya, the 'born to be wildberry shaken espresso' is something I need in my regular caffeine rotation!! As for the play area, I thought it was great! Plenty of space for kids of all ages. There were structures to climb, costumes to dress up in, blocks to stack, musical instruments to play, trucks & cars galore, and beyond. Oh and comfy couches for the moms/dads/caretakers to get comfy. All in all, a beautiful and safe place for littles to play! Also awesome: they host workshops, classes, storytimes, and other groups for parents and kids to get involved in. Unfortunately we live a tad out of reach for regular enough visits, but I'd imagine their membership is something worth looking into. We always take a trip up to the Pilot House and then outside onto the high deck for terrific views of the lake, SF grounds, and everything else in the harbor (including a Milwaukee Fire Dept. fireboat). Staff are always welcoming and so very attentive to the children. We always make a stop at the food kiosk to get a snack (a selection of the usual packaged snack foods along with hot dogs and pizza). My biggest complaint is how slow and long the check-in process is. There's usually only one person at the check-in desk, and many days there need to be two. There's a line for members, but unless there are two staff members at the desk, what difference does it make? We waited with everyone else today, which makes having a membership feel like less of a great thing. But there still needs to be a quicker process. Today while I was at the front desk I watched a woman purchase tickets online, and even that was such a long and involved process I think i would've quit and gone home.

It's hard to say what my favorite area was because I enjoyed everything, but the aquariums, weather/ storm area and the corporate exploration station stick out in my mind as where I had the most fun personally. We didn't shop around the food or gift shop area but that could be an area we explore more next time. I have an older son and an infant/toddler. Often times at most places I would get nervous that my older one would be too big and hurt the young ones or my little one would have nothing to do. This is the best for both worlds. 2) Play for every kid. I said this initially but there are a variety of toys that will peak your little one's interest or curiosity which is perfect for problem solving and imagination 3) The indoor play space is a perfect size - not too big where you will lose your kids inside and it's CLEAN. It you are a 90s kid and remember Chucky Cheese play gyms being the best thing - this is way better and will give you the mental ease that your children are safe. I read the previous review about attendees getting everyone sick and honestly that must be a fluke because I go at least once a month and found that other children are respectful especially when it comes to germs. I was shocked when I pulled in the parking lot and there were only a handful of cars. When we went in, the place is pretty large, but felt a little empty. There were about 10 slides, a basketball court, and mini go karts. I thought I read online that the go karts were included with admission, but then there were signs saying you needed to buy a wristband. There was no worker in that area and nobody used them during our time there. The slides were fun until you reached the bottom. When the slide ended, you slid onto a rubber mat on most slides. My neck was starting to hurt after a few slides due to the jolt from hitting the rubber mat. I don't recommend for adults. I stopped after about 5 slides. My nephew who is 12 also complained that it hurt. It was really exhausting climbing up all the stairs to get up to the slides. Also, some of the slides and ceiling fans were dusty. Sad to say it was disappointing and I don't plan on coming back.

From a parent's perspective however, there were definitely a few things we didn't favor. To start, there seemed like a lack of staff, almost allowing for too much of a free-for-all. And the staff that were working, were completely unfriendly and looked like they didn't want to be there at alllllll. This is a kids place... even a smile or a little interaction with the kids would go a long way. The one gentleman -working the area where you swing off the bar onto the blow up section- truly looked mad to be there and it was sad to watch the kids ask him for help and receive bothered looks in return like it was a chore. The go-cart section was completely closed/broken down as well. You pay a good chunk of money to come here, so to have a whole area not available to play was a bummer. Having a bday party here can be the whole package though - our group got a big dedicated table on the party side, pizzas, veggies and fruit, and drinks. Unsure of the cost, as we weren't the hosts, but if you're looking for an all-in-one option this would work. All in all, an enjoyable place for kids but absolutely be prepared for chaos and to support your kids in being safe because there's opportunity for injury.

I do think $23 per child is a lot but I believe this includes 2 adults at no cost and there is no limit on how long the child can play. I also liked that the staff made people follow the rules, they were strict about it, which I appreciated. Also easy parking in the parking lot across the street. The staff is incredibly friendly, it's SO clean, plenty of space for big (and little) movement depending on the age of your kiddos, you can bring your own snacks, the play spaces within are so thoughtfully curated- I could truly go on and on. As a mama, I've also been able to connect with so many other moms that I wouldn't have otherwise and that has been invaluable.
