My experience with this place was very unpleasant. They had to order the tile cause they do not stock it I took her at her word. Big mistake. By the end of the second week I called to see if the tile had come in. The salesperson stated that they were just on their way to see if it was there. What great timing on my part. The salesperson said that they would have to-call me back. OK. Salesperson called back stating that there was a problem with the ordering and no tile. Where could it possible be coming from If it came in the third week, I would have to go on a waiting list for the job to be done. We Had wires hanging out all over my kitchen. They offered to give me my deposit back, but would mean I would have to start all over again. Putting my kitchen in mess for a much longer time. We agreed to continue. My husband removed the current back splash. The salesperson called saying maybe Monday or Tuesday but definitely Wednesday. Wednesday was here and the tile person arrives to install the new back splash, but was one tiny little problem it was not the tile we ordered.!!!!! This tile was nice and would go with our new granite. The installer stated that he was not sure that we had enough to the job. At time point I told him to install it that I could not deal with this any more. Time to pay the bill and we were charged for the work my husband did in removing the old tile. The installer was very nice. But be very careful how you deal with this company. I would never recommend them to any one.

It appears that we should have done our homework a little more thoroughly and we would not have…read morebeen ambushed by the added costs at the end. In reading other reviews, we now know that this is a pattern with this company. The product, the installation, and the customer service up until the end was outstanding. Beware of added costs that may have been "overlooked" in the initial quote process. Adding almost $400 two months after the initial quote is unacceptable. There has to be better monitoring of the process.

If I didn't find a tile it was ridiculously expensive. Like 20sqft came out to about $700-$800 and it wasn't even super fancy tile. The cost wasn't necessarily per sqft but more per each piece of tile. It's just not reasonable when it comes to pricing. Now the staff is really great and super nice and they take the tone to talk to you and help you. If you come with a stroller you gotta park out back because if you go through the front you can't get to the tile without having to go up some stairs

Eight months later, we are still waiting for the job to be completed. According to the installers, in April, Jim ordered the wrong transition strips to go between the LVP flooring and the ceramic tile. Jim reordered more transition strips. These strips were too narrow to fill the gap left between the two floors. Jim said that he would reorder in more transition strips. He told us would get back to us and come out to ensure these strips would work - that was in September. Jim did not get back to us, I had to contact him. Here we sit, the floor still is not completed. I cannot in good conscience recommend this business! It is by far the worst follow-up and communications I have ever encountered from a business owner!
