I'd text and she'd text back, so in her mind, she was "responsive." But, our conversations always ended when I straight out asked for a time to chat. She wouldn't respond for days after that. When we finally did schedule a date/time to talk, she missed our meeting! Second, I asked for a tasting, she agreed, but we never got one. Third, she was an hour later than the agreed upon time! No bride need to be calling their caterer asking about their whereabouts in the middle of pictures! Fourth, we ran out of food and about 15 people didn't get to eat. I told her 125 people a few weeks before. I ended up with 122 on the final list and at least 4 people didn't come. So, around 118 was actually there. When I called her, she said she prepared for 150 people. Are these 150 toddlers?! My entire wedding party was on their phones looking up random restaurants closest to the venue. They came through by having to go down to Kroger, spend hundreds more dollars, and came back with sandwiches and snacks. I cannot be more embarrassed or stressed out!
