We have bought a variety of sharpening devices and no of them really work well. We do have the proper equipment to sharpen knives, so I was so glad to find and meet Mike Billings. A local guy who has the knowledge, skill, and tools to bring your blades back to better than new sharpness. Mike runs his business out of him home, just text his number to set your drop of appointment. He responds quickly and has always gotten out knives done on time or even early. He is very knowledgeable about the different types of steel used in Euro/American blades vs Asian blades. We have been very happy with his work. He is local and you get to meet who you're dealing with. He prices are very reasonable and will give quotes upfront so there are no surprises when the job is done.
