You aren't getting a bargain on work here but you're getting quality for a very fair price. They work on literally anything, imports, classics, exotics, trucks, movie cars. My first project was fun, spoke with Ryan at length about different options for my exhaust & talked over a few options, ie. X vs H pipes, full exhausts vs. having one made custom, I ended up with a Pypes full X pipe setup, and was very happy with the decision... came in under my original planned budget & the install looked super clean!

Wednesday, October 15, 2025 I arrived at this place and the…read moreworkers were all outside smoking. I had a partial tint done to my front windshield, after I got my car back and I got in it, I noticed a razor blade in my cup holder that was laying on its side. The inside of the car was very dirty, the dashboard had a bunch of water spots, I sat in my car and noticed stuff on my radio that was never there before. The chemicals they used tore off some of the film on my touch screen radio. I noticed this and went in, one of the workers came out with some cleaner, he told me to talk to the owner. I talked to the owner and the owner said that it was wear and tear because my vehicle is a 2013 but it wasn't there when I took it in. They showed me a video of them putting a drape over the stereo then I requested to see the video of the removal of the old tint on my windshield and I haven't received it. I asked for my money back and the owners are insisting that it isn't their fault and they told me to google why the spots were on my radio. Like just own up to your mistake and on top of that one of the workers told me that the owners decided that they wouldn't give me my money back because "they aren't responsible." The damage wasn't there before so my radio didn't magically wear in a hour timespan. They are very rude and unprofessional and unwilling to help. I highly don't recommend going to this place, it is a waste of money and time.

This place rocks! I did a a lot of research on the Internet and called several shops, but Rod at…read moreIndy Braw took the time and explained the whole process to me. so even though it was over an hour drive to Indy Bra it was well worth it. We are first time Tesla owners and did not have the front end wrapped when we took delivery, after a few months, we had more chips and dings in the front end and it looked horrible. We took touch up paint to Rod and he made the front. End look like new before he applied to PPF. those guys are true professionals. The car was finished when he said it would be. It was done to perfection. I would highly recommend Indy Bra.

It has been 6 weeks since I had PPF installed on 2 cars, I waited in order to give a review with…read moresome time behind it instead of just giving first impressions. Everything you have read in the other reviews as far as Roderick's professionalism, upbeat positive attitude, and willingness to work with your schedule is true but as positive as that is it isn't what is really important. First the Lumar film had me worried but after some lengthy internet research I found it was rated as one of the three manufacturers you want installed and Lumar was the only hydrophobic PPF. The research also showed me that the installer is actually the most important factor. First impression I couldn't tell anything was installed and 6 weeks later I still can't unless I look where I know I can find a seam (Did not get car fully covered). I do see where rocks have hit the car over 6 weeks but see no paint chipping. Like most people I don't give reviews often and when I do it's usually to warn people so when I give a good review it's because the service went above and beyond. Since I first wrote this review and posted it at the wrong business (review was removed), I dented one of my cars with a luggage cart and called for a reference for paintless dent repair, well they do that too. They had me come in the next business day and made the dents disappear giving me a little more time with a flawless new car (until someone gives me a fresh dent).

This battery was $279 and only lasted for one month. When I contacted him, he had me to go get the battery tested which I did, and the battery was no good. I then contacted him back he asks me to ship it back to him which I did that he would refund me my money back or send a new battery. At this point a week had pasted by so I had to go rebuy another battery. Meanwhile im still contacting the owner of Mr. Jorge and he is telling me that he is waiting for the battery to be tested, which I had already did because he asks me to that he would call me back. Several days go by I call back he has other employees answering the phone stating that he is not in or he is with a costumer. At this point, I know that Jorge is starting to avoid me. It's now going on 2 weeks since this all started and he is telling me that he has tested the battery and it has come back perfect.......So please tell me why in the hell would I go through all this with a battery that I NEED and now I have paid right at $600 because I had to go buy my own battery because I need my vehicle for work. Now since I'm trying to call him back, he will not answer any of my phone calls, my boyfriends phone calls or any phone line that I call from that says North Carolina........THIS COMPANY IS A PIECE OF SHIT.

My mother was in an accident that left her vehicle with repairs that 'totaled' her car from an…read moreinsurance standpoint. She received an insurance check that covered the estimated costs of repair, but because the insurance company had totaled the car, the repair shop we had it at originally wouldn't repair it (only dealt with insurance). Because of this, we shopped around for smaller companies willing to work on her vehicle. We found F&B Collision and contacted them. Dax and Noah were polite, professional, and accommodating. Because the vehicle was still drivable, my mom kept it while F&B ordered the parts. In total, I believe the car was in the shop for about 3 weeks. We did get a couple of completion dates that were missed... I believe there was an issue with one of the ordered parts being damaged, some additional damage found, and possibly an issue with technician(s) being out unexpectedly(?). We understood since these seem to be normal items to deal with when doing repairs; and, since it is a smaller shop, it's not like they can have another resource to take over the repairs if someone is out. F&B even covered the cost of some additional items to keep within the estimate. Much appreciated. My mom picked up the car yesterday and it looks wonderful. She is very happy, so THANK YOU. I haven't checked under the hood yet, but I'm not expecting any issues. If we do run into any problems with the repairs, I have full faith that F&B will stand behind their work and make it right...
