Sadly, the previous owner has exhausted all his might, trying to keep the company afloat with a weak marketing plan. Given that there's a handful of limitations to what we could do that's allowed by the corporate franchisers, CJ, (CCLP owner) was always quick & nimble with out-of-the-box ideas. CCLP helped us put together a marketing plan that could sustain our desired projected growth. These projects weren't really just about print services at all; the plan we went with were multi-faceted, staged planning & execution that happened to need print services as well. CCLP helped us with all of them. I'm happy to say that our location has grown about 43% since the inception. We've acquired more new customers than the old business ever have, just stepping through the programs that CJ helped us design. Thank you CJ & CCLP! We'll keep recommending our friends to you!

What a great experience! Sometimes, it is worth it to throw money at an issue, and I am so glad I…read morefound this business to address our issue of needing to have my mom's recliner removed. I contacted this company through Yelp, but was surprised the request went to several junk hauling businesses. However, it's easy to let businesses know through Yelp you no longer need their service. Antonio from Amigos reached out right away and asked for a picture of the recliner we needed removed. The price he quoted was very reasonable and much less than another business I had contacted before his. I agreed right away and he told me the exact time he planned to be at our place for pick up. Antonio even gave me a heads up that he was in 1604 traffic (understandable), which I greatly appreciated. Despite the traffic, him and his sons arrived right on time. I appreciated that his business was a family affair and enjoyed seeing how kindly he was coaching his sons to help remove the chair. Antonio was a consummate professional and incredibly courteous. He brought a regular truck to take the recliner, but said he has much larger trucks available for larger hauls if needed. I am saving Amigos in my phone as a trusted business. I would absolutely use them again to haul off large unneeded items.

What a great sign! Sign me up! This sign company does a…read morebeautiful job with signs. They have these big printers that can make a great looking sign- big or small. I needed to have some signs made up that were big. I got big things to say, so I need big signs, naturally. David and his staff were able to walk me through the sign making process. We sat down and looked at the design to make sure that everything was just right, and went over the measurements to make sure it was big enough. David is quick on the computer to make sure the formatting and sizing all match up. He was able to get the signs made in just a couple of days. They look great! They are made with sort of putting a giant sticker on a piece of whatever. I've seen pics of how he can even turn your car into a giant billboard with vehicle wraps. Amazing! The pricing was quite reasonable and everything with the signs exceeded my expectations for making it a great experience.

Thankfully, I found Double UU, and it was the best decision I could have made. He was able to come out the very next morning and took the time to explain several options without any pressure. Over the next two weeks, he came back multiple times, doing everything he could to safely trap and relocate a Mama and her three teenage raccoons. He was incredibly creative, persistent, and truly cared about solving the problem the right way. Throughout the entire process, he was responsive and upfront about pricing. I especially appreciated that he even offered to provide any information I wanted for my own security and peace of mind before coming into my home. I was so impressed with his work that I've already asked him to give me estimates on repairing my fence and shed. That says a lot about the confidence I have in his workmanship and integrity. I won't hesitate to call him again for future projects.

They imply lacked the creativity needed. Joe really listened, took the time to walk me through my options, and ended up designing the exact pantry I had envisioned. It's now super functional and looks amazing -- every inch of the space is being used the way I hoped it would be. What sets Joe apart is how much pride he takes in his work. He genuinely cares about doing the best job possible and making sure you're happy with every step of the process. You can tell he treats each project like it matters -- because to him, it does.

This "Wal-Mart Experience" is how I happened to discover InkSell San Pedro via a quick Google search. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING USING THIS BUSINESS GO TO ALTEX…read more My mother recommended me this business after my laptop died. I usually do business with Altex as they are fast, professional, and have reasonable pricing. In the future, I will continue to do business with Altex. I brought my laptop in after initially diagnosing it myself as a burned out motherboard. I told the college-aged intern at the receptionist desk what I believed it to be and he told me they charged a $50 diagnostic fee to identify problems but that it would be used towards labor should it come to that. I told him I really just needed them to locate the motherboard and do the replacement as I have a lack of time. He noted this and I left. About two days later I got a call informing me that my diagnosis was correct and that they could not locate a replacement from a reliable source. They would help me "find a replacement laptop" or I could buy a motherboard from a wholesaler in China, but the business would not undertake the risk, as they often could not reliably get a refund for faulty parts from factories in Shenzhen. As a similar laptop would cost upwards of $1200, I chose to take my risks but ordering a $100 motherboard from China. Two weeks later, the motherboard came in. I delivered it in the box to the repair company. They called me once to say "everything's great! Come pick it up" and then again to say "the motherboard is blown" within about 30 minutes. I went to go find out what happened on my lunch break. I was able to talk to the tech that installed the motherboard who confirmed that it was DOA (dead on arrival). Unfortunately, they did not test it with a voltmeter prior to installing and charged me TWO HOURS OF LABOR. At this point, I am now ~$250 in the hole for a laptop that still does not work. I asked for a manager, and was presented with the lady who initially advised me on my choices. Please note, at this time, I was also in the process of building a laptop via Altex's knowledgable staff. They walked me through the entire process, from picking out parts, to assembly (and they do assembly free should you buy parts there). Extraordinarily professional all around. However, the manager not only initially refused to use my diagnostic fee towards labor (until I told her this is what I was told), she also denied that she advised me that I had "two options" with them. This made me so upset I refused to pay, and left. I consulted my mother, who desperately wanted photos left on the hard drive and said she would pay for the laptop back, so I returned to the store and began paying. As I was in the process of paying, I chatted up the tech who advised me I "should have contacted the original manufacturer to purchase a motherboard. Why did the repair shop not do this themselves. I asked Altex and they said this would have been their first point of contact. I have since disassembled my laptop and had the hard drives installed in my desktop AT NO CHARGE via Altex. Tldr: shady company. Seems manager doesn't know how the industry works. For a comparable price, go to Altex for your hardware needs.

I walk in on Tuesday morning telling them that my DC power jack was loose and needed it replaced, and it needed to be done by Thursday. I asked them if they could have it done by Thursday, they said if I paid for all the expedited costs they could for sure have it done. Then they ordered the wrong part. Wouldn't be done by Thursday. I asked them if I could have the part number so I could just repair it myself. No we can't give you that information. What? I told them to just fix it and send it to me when I returned to the country in a week so I wouldn't have to worry about it sitting on my porch when I was away (more business). I told them to ship it to me six days ago, and it was shipped yesterday. It will be arriving tomorrow approximately 20 days after I dropped it off. Granted a week of that was me being out of town, but still. Don't go.
