What first impressed me was the staff. Each member is a true professional and dedicated to ensuring that all tenants needs are met. Our clients frequently compliment us on the way our phones are answered and screened. Mail is promptly delivered. Any request is immediately met. The facilities are also impressive. There are two floors with several meeting rooms of varying sizes, and each floor has its own cafe. Each cafe is not small --there are several tables, with a grouping of a sofa and chairs. The coffee machine dispenses Starbucks brews. And did I mention there are hot fresh baked cookies for tenants every Friday afternoon? Most importantly, Carr Workplaces fosters interaction among the various organizations that use their facilities. At the time of this writing, they are sponsoring a drive to provide bookbags and school supplies for school children who can't afford to have them. For these reasons, we enthusiastically recommend this organization that gives so much to tenants and the community. They serve as an excellent example of what shared office space should be. .

The internet has gone down three times in the last 2 months (with no financial concessions from Regus). More than 90 days before the end of my contract, I got an auto-renewal notice with a nearly 40 percent price increase. And the revolving door of staff either don't communicate well or don't do anything to contribute to a positive community culture. Don't say I didn't warn you.

The community manager Brandon has been great and helpful- but has many barriers to actual solutions. Now I am getting collections notices for the whole year when I haven't even used the office once and turned in the keys already. The space is a space, but the customer service is abismal and they are unashamed and unwilling. Smh. I never expected this to occur- seems completely opposite of philosophy of the place they try to make you believe before signing the contract. I do not recommend. Find a private owner for a space instead of these bloodhound corporations and their management team.

A small office that sits on the top level with desks for 4 and a large table for anyone who wants to come for co working space. The internet is fast and reliable. Shala is the founder and works in an office right next door. Tiffany, Ryan, Michael, and Christy are the wonderful co-workers that fill the desks in this petite space. They are all friendly, ambitious, and courteous young professionals that respect the fact that you are there to work, but also the fact that you are there for good company. In March Creative Colony moves to the World Building in Silver Spring where they will host a larger space for professionals like myself. Custom phone booths are being built for private phone calls. Office space will be rented at different levels based on need. Conference space will be available as well. All too nurture young creative collaboration.
